Yesterday I went here & bought an albino frog for my aquarium. I’ve had my fish tank for a year & a half now & with my beta fish. He’s been healthy & happy. Never had a problem with him. I added the frog last night & this morning I wake up to him dead along with the other two fish I had in there. The only thing that is alive is the frog. Now there are little white bugs swimming around in my tank & worms. I went & got my water tested today at another pet store & everything was perfect. All of the levels were exactly where they should be. So I called the shop & they tell me there’s nothing they can do except give me a refund on the frog ($8.) I had over $200 worth of fish & plants in the aquarium. Now everything is dead & I have to start over. The woman was rude & not helpful at all. Had to call up there 5 times because she hung up on me once, then wouldn’t answer after that. I’ve called corporate & they said to call the store but that got us no where. I will be posting pictures of my fish so y’all can see what happened. Do not shop for anything fish related because you will most likely lose your fish & everything else along with it.

Let me tell you this is the Target pet store version, I mean when you come in here you literally have to leave with something for your pet! I loved how walking in they had the cutest Christmas options, a huge area where you can actually bring your dog in for a bath, I mean how cool is that? I guess you could bring your cat in but pretty sure you’d end of up with thrashing and scratches, anyway each aisle is stocked full of amazing toys, dog food, cat food, some actual sweet animals looking for their forever home, plan on being here for awhile you’ll definitely want to take your time looking around and getting your furry friend all the goodies they need or don’t really need but you couldn’t pass up!

I bought my Netherlands Dwarf rabbit from here and we have been a happy family of 2 ever since. She was 4 weeks when I got her and with a lot of attention at a young age and patience she’s a great free roam rabbit that’s litter box trained and comes when called. Sophie says if you’re going to get a bunny get one from here you won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing! Great choice of treats and toys. The self wash bath was perfect. Water pressure is amazing for thick coated dogs, me having a German shepherd and a husky I didn’t question one bit that I got all the soap washed out. They even have a bathing area for handicap dogs! Staff was super helpful and nice. I’m so glad I can across this place! It’s a bit of a drive for me but I don’t mind at all with the service they provide.

Every time I come to this store which was a lot, they never have my dog food in stock! Say it’s a supply chain issue but I go home and order from there website?? Not a supply chain issue then! Now a chewy customer!

This place has phenomenal customer service, a wide selection of food and supplies, and even a self service dog wash where they provide everything and clean up after you. They have set a new standard for pet stores!

This store is so clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will say the fish decorations were very lacking in variety, but the tanks were immaculate! Who ever is caring for those tanks is an all star. I tried my best to find and sick or dead fish but I could not. Huge props to them for that.

I’m not sure why anyone would want to go here. We specifically needed a boy Guinea pig to pair with the other boy we have. The girl that sold it to us said yes this one is a boy. They got along together great for 3 months until the boy she sold us had babies. I went back to the store explained that we were misled and were sold a girl. The girl I spoke to I guess is also the manager and said I’m sorry we screwed up but there’s nothing we could do. We couldn’t fix the one you have, we can’t take the babies back and we can’t give you any amount of store credit despite its going to take hundreds of dollars to deal with this. Just a complete lack of customer service. The apology didn’t even really feel sincere either.

Great store! Clean, neat and organized plus the prices are very competitive esp with doggy toys. Friendly and helpful staff helped us pick out a starter aquarium and talked us through the supplies, set up, and fish that would work. Will be back.. awesome store.

I have shopped here many times and never had a negative experience. A salesperson is readily available and will usually carry my large bag of dog food to the car. Wonderful place!!

Rarely do I commend chain store locations for a great experience and this store has stolen my heart! I keep fishtanks and I aquascape as a hobby and this store always has deals on heaters, filters, and tanks. Not only that, all of their fish are very healthy and very well taken care of. The aquatic plant selection is basic, but all of the plants are very healthy and I saw no algae bloom or dying material. Their selection of fish is diverse enough to start up any community tank and most of all: their fish are healthy. Their has never been a dead fish just floating in any of the tanks and all live fish are well taken care of. Wonderful work. If you are looking for consistent, very accurate and TRUE advice on fishtanks or what to buy and when: Mark is a wonderful employee and very helpful! All staff are very helpful and ready to admit when they don’t know something and they’ll take you to an employee who does! Absolutely wonderful. Will be my number 1 store for a long time.P.S. My harlenquin rasboras and fancy guppies are loving life :) Thank you for the recommendation

This place was great! I just moved to the area and I’m glad to have such an awesome pet store nearby for all my cat’s needs. Everything I bought was super affordable, compared to other big name stores. Charlie was very helpful with recommending products and even helped me carry a big box to my car!! Great place !

This is an excellent independent pet supply store. Excellent variety of food and snacks including some interesting items like crunchy bone marrow. Good staff and helpful. The dog wash stations were very nice. We will be going back

Walked around the store for 10 minutes and no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help...and I was the only customer in the store. I am very big on customer service. If you gonna be a very expensive pet store at least have amazing customer service. Didn't have much of selection either and a lot of the shelves were pretty empty. However, I did find a UV light that I needed without the help on any employee.

This place is great. We went for toys. We have a car and a dog. Turns out the staff is really great and fun to talk to. They had a lot of options and a self serve dog spa if you need to clean your doggo. Highly recommend

Pet Super Market has everything. I had a chance to visit the Pet Super Market while in Greenville, SC. I was to pick up a new puppy within the hour. Bought a small soft Ducky toy and Chew toy. My puppy lived them both.

I went in looking for dog food and was unable to find what I needed, but not sure exactly what I was looking for since my wife usually buys it. As a result I went to the counter and asked for help since I wasn't sure and instead of helping me I was told by the two ladies everything they have is on the shelves. I told them I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for but it was clear I had interrupted their personal conversation, so I left. I was the only customer in the store.
