I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago but now I have better news to share. I was walking with my daughter who I shared my previous experience with, no prices on displayed snacks.She wanted to walk in so we did. Immediately we were greeted by a very nice lady and we began talking about cats. I looked around and noticed prices was on all snacks for the pups which made me happy. Thank you for listening and engaging with the customers. Yes we will return.

We love Paw Paws. Great products and great people. We bought our first collar there about 9 years ago and it has lasted all this time. So when we needed new collars (just to renew the look and we also added a dog) we went back to Paw Paws. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to buy from them.

My dog and I were out exploring and had to pop into this shop to see the cute merchandise. Anne, the owner, was so sweet to us. We bought a Valentine themed bandana (love that it slips onto her collar) and she put some treats in the bag for my girl. Will be back for sure!

Be careful with their collars. About 7 years ago my puppy broke the clip on a collar. I contacted customer service, and they kindly sent me a replacement. I figured that it was just a defect. About a month ago, my other dog broke a collar clip in the same spot. I am not sure if this is a clip quality issue, or another defect. Regardless the issue needs to be fixed. I was able to catch my dogs in both situations, but it could have put them in danger.

Cutest shop! The owner was so sweet and chatted with us for a long time about our new pup. She gave us lots of great advice and offered an insider view of her business. Would highly recommend for pup treats, pup birthdays, and custom pup collars and leashes! They even have pup bows and bow ties!

FANTASTIC! I took my dog in to get measured and ordered a new collar and matching leash. What a large selection they have. Anne (the owner) was very nice and extremely helpful. She took a special interest in "Ruby" and they bonded quickly. This was a great experience for both my pup and me. Highly recommend PawPaws.

Such a great shop. I initially bought a harness for my dog and loved it so much that I came back for a matching leash. I've had the harness for well over a year and it still looks almost new after daily use - quality materials and construction at their finest! Anne is so helpful, and really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

Recently brought a found pup to a friend to see if they wanted to give him a new home. They decided so, so we visited here so he could get a brand new collar and leash! This store is amazing and has wonderful customer service. And of course I had to pick up some homemade food and ice cream for my pup. She demolished the food and loved the extra treat too! Definitely visit here if you're looking for quality pet goods!

Love this place and their staff! I've come in a few times with my mom to shop for her dog in MN and always are greeted with a smile. They do custom collars and have the CUTEST bows/flowers for your dogs collar! My dog at home in MN has had his collar last for over a year and it still looks great! I will be shopping here regularly once my puppy becomes full grown!

The store is not very big, but the staff is super friendly. Wide selection of dog collars that can be personalized and embroidered. Small selection of treats with some birthday cake options, and they have birthday hats as well. Toys and chews are also available. Cute little place to find some unique things for your fur baby.

Love this store and its people! They're really friendly, my pups are always very welcome, and they're never stingy with treats or water. They recently made a collar for one of my golden retrievers out of the colors we chose, and it was ready within the week. I would highly recommend.

Such a cute store and great customer service. It is more of a high end store so expect that when you go. They will make custom collars, leashes, and bandanas. The collar bows are my favorite!

Their selection is by far the best in town since they make everything here in Greenville! I called on a Monday when there retail store was closed and they were able to make the collar I saw online and customize it too! I picked the collar up that same day 4 hours later and it was absolutely adorable! I can believe the quality and the customer service! I'm so proud that they call Greenville home!

I found this local dog store when I was visiting in August. I bought a customized collar with the name of my dog on it. Forgot to pick it up. The owner delivered it to my house in Florida! Free of charge. Great products and friendly staff.

Great little gem downtown. If you've got a furbaby, you'll find unique gifts for them, as well as for their human counterparts. Great treat selection, collars, leads, bowls, you name it! We stopped to watch Matt draw. And we've been back a few times since.
