They don't open until 9 everyday. Although it says open at 8am on Friday and Saturday, they don't open until 9. Old Time Pottery, you need to change the online posting of your hours!!

I was disappointed in the kitchen item selection. They now carry shoes and clothing. Anything for a buck I guess. Not as good as it used to be in my opinion

Lots of great home decor. Great check out experience. Fast. They have been bought out by a company's called Gabe's. They added clothes to what you can shop for. But everything else seems about the same. The new name will be put up later.

Never been here before today. Mainly went in to see what the store was even about and they sold as I had no idea. However I was surprised they have pretty much anything you could need for the home with decent prices. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Always a fan of Old Time Pottery. Cashiers are usually grumpy and look unhappy to be there, but the bathrooms.... *shiver* the bathrooms are always in DIRE need of a thorough cleaning. The hand dryers are broken and soap dispensers are either empty (or also broken). Aside from that, they have great merchandise! I truly love coming here! It's never crowded when I go and my shopping experience is always pleasant! It's just the bathrooms and customer service that need some work.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!I love the selection of items, and the prices are typically really good, but the customer service I received today earned it 1 star. I just bought a new home and needed some small kitchen gadgets. I also looked at the rugs. I found 4 of the exact same rugs, in the same pile, that would work for the intended purpose. The 1st two I picked up were priced $14.99, but the 2nd two were priced $17.99. So I made a note to myself to ensure they rung up correctly.Once arriving at the front, there was no visible lanes open to check out. An old grouchy looking woman made her way to the customer service desk area and began fumbling with the register. I walked up to check out and at no time did she even so much as look at me. She rung up the 1st rug and I asked her the price. She said $17.99. I said, but ma'am, it is priced $14.99. She replied that there must have been a price increase and that rug must have been missed, and continued ringing up the other 3 rugs; all at $17.99. When I questioned her again about the 2 that were priced $14.99, she said, "do you want me to call a manager?" Why yes, yes I do! She then looks around the front of the store before picking up the phone. She fumbled with the phone and finally got a transmission across the loud speaker. While waiting for the manager, I asked if it would be a long wait, as I was going to let the people behind me check out. She replied with, "it could be, it's a big store." The lady behind me just shook her head at the cashier's reply. The manager finally arrived and asked what the problem was. She told him ringing up wrong. He verified that all the rugs were the same, and physically looked at the price, and told me the same thing about a price increase and those 2 being missed. Ok, I get that, but you need to correct the price of the 2 that are ringing up incorrectly. Finally, he reluctantly did so. The cashier then gives me my total, but I still had multiple items to pay for. As they were being placed on the counter, she just sighed.I spent almost $200 in this store today, and they have many other things that I would be interested in purchasing, but if the level of customer service is going to be like I received today, I'll just go elsewhere.

This is a large store with concrete floors so you will need good comfortable walking shoes. This are 2 bathrooms in the far left ; right hand side of the store as you enter. The staff is nice, helpful and friendly. Good prices and a good variety of "stuff". My wife & I plus our 4 Service Dogs went there and we had a pleasant experience. Wearing a mask is optional. Worth shopping and we will return.Update: We visited on 12/31/2020. 4 Stars for this visit. Reason: The cashier,Janet,mumbled something about not finding the price on some items, Melissa had said something about assistance with carrying our items to our vehicle yet we received no aide and Janet didn't bother to call for aideProblem: I utilize a team of Service Dogs and my wife utilizes a rollator and a Service Dogs We did need the aide with loading our vehicle as I almost Fell trying to load our vehicle by myself

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. There were bean bags on a shelf with a 50% off sign. When we got up to the register they rang up full price, which wasn’t the issue. The issue is your employee AJ who was mumbling under his breath “you need to learn how to read”. Our reading wasn’t the problem. It was where you placed the sign. AJ will have your store in a hole before misread prices.

OK store. Selection was alright, but much of it felt dated. Some prices are pretty good, others not so much. I didn't really see any sales in the store and the clearance was a bit lacking. It's a place to meander a bit, get some ideas and maybe pick up an item or two, but savvy shoppers will need to go elsewhere to get everything they need. It's a little too much hunting and pecking for me and they just didn't have much of the modern, fresh items I was looking for. I may stop in for odds and ends later though.

Place is huge af they got every got Damm wal hanger you could imagine actually I think they had everything in the world in there. If you want anything just go on down to pottery barn. I didn't actually see any pottery though . JS

We love Old Time Pottery! The store is always so clean, and the spacing in the aisles is wonderful compared to the overpacked Marshalls or TJ. Very fair prices given the quality of their items!

A bit on the expensive side, which wouldn't be so bad if they ever had a sale or coupons. The regular prices are just too high compared to other stores like Hobby Lobby.

This store has about everything you need for your outdoor and indoor seating and patio furniture. Flower pots of every size, shape, and material. Acres of decor...pillows, rugs, linens, lamps...and the list goes on ..give yourself an hour or two to get lost in a decorators wonderland.Christmas is right around the corner. Old Time Pottery is ready to ring in the season.

Interesting store with lots of home decor and kitchenware. Store is clean and fairly well organized. Prices are very low. Product quality seems pretty good though. Didn't see any staff throughout the store, just at the register. The register staff member was very friendly and helpful.

I can't go here too often because I end up spending WAY too much money. Their stuff is at a good price, but I have noticed other store labels on their shelves like Mainstay and UP from Target.All in all, they have a great selection of cute home decor items.

Fantastic place. Lots of great choices. Fully stocked now fir christmas and Halloween. Great, and I do mean great prices. Home decor, bedding, lamps, dishes, anything for the kitchen, glasswear, clearance is now 60% off. Red tag is 25% off. And they have a lot of clearance. Only problem is its hard to find help. But everything else makes up for that.

They have tons of house hold goods and tons of Christmas stuff. There is also a lot of good deals. with that said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because while some prices are amazing, some are more than what I would pay elsewhere and some items are out of style for the price they are asking. It's a great place for a bargain shopper.

I decided to check out Old Time Pottery because my wife insisted that this is the place to purchase area rugs. The store is like a gigantic warehouse loaded with everything you can think of to add decore to your home. I found exactly the size and colors I needed in an area rug at a reasonable price.

Lots of hard to find items in this store. However, it's very difficult to find a sales person to help you locate items you may be looking for. Cashier was busy talking to another employee the entire time she was ringing up myitems. She was too busy to even say thank you. This store is not interested in customer sevice in my opinion.

I bought a large chair there recently. A worker in the linen department went out of her way to find a tape measure so we could see if it would fit in my jeep; it wouldn't. I paid and picked it up the next day. Shout out to Andre for loading it for me. Cashier and everyone was helpful and friendly.

A big store with so much to buy. I can walk around this store for hours. I always find bargains in here. I just wish they had coupons like Michael's and etc. The clearance racks always have something on them for you to purchase!
