Great new Harris Teeter location. I know my wife enjoys that they always have a Starbucks in the store. This is some serious competition for the Publix’s in town. Very similar price points and high quality products. There Harris Teeter ice cream is definitely top notch. It is worth giving a try.

Harris Teeter for those who live in CT like me, is a cross between one of our major supermarket chains and Whole Foods. We visited two of their stores while in Greenville. New to us as shoppers, was the bar inside that serves both wine and beer to their customers! Good sized seating area aside from the bar stools and nice selection of beer on tap and wine. Drink and shop. We did not imbibe as we were there to buy groceries with our hosts but it was fun to see this twist in a food store.Most impressive was the custom cut to order Dry-Aged Angus beef steak case, complete with dates the meat was put in and how long its aged.Extensive selection of fresh hot pizzas and soup, a big bakery with multiple shelves of cakes, doughnuts, bagels, pastries, frozen ice cream cakes, salad bar, a gluten free section, a large variety of fish on ice, and a monthly to-go print out menu featuring the main and sides for each day with the price. Bottled and boxed wine in all varieties is also sold in this market chain along with beer and spiked water and tea.

What a great place to food shop. So attractive inside. Wide variety of products. Good, healthy choices.Starbucks, cafe to sit, daily prepped breakfast, lunch, dinner items. All my favorites were here--sweet cream, yogurt, turkey bacon and many more.Very nice and helpful staff.Pharmacy services are good, too.

I use their pick up service. I order my groceries online in the app, choose the time, and pick up my groceries when the order is ready.I’ve had a couple of delightful experiences. Both times the shopper has been warm and personable. This last time, the shopper, Lisa, called me to make sure that the substitutions she made were acceptable and to inform me that she had made an additional substitution, really an upgrade, and it was at no cost to me. She was concerned — correctly — that a particular item was very important for me. She also apologized for being stocked out on a bagged Caesar salad with no obvious substitution possibility. No big deal for me. But I was grateful that she cared enough to mention it.Truly impressive service delivery!

This location is great for midnight shopping or purchasing quick dinner, However; While shopping and even checking out my family felt uncomfortable because of one employee following us around the store. I have seen multiple cases against Harris Teeter about their discrimination policy and Civil Comfort, It's not surprising that any of the locations have that same factor. It's not right and very unprofessional. I told another employee about it and they seemed to take action and asked the other to stop, which they did until we arrived at the checkout area. If someone promenades into an establishment then expect them to pay, especially if they are with family. I don't want this location to be like the others for different people.

Super upscale grocery store. Parking lot can get busy but there are more parking available in the garage. It’s nice to go there once in a while if you need specialty items like gourmet caviar or high end balsamic vinegar.

I had an excellent experience with Tara in the floral department. I had spoken with her on March 6th in search of Shamrocks for a St. Patrick's Day birthday. She checked and informed me that she would have them on March 13th. When I went there to pick them up Tara was so very nice! It is obvious that she cares about her job and her customers!!

Well laid out and clean location. Exceptionally pushy over the loud speaker near closing without any registers except self checkout open. Clearly marked sales items and what few staff members were there were kind. Felt understaffed especially as the three we saw all seemed in a bit of a frenzy.

Been to plenty of Harris Teeter locations before, and this is one of the worst laid out parking lots I have ever seen. Downright dangerous for pedestrians leaving the store in my opinion. Very tight lot

Store closes at 11 but, butcher closes at 9 and doesn’t cut past that. Doesn’t make any sense as I was there 15 minutes (since 845) as a woman asked a million questions about the differences in Salmon and the other butcher not helping her didn’t care to check on me. Then I ask for two pounds of beef and “well we are closed”Well you weren’t when I got there so do your job.Zero customer service.Asked to speak to the manager for clarification and she didn’t care to come out just told the cashier butcher closes at 9.Bad experiences usually start at the top and considering the managers lackadaisical attitude I wouldn’t expect more

They forgot to update their holiday hours. After fedex lost my Christmas dinner, I have no food and came here grateful they were open only to find they have been closed for hours. False hope Merry Christmas careless people.

Everything in this store is top notch, isles are clean organized and well maintained, the store selections are always fresh. It's literally heaven in grocery store form. And I've never seen a comparable high quality meat selection like theirs. This is always my go to store and I live about 30 miles from one.

If you enjoy Whole Foods then you will definitely enjoy Harris Teeter 😻😻😻 They had exactly what I wanted and then some! Store clean and the workers were very nice and helpful. Today as mi first time there I was window shopping for an hour, the next time I go shopping shopping lol I know I will be in there longer😅

Excellent store owner, management and staff! Someone hit my car in the parking lot, and you wouldn't believe how amazing the store owner and management staff were in helping me. They really went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. It was a small incident, but they made me feel like it was as important to them as it was to me. That is really a big deal. In addition to this incident, I shop at this store because of their wide selection of fresh organics, excellent bakery, fresh food and ability to purchase brands (like Johnny Pop) that I can't get anywhere else. The store is always clean, and I never have to wait to checkout. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. This is a business that I highly suggest you support; especially because it is ran by good people. I know if that happened anywhere else my concerns would have been set aside, but not at Harris Teeter. Thank you all for such a great experience in your store!

Clean & friendly staff—great selection of products (especially cheeses). Layout of store is a bit confusing and parking lot is not the most convenient if you are in a hurry (parking garage etc).

My go-to grocery store is definitely Harris Teeter. Every time I walk in the door, I am impressed by how immaculately clean the store is. It's clear that they take pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, which is really important to me as a shopper. However, I do notice that their prices are higher than other grocery stores in the area. While I'm willing to pay a little extra for a clean shopping experience, I do wish that their prices were more competitive with other grocery stores. Overall, though, I definitely prefer to shop at Harris Teeter because of their commitment to cleanliness and the quality of their products.

Great store with pretty much everything you need for grocery shopping. Fresh fish & butcher counter, deli, wine & beer isle, fresh hot pizza, they've got it all. And decent prices too.

Do NOT buy the lobster roll.Unless you are ok with your sandwich loaded with pieces of shells.I really like Harris Teeter, but my first purchase of the "handmade" lobster roll was a deal killer.No thanks

I drive from Spartanburg to Harris Teeter because I can't get enough of this awesome grocery store. Always have good beer at the bar and a great deli to complement it. There is also plenty to choose from on the grocery side. Make sure you go to customer service to sign up to be a member free. 😉

It is a good store and you can find certain tropical fruits you cannot find on other places. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences as they charge us the wrong price for fruits we bought so we ended up paying more than the real price. In addition some of these fruits maybe spoiled such as the sweet cucumbers we got yesterday. Returning these fruits is difficult once we are back with them at home. So it is annoying and dissapointing.
