Very helpful and thoughtful. My cats knocked down a big bag of baking chocolates and my dog got ahold of it, very non-judgmental and sweet. Went above and beyond, and while it was expensive (like everything else) they kept our cost concerns in mind as much as possible to give our dog the best care. Love this place, will definitely go back if we have another emergency that requires overnight care. Even over the phone the staff is always so sweet and patient regardless of how busy they are.

We've been seeing Madelynn Garrelts, DVM, at CPAH since 2021/2022, and we've had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Garrelts and the CPAH staff are patient and willing to stick around and insure we’ve discussed all concerns and answered all questions (in spite of how busy they are). Their love for animals is evident. My elderly dog is my only child, and I always feel like she is getting the best treatment and consideration with Dr. Garrelts and her team. Thank you for taking such good care of my old girl!

I took my dog here for several years but since the beginning it’s been a disappointing experience due to their lack of organization and communication. My most recent experience here was the last straw and we are now looking for a new vet. My dog gets allergy shots and I schedule them as needed when his allergies start to flare up. It took 4 calls last week for me to finally get in touch with them. The first two times I called I left voicemails and never received a call back. The third time I called I was put on hold for roughly ten minutes before it went to voicemail only to once again not receive a call back. Finally on the fourth try, I was able to schedule his appointment. We arrived at his appointment and waited for a good bit only for them to come out and tell us they could not give him the shot he really needed because his physical just expired and I would have to either make another appointment for a different day to first get a physical or wait until they got caught up that evening for them to see him and pay for a physical I was not prepared to pay for that day. This should have been caught at the time I made the appointment and not after I was already there and had been waiting. Sadly, this isn’t the first experience I’ve had here either where we’ve shown up for his appointment and then they wouldn’t give him the shot. Needless to say, we are now finding another vet due to continually having bad experiences.

Cleveland Park has been a great resource for our two cats and one dog. While the rates are a bit higher than average, they really do love our animals and give thoughtful guidance on their care. We’ve used their groomers before for our golden retriever, which was a fine experience.

Well they have sent a survey to my inbox twice. First with no link and the 2nd, with a broken link--so I'lll leave my opinion here. I just moved to Greenville and was looking for a local vet. When you come from the most amazing, caring and friendly vets and technicians, the bar is set. My vet back home is not only an amazing vet but an amazing person. Cleveland Park Animal Hospital unfortunately doesn't offer the above. At least I didnt experience this when I took my pup there. It's a fancy building.Shrug.I didnt feel welcomed when I went to this facility. I was never greeted by the front desk staff. They are pretty involved in themselves and their own conversations, so I guess I just came at an inconvenient time. The vet I met with was unremarkable. The tech was unremarkable. Basically, I was ticket number 39 with an old dog.I have been in Greenville for a year now and the search for a vet continues. I have been to the vet 4 times last year, 3 of those 4 times, I drove my pup 3.5 hours back home to Charleston to my old vet for surgery and even simple check ups and panels. A vet is caring for a member of your family and it's important that the moment you walk in the door, you and your furry (maybe) friend feel valued and important. I didnt feel either. Coupled with the general air of elitism, I do not recommend.

This place was clean and very helpful. I went there to give my newer puppy a check up and an update his shots. I left with answers to a bunch of questions and now I am able to better care for my buddy. They were very good with my puppy and he let them even cut his nails! Didn't think that was possible. I highly recommend this vetrenarian.

Cleveland Park has been my vet for 7 years across two locations. Last time my dog was boarded there for 5 days they did not give her any of the vaccines she needed and was planned to get, some of which were required for boarding. They also lost her favorite toy. The phone is often left unanswered. I would be ok with the increasing costs here but not when the quality of service is decreasing.

I have not felt as comfortable with a vet as I have with Cleveland Park Animal Hospital. In my experience thay go above and beyond and treat your pets like family. My cats were so well taken care of. They loved on them and gave them amazing care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. Just amazing and compassionate professional staff.

The staff at Cleveland has always been very caring and helpful. They appear to have a very large clientele. They may not remember you but they remember our pets! Which I think is great!We recently had to have one of our dogs put to sleep. The staff was very caring and let us spend the time we needed to say goodbye.

Our dogs have gone to Cleveland Park for many years, this is by far the best Animal Hospital and place to take your dogs when you’re out of town.They love them like they are their own, we hate to leave our fur babies but know they’re going to be in good hands with the amazing staff at Cleveland Park.

I am so happy we found Cleveland Park. All of the staff is willing to listen, explain, and answer any questions. Being able to keep in touch with the vet easily is so reassuring! We recently boarded our dogs and the only recommendation I have would be information cards to be given at pick up (how much they ate, grooming services, etc.)

I’ve taken my cat and dog here since they were little. The vet really cares about each animal and offers excellent service. Although pricey, it’s completely worth it for the amount of care they give to my pets.

I really hope they get it together. This place is extremely disorganized, and I was way too patient about it until I received a “we forgot to vaccinate your cats during their surgery yesterday” text. Really only leaving this so others are warned about the neglectful nature of every visit at a high cost that is supposed to come with premier care. From having to call and ask multiple times for emailed receipts, to multiple details on their records being wrong, scheduling the wrong surgery and having to correct it the morning of (and never receiving an estimate in the first place), having to go back and pick up forgotten tags/medications/tools, etc. A nice staff only goes so far when you’re spending thousands of dollars to ensure the wellness and health of your animals and not receiving the care that you discuss and need.

I had the best months I ever had with him while he was in their care, and I had their help seeing him off to the next place we will meet. Could not recommend them more highly. 💜

My puppy and I adore this clinic. We have been here for puppy vaccines and also for an emergency. Every time, she is treated with kindness and compassion from everyone. The entire staff is fantastic, which makes each visit smooth and stress-free. They can always squeeze us in and the pricing is always fair. I genuinely believe my puppy loves coming into this office. She leaves happy and relaxed every time!

Boarded my dog here and encountered overwhelming rudeness. The put my dog in the cage on the end and assured me that he’d be placed in a different pen, which didn’t happen bc I saw them take him from that pen when they opened the door. Then they bathed him after I told them that I did not want this service. The counter person as so rude and said I’d need to sign ahead of time next time if I didn’t want him bathed. Honey, there will never be a next time. And who hires these counter people, anyway? They’re not only rude, it’s like they have a personality disorder. There are so many other boarding facilities…don’t trust these people with your pets.

Maybe it’s poor communication? I took my pure bred lab here for puppy care and I didn’t get the feedback I needed. I think it’s important to build a rapport with your human client. Every time I came I had to correct charting errors. (Birthday, shots, weight) It got to the point that I felt I was being scammed for money. (Pushing treatments without owner consultation) “Vet mill” $ (I’ve secured another vet that charges double for the care I need but they’re much more communicative and receptive. That’s what I need) I do not recommend this place.

I get my dog her vaccine for training. Ask the front desk to print out copy for class. Get to class and the copy he printed out isn't updated to include the vaccine I brought her in for?

We had our two babies in for an 11 day boarding. I’m glad they were at the vet in case there was any issues, however, I wish they offered a webcam. I’m sure I’m not the only doggie mom who’s like to see their fur babies when they’re being boarded. The boarding staff is nice though when calling for an update.

I have really enjoyed my experiences here for over a year now! Dr. Miller has been wonderful with my cat. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt that my Minerva was truly cared for during her visit. The environment is consistently clean, and I've been able to schedule routine appointments with ease.He has not yet needed an appointment, but I love that this office will treat exotics, as I have a ball python as well.Thank you!

I' love how they treat my American Akita when it comes to toe nail clippings. They already know it usually takes 3 of us to hold him. Chief'can get very aggressive. They already know his breed and everything I've told them about Chief. Thanks for understanding and caring. LOL.. Chief' 🐾knows exactly where Cleveland Park is.
