More often than not, I am greeted when I come in. The store is always very clean. The staff are usually very polite, except one & maybe she was having a rough day. No points off for that. We all have bad days. Otherwise, this is a great place to stop in to grab a coffee or snack, get some gas or ice, or even something from their hot bar. They also have salads, sandwiches, pudding cups, etc. in an island cooler. This is my Go-To stop when I need something.

So far, so good. I am a local and daily customer. I can usually expect to be treated like an old friend by the workers, I like this. The store was renovated and after closing for soooo long, they eventually opened in 2022 right at the end of winter. The renovations really updated the size, functionality and feel of the service station. Very nice, clean restrooms. State of the art bathroom sinks, dispensers and the hand dryers are fancy for a small town like graniteville, SC.As for the hot food addition to what this store offers.. . If someone will show up and cook... Pizza is always on the menu. And it is really good! Other menu items are pretty standard for fried gas station food. Potato wedges, biscuits, gravy, corn, usually a cobbler or sweet potato thing for a sweet option.The fountain is standard with nugget ice. Slushes and a milkshake machine.Also there is a coffee bar. Nothing spectacular. Always clean, well stocked. My favorite part of the whole thing is the 2 complimentary round tables, each with 2 chairs. I have had lunch with a friend here a few times. But I have never seen anyone else occupying them.The general merchandise is a limited selection. Nothing dramatized like larger chains tend to do. You're unlikely to feel overwhelmed with options; however, everyone can probably find what they're looking for at a gas station, at this one.

Recently reopened after remodeling. Love the employees...always smiling and friendly. And they have free fountain drinks and tea! Also get a Sprint card and you earn points for every purchase which you can use towards your gas purchase. They also offer hot food. Tried the chicken strip and pizza. Both were really good considering it's in a gas station.

Much better than the one on Edgefield Road North Augusta all their gas prices for 3 weeks have been N C ? What does N C even mean? Even the lady at Sprint Corporate Office asked me that LOL

When I asked about a listed price for an item, the cashier told me that I could go to another store if I wanted to. So I put my items back and did exactly as she said, I went to another store. I told the cashier if she kept acting like that they were going to lose customers. I won’t be surprised if they lose business because of people like that.

They need new employees. I hate going in there lately. There is one employee that's just rude! Just keep driving to the Pilot it's very crowded (which I hate) but them employee's are polite
