The employees are always very nice and try to help when they can. Even though dollar store management, over works there employees. They have to stock all the time, and have to stop for any customer to check them out. This provides a poor customer experience. But the employees that deal with thus are great..

Came in to get some cooking oil and went to go checkout and the only lane open was self checkout and the line was all the way down the seasonal isle. 3 employees was on one isle. One Customer had to leave the checkout line to go get an employee for help on the kiosk. This store is going down bad.

Love the NEW set-up this store has. There's more frozen foods and more choices of many different types of items. It's always clean and well stocked. It's got a self check-out, which only let's you use a card for now. Which I can't wait till it's set for cash as well. The employees are very polite and helpful.

Friendly and well kept. Just remodeled so now the store is fresh and fully stocked, great frozen section. Only 4 stars because there is still no produce section and the counter space is so limited at checkout, it may determine that I only buy a fraction of my normal items... To avoid a hasty and stressful checkout... Piling items right on the cashier's limited work space... While simultaneously making sure that my bagged items don't get backed up on the bag carousel. And with all the commotion and always a quiet line waiting and watching.... I'm really trying to focus on my wallet in one hand, while it's also full with items. Tonight, I dropped it on the floor.

It was like all dollar generals very small and cluttered and needs cleaning. Service was slow for there was a line and one register opened and too hot to stand in line. But seems this is typical for dollar generals and I got what I needed it served my purpose and the cashier was pleasant so overall this is my ratings

This store has become ridiculously disorganized and quite chaotic over the past year or so. While it used to be one of my go-to quick stops after picking my girls up from school, I now try to avoid shopping here. The aisles are ALWAYS so cluttered you can barely get through with a buggy, the wait to check out is excessive and they no longer open a second register if there are more than 3 people in line. Corporate has been in several times to organize and rearrange but within a week or 2 the disaster has returned. Employees don't stay long anymore either and I've heard them complain of improper training then being reprimanded for performing inadequately. I've gotten to the point where I'll pay the more expensive prices from one of the 2 gas stations just at the end of the road to avoid the headache and frustration of stopping at this Dollar General.

This store is always packed with people wanting to buy groceries. But only one register open. I was in the store last night when 9 people stood in line waiting to check out. I waited for ten minutes before finally leaving. Also the condition of the store is terrible. Does anyone ever clean up? Almost every isle you walk down is littered with trash and other items.

Unless you hate life and you’re seeking a quintessentially absurd shopping experience to finally send you swiftly over the edge, do not shop here. If you’re compelled to shop here I suppose you could always humor yourself and pretend that you’re an unwitting extra trapped in the confines of a bad B movie. But you’ve got better things to do so why waste time and money somewhere that hates to see you coming and loves to see you go when you’re much better off having a beer instead and leaving the lost souls running this sad show to their own devices.

The place is a mess. Aisles were cluttered with random out of place items and trash. The lines were longer than they should've been. Then we go to the front to pay and there was no cashier even though there were several people standing in line. When we get to the cashier, the register froze up. So he called the manager, whose name is Christina. She was rude and condescending, even implying it was our fault. This place consistently lowers the bar for Dollar Generals.

Always nice employees that remember you but lines are always bad there and I will avoid going there just for that reason. It is always messy and by that I mean unpacked items that came in and so forth. I don't think I've ever seen that place uncluttered.

I have not had any personal bad experiences here, however, this store has become so cluttered and disorganized. Many items are out of place, thrown on the floor, and not presentable at all. I’m not sure if the store is under staffed or if it’s the quality of workers but I would love to see an overhaul of this store. It’s in a very convienent location for locals but I would gladly travel into town to another store to avoid this place

Friendly and Great Staff!!! Always Greeted with a welcome and asked to come back. Staff are amazing and know where things are. Store could be Clean up a little but its easy to navigate.

I love the place.I go once a month.I get all house hold items and bathitems for less10 dollars.The down side the stores a pig pen.Theres no house keeping to speak of.j

Everything you probably need when you cannot get to the big Walmart Supercenters a little cheaper but they need new cashier's or more checkouts are very slow at checking people out
