The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Treat you like you've been coming there forever, and really down to earth people. The variety of items is really extensive and the prices are very competitive. Overall, I highly recommend using them for a wide variety of things from treats and foods to grooming services and meds.

The ONLY place I will board my dog! Kenny & his staff are absolutely amazing with my lil man. My lil man, Ryder is a snorkie (yorkie- schnauzer mixed) & suffers from lil dog syndrome, so he can be a little grumpy especially around big dogs.I really feel safe when he stays at Barkmart since he doesn't get to mingle with other dogs which may end up in a fight, bc of Ryders grumpines. I highly recommend them if you need to board your fur baby!!

I regularly visit The BarkMart Pet Store on Bettis Academy road in Graniteville ,SC for pet supplies. I'm always greeted & welcomed for coming by .The staff is always helpful & knowledgeable on their extensive line of products. I've been knowing Mr.Kenny & Ms.December for over 25+ yrs ! They are good people who are hard workers and take pride in their business. So if you have furbabies ,fish,frogs,lizards,turtles ...you name it I bet you'll find what you need here at Bart Mart ! Oh and they also have a small section of hardware supplies,plumbing and building supplies 🤗♥️👍

We took our newest pup (beagle) to get a new harness for her 1st bday. She looks so cute in her hot pink harness. She loved wearing it & its super easy to put on & take off. All of our dogs have gotten a harness for their bdays at Bark Mart

The Barkmart is one of the best pet groomers my baby has ever been. Miss December took such good care of my Haley (toy Yorkshire Terrier) Haley loved her and got the prettiest haircut in town. And always with a beautiful bow. Prices are great especially for the good services you'll receive.

I found the best price for Nature's Balance dog foods at the store. It was the only dog food my fur baby could eat. Plus, they carry a variety of pet, farm, and yard supplies. I love the scented candles and greeting cards they have at the register area. The owner is super nice, too.

Place is nice and clean and they have most anything you can think of for any pet with very reasonable pricing and the ability to answer most any question you have about your pet. Along with a few odd and ends with stuff also for landscaping with your pet in mind. Also some building and plumbing supplies too. Very much a stop and see, you will be surprised! 😉

At first, the service wasn't very friendly. Maybe profiling a little, but for good reason I'm sure. As a repeat customer and buyer of higher end dog food... The owner and his family are welcoming me more and more and with more warmth each time. Great products. Even a hardware section, great selection of food, supplies and accessories.

Best selection of safe, quality food and treats! I can come in and shop and not have to even read the ingredients because Barkmart only supplies safe, top of the line products! They have the best selection and a lot of hard to find products. Boarding: I would not trust my animals with any other business!! They truly care about your furbaby and December treats them as her own...you won't regret using this service or shopping here... Get ready to find new products you had no idea were out there!! This store is well laid out with a variety of products. In spite of it's name, it's NOT just for dogs: cats, birds, gerbils, etc. are included. There is a small hardware section also.We told the owner that the store should at least be named BarkMart +.This business is worth checking out.

Thank you Mr. Kenny for being so willing to accommodate me and special order raw food for my dog. I have been trying to get these items for about 3 months now, since moving to the area. And your prices are very affordable. I will be making the trip to get my dog supplies here, and bypassing both Petco and Petsmart and the other independent stores in between. You took the time out and had a better selection than the major chain stores who couldn't be bothered. Thanks again!

Bark Mart always has what I need when it comes to my pets. They are plenty knowledgeable about the products they carry and they haven’t let me down once. From dog food to flea/tick care to cat wash and everything in-between. It’s my go-to store for all my pet care needs

Where do I start? The worst customer experience due to major attitudes from start to end. Will not be going back. The girl that works the front should not be working with people. I just hope she/they treated my two dogs better than they treated my family members and myself. I have been there several times, before boarding my dogs, to buy items for my dogs and each time that girl has been rude to me. The day I dropped my dogs off for boarding I requested they trim their nails and wanted to pay for that up front. The girl told me that they probably won't have time because they are booked up with grooming. She wasn't so pleasant in her tone. The dogs were there for a week and their door states no appointment needed for nail trimmings Monday-Friday 5:30-6pm. They did not get their nails cut.I just got a call from two of my family members who picked them up this morning for me telling me how rude the girl was at the front. I asked her name and indeed it was the same person. When they told her that they were picking up two dogs under my name she rolled her eyes and told them no it's listed under the dogs name (as she picks up the book/ list of dogs being boarded she turns the page and literally slams the book on the counter!) and she didn't stop her attitude there. It's one thing to be rude to me but I will not put up with someone treating a family member like that. They just lost several customers by word of mouth. You are welcome. 😡
