Love this petsense. I got my bearded dragon from them. The gm Nikki is always wonderful and inviting. :) She loves to see any updates I have on my pets. (8pets can be a hassle ) but these wonderful people get it.

Abigail at Pet Sense in Goose Creek takes great care of my fur babies Angel and Scuba. They both get excited about their grooming day with her. I have tried other groomers in the area and have never been so happy when I pick them up and they are exactly how I anticipated.

Really unsatisfied with my dogs grooming experience. Brad was sort of pleasant but as I’m brushing him today (less than a week later) I’m finding that not even half of the grooming I paid for was done. I paid for a full deshedding bath amongst other things like sanitary grooming, nail filing etc. For 90$ I am deeply unhappy. He had small mats left behind his ears, he came home damp. The store is about a 10 minute drive from me and 15 minutes after getting home I receive a text that my dog would be ready in the next 15-30 minutes. For a full bath and grooming I was really shocked that he would have been done by that time. I let it go and took him on home and I just can’t believe the lack of time and care spent into grooming him. He is a border collie who has long hair. He has absolutely no temperament issues or behavioral problems whatsoever other than anxiety towards the blow dryer which he will just turn away. I really would like to ask for a refund or for him to have a different groomer take care of him. He was still damp and did not feel clean. I was in a rush to have him groomed due to family coming in from out of town with allergies. I wouldn’t recommend for the cost.

Boston is my sweet new baby cavapoo whose fur got extra long which was almost covering his eye. Today was his first grooming appointment and he was so cute and the groomer was very nice. We will be bringing him back.

We recently took our pup in to see Abigail for a nail trim. It was our first time seeing Abigail, but won't be the last! Our pup came home with beautifully short nails and seems much happier! Will definitely return. 😊

Took my little puppy to get his first grooming services! Abigail was so sweet and gave me lots of important information on how to keep up with my bernedoodles hair! He looked so good when I picked him up a cried a little 😂

My experience at this grooming salon was disappointing. The communication was poor and the prices excessive for the mediocre service I received from Abigail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to other pet owners.

I can't say enough good things about the trainer. She worked with me and my Corgi for an hour and noticed his strengths, made it positive, and fun for him. I don't live in the state full time but I'm already planning to bring him back for fun when I come back for winter break. The rest of the staff is also very kind and makes an effort to remember you and your pet.

We used to enjoy coming here with my family as we adopted one cat from there. But there is an employee who is very rude and likes to butt in on other people's convo. If I were you,I'll take my business elsewhere. Definitely not bringing my pets there anymore.

We have been coming here for years, and they are just as nice and helpful as they've always been. The groomers, dog trainer, and staff are helpful and give great advice. We brought our new puppy in and unfortunately the people we got her from weren't very kind to her so she had some skin issues that needed attention and the groomer was happy to point me in the right direction (after of course giving our angel bear some much deserved love & attention!) They really go out of their way for their customers! They also have great prices and sales all the time. I would highly recommend paying them a visit!!

Great little store. New manager and staff are very friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable! Prices are very reasonable. Easy in and out. Spoke with new groomer about my gran-puppy. Kim has 20 years experience and really knows her stuff. Took the gran-puppy in and she was wonderful with him! Great job! Great prices!

Pet supplies plus was booked but they referred me here and the lady on the phone who answered was very rude. She asked me when I’d need grooming for my pooch and I asked her when she has availability. She doesn’t answer and then she proceeds to ask if it’s a full groom or not. I have a great Pyreneese retriever mix and it’s been a few months since she’s been groomed so I said yes politely. And she said “Oh GOD” so rudely. Hadn’t even told her the breed yet.Totally turned me off to the place. Wouldn’t want to take my baby to a place where people don’t enjoy their job or at least act like it.

If i could give less than one star i would. We were frequent patrons of this establishment and only let Kelly groom our dog (she’s great) until a dog attacked my yorkie and 2 other dogs while in the care of petsense. Management doesn’t care about the animals and fired the groomer for caring.They don’t have any cameras in the building & the groomers assistant was untrained and management was aware.

New to the area brought my dog in to be groomed and when I went back to pick her up her eye didn't look right to me all she said was it was my dogs allergies. She has never had issues like this well it has gotten worse bringing her to the vet. Never going back..

My wife scheduled an appointment to get our dog groomed and they confirmed a time. The morning of the grooming appointment we got NO phone call so I took our dog for her appointment and when I got there I was told their groomer wasn’t there. They never called to tell us that or anything. Instead they wasted our time by having me and our dog drive all the way there to find out she couldn’t get groomed. We will NOT be back.

Wonderful little pet supplies store. The staff is excellent, friendly and always willing to help. They will carry your food for you or just answer your questions. Their selection is good for a smaller store. I love to go in and see their adootable cats! They also just recently started selling bearded dragons and leopard geckos!

I made an appointment for my little fur baby to be bathed and have her nails trimmed. 3 hours after I dropped her off I still had not received a call saying she was ready to be picked up. When I dropped her off the groomer did say she was very busy and it might be awhile and I completely understood this. However after 3 hours I walked over to see what was going on. The groomer was at the front of the store talking to the other worker and then proceeded to take a walk in for a nail trim. When I asked the other worker about my dog I was told her nails still had to be done. After extreme attitude from both employees I said I just would get her nails done at another time. When my dog was handed back to me she was still soaking wet and shivering. 3 hours to bathe a ten pound dog. I told them I’d never be returning for their services and was told “that is perfectly fine”. Very rude and unprofessional service.
