They did not do what I asked, They also only cut half of the feet. They did not file the nails as instructed. They cut them. They did not clean the ears. They left them along, which was instructed to make sure because I have a cocker spaniel. And the ears have to be trimmed. They did not trim the pause. It was just awful.

Great selection of food, toys and treats. 3 stars for the self wash, the soap, shampoo and conditioner selection is average (what’s expected) the bath set up is nice but the reason I bring my dog to self wash is for the blow dry aspect. The dryer barely blew any air and with the two tiny towels I was given I left with a very damp/wet dog.

This is the best pet store in the low country. I can honestly say that my dog's life is better because of this store and its staff. Everyone is always so loving and attentive to her when we come in and generous with treats, and my dog gets excited we soon as we get to the parking lot here. I can always bring her here for a few minutes of happiness.They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices. I keep dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, spiders, rabbits, etc., and this place always has everything I need for them. My dog loves their selection of dog treats, and I love the prices. They also have clinics monthly where you can get treatment for your pet very affordably. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They take their time with me and answer questions, and if ever there's any problem, it always gets solved to my satisfaction quickly and with a smile.

After signing up for the points/rewards program, I have to admit that this is one of the best places I can shop for my boy, Deuce! First time I shopped there after signing up my total went from $126 to $94 bucks! And the brand of dog food that I prefer to buy is hard to find in places like Walmart or Target, especially the size bag I look for, but Pet Supplies Plus never let's me down! With services like pet grooming, nail services, and the variety of items they supply, I'll be a regular shopper for quite some time! Love when a certain store becomes home base for my needs. Definitely happy I walked into the place when I did! Customer service is always spectacular and of course you can bring you fur baby with you to shop!

Took my puppy here to try their self wash dog room let’s just say I will never do it again ! It was horrible they didn’t have any towels and the dog dryer barely had air coming out of it and when the air did come out it was cold! The room wasn’t clean. They also didn’t have much of a dog shampoo selection in there luckily I brought my own supplies. In my opinion if you can’t keep it clean and supplied and have the proper equipment then don’t have it in your store. They need to permanently close it!

Great store! Small amount (2-4) of kittens. A lot of fish. We always go for worms and super worms for our bearded dragon. Great amount of food and pet supplies. Highly recommend!
