Ron and his staff do an amazing job. They’re friendly, professional and willing to accommodate unexpected changes in your schedule (of course as long as you give them early notice). Definitely a good and affordable place to take your pup for daycare and boarding. My pup loves coming here!

They are so kind to both my Golden Retriever and my cat. They are also very accommodating when you are scatter brained like me and have to plan for you pet at the last minute. Great service and good to our pets.

My dogs love this place! They seem happy to go in, and they look well taken care of when I pick them up. One of my dogs gets medicine twice a day, and they are great at giving her meds. I also love that they rescue & try to get homeless dogs a forever home!

Excellent place to leave your pet. My husband and I left our high energy, 25 lb.4 month old puppy with them last week. The 1st thing we noticed was how very clean it was throughout the facility, and they were so friendly. This was the first time I ever left a pet at a kennel before so I was a little nervous. This was the first time I lodged my beagle mix here. She is 14 and I was quite nervous changing up where I lodged her so late in her life. However, the staff met me at my car to assist and took the time to sit with Ladybug and pet her before doing anything drastic. When I picked her up they gave me an overview of her weekend and that she had done quite well! I will be using this lodge from now on. It felt like I was leaving her with family!

My other pet sitters retired....they recommended whiskers and paws. Lol further to drive...but such a great place to have my baby go. Owners are pet people..their staff is super...and there is a HUGE exercise area. My baby was happy when I left ..happy when I returned...and we will use whiskers and paws again. Thanks guys!!!!

Ron and Patty are most accommodating! They always take the time to ask about our fur baby and our humans also! super clean and safe place, no fleas or crud. we have boarded Kate about 25+ times over the past two years and each time has been a pleasantry.

I WISH I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A MINUS STAR BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY I FEEL RIGHT NOW. I just picked up my dog from this kennel. This is the second time I boarded her at this place. The first time, there were no issues, so I thought I would give them a second try, and made reservations for a 3, possibly a 4 night stay, and I requested a running cage so that my dog, a 15 pound llasa would have room to stay in or go outside. I also left instructions that she was not to go outside with other dogs. She is my one and only dog, and is like my child. She goes outside, on a leash, to do her business and sniff around during the day, but other than that, she is a house pet. When I dropped her off on Monday, we were escorted to a running cage, and I left her food and treats; enough for a four night stay. When we arrived at the kennel on Thursday afternoon to pick her up, I paid the lady for a three night stay in a running cage. I inquired as to how my puppy had fared, and was informed by the lady that she didn’t eat her food. I told the lady that sometimes she wouldn’t eat when the food was put out, but that she usually ate it later. After I had paid the woman for a three night stay in a running cage, I started to open the door that led to the running cages, but was promptly stopped and told that my puppy had been moved to another room because she wouldn’t eat. I started to ask “what room”, but the woman brushed me off and told me that she would gather my puppy’s things and would be right back. When she came back, she led me to a small room that was filled with puppy cages. It was definitely not the running cage I had left her in. My puppy was sitting in this cage with an empty bowl and the clean rug that I had left for her to sleep on had poop all over it. The woman tried to tell my e that they had just moved her to the small cage that morning to see if she would eat better, but I don’t know what that had to do with her eating her food. The bowl in the cage was empty. I was very upset, and got my puppy and left, but the more I thought about it, the madder I got, and I called the woman back, and told her that I believed that they moved my dog to a small cage because they needed the running cage that I paid for to house a larger dog. She insisted that they were just worried because she wouldn’t eat. I told her if they were so worried, why didn’t they call me. They have at least three contact numbers for me. Her food bag that I had left with them contained only two treats and one snack bag of fresh baked chicken which would have been her meal for the night. All the other food was missing. I think this woman flat out lied to me because she took my puppy out of a space that I had paid for, and used that space for a larger dog. I WILL NEVER AGAIN TAKE MY DOG TO THIS PLACE TO BE CARED FOR BY THESE PEOPLE. UNLIKE THE PLACE THAT I USED FOR SO MANY YEARS BEFORE THE OWNERS RETIRED, THESE PEOPLE AT WHISKERS AND PAWS ONLY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT HOW MANY DOGS THEY CAN FIT INTO THEIR FACILITY. I JUST HAVE TO WONDER IF MY PUPPY HAD GOTTEN SICK, WOULD THEY HAVE CALLED ME????????? I am very upset about this whole situation.

They are wonderful with our girls (two medium-large dogs). We call it puppy camp because they love going. The place is clean, my dogs come home happy and healthy.

We used a different kennel prior to Whiskers and Paws but the owners retired. I searched many places and decided to try Whiskers and Paws. I am extremely picky about who I would leave Casey with because she had terrible skin problems that required daily medication. The first time we took Casey one of the owners got down on the floor with her and was loving her. That was a plus. She was content when we picked her up and medication give as directed. Unfortunately, Casey lost her battle with cancer 1/12/19. Patti, one of the owners, sent a sympathy card when she found out. I would definitely recommend this facility and will use them in the future when we get our next furbaby. Thank you Whiskers and Paws for treating our Casey like family.

The staff here treated my dog like I would at home. I appreciate all they did for him while I was out of town. Their prices were great, he didn't come home smelling awful, and I felt like he was more than just another paycheck for them.
