When I ordered a strawberry milkshake I expected to receive a milkshake with strawberry flavor I received a milkshake without flavor I told the girls about it and they only gave me a glass with strawberry snow and strawberries this must be a joke page for my milkshake and they told me They treat me like I walked in and asked for a free milkshake.

We stopped here for a sweet treat while strolling through downtown Georgetown...a good decision! A very patriotic place with friendly service, and the ice cream was very good. They serve Kemp's brand ice cream, which we weren't familiar with, but we liked it. The waffle cones were made fresh and tasted that way. Plenty of shaded outside seating too. We'd definitely stop here again on another visit to scenic Georgetown.

As someone who's had rolled ice cream many times at various places, Harvest Moon is doing that style of ice cream very well! The prices are fair considering how big the serving is; anyone who says otherwise doesn't know how much effort goes into the practice of making rolled ice cream.It's prepared right in front of you, and it's got a very fresh taste! I had the Strawberry Cheesecake, and it came filled with ice cream rolls, topped with bits of cake and whip cream and strawberry syrup. I was also pleasantly surprised that they added one of my favorite candies to the toppings; strawberry pocky!I recommend trying them if you'd like something new to try in Georgetown.It's only pricey compared to *regular* ice cream shops. You can't compare a scooped cone to hand rolled fresh ice cream. It's worth the splurge!The girls were very nice and pleasant as well. Good staff.

Stopped in with a party of 10 about 7:59 on a Saturday night. Google stated was still open. Doors were open and there was a line. Employees looked up at stated very matter of fact "We Are Closed." Went back in after walking a little further down the street, watching people still walk in and out, being turned away. Got the name of the owner and number to call. One of the employees was quite fast to state that they closed at 8 according to one of the websites. The doors should have been locked and a Closed sign on the door. In my day, you never turned customers away, especially if doors were still open.

Ordered cookies and cream rolled ice cream with toffee bits. After waiting 20 minutes, got cookies and cream crumbled up frozen broken bits of ice cream with no toffee bits.. Really disappointing first rolled ice cream experience.

Went to harvest moon today and had the best experience, the service was great. The girl behind the counter also helped me choose a new flavor of ice cream and it was delicious. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any ice cream shop. All thanks to the Ellie!

Ice cream was delicious and really hit the spot. We were happy with our purchase but the buying experience left a little to be desired. My wife asked for a waffle cone and because she saw how generous they are with their servings, she knew it would be too much for her to eat. She said to the girl getting the ice cream "I don't want a lot so can you just fill it to the top of the come?" The girl looked a little shocked but started getting the ice cream. Another employee behind the counter said to the girl getting the ice cream "They can have as much or as little as they like but the price is still the same." The woman addressed the employee without even acknowledging us and we never implied that we expected a discount so it was kind of insulting. We ride jet skis from Charleston to Georgetown with a group of about 10 others and that first visit to Harvest Moon might just be our last.

Used to be the go to ice cream spot but after re-opening it's terrible. Barely any ice cream in a scoop, workers act like they don't wanna be there, not to mention their hours have changed and are incorrect online.

This is the worst ice cream ever. I LOVE ice cream and it broke my heart the I had to throw away a waffle cone. My ice cream was flavorless and only "tasted" like sugar/sweetness. The ice cream even had chocolate bits in it and thought at least I can eat those. Nope, nada, just as flavorless. The staff/service was pleasant, so this A true reflection of the ice. Went down the way to Charleston Creamery - way better!!!

Re-opened and not worth the price or wait. Waffle cones had a closed face, workers did not know how to roll ice cream and it was hectic.

Modest ice cream store serving kemp’s ice cream, nice place to rest and get a scoop. Most value in getting a sundae- it’s 2 scoops with whip cream, a cherry, and one topping for ~$5.50. Photo is the view of the street from inside the store.

Went to this place today 3:15 pm for 🍦 ice cream the young lady behind the counter sneezed and continued to fix my ice cream! I asked her politely are you going to wash your hand? Her response no because I sneezed on my arm! Laughed and continued! Worst experience ever!
