I've come to this store two days in a row to load money on my Cash appI'm being told that only a manager can load money onto2 days in a row and there's not a manager there for me to put money on my cash out this is the suckiest family Dollar store!Stupid!

Family Dollar is always a warm and friendly place to shop. The employees are awesome and overworked. But still friendly and helpful.

Employees @ the Georgetown store are always friendly, respectful, & helpful when I shop here. It's a rare occurrence if I'm unable to find what I went for and most of the time I leave with items I had no intention of purchasing. I dred seeing a long checkout line anywhere I shop, but not so much here because it moves along quickly & smoothly . I called this store tonight asking about the price of a specific item & if it was in stock to avoid a wasted trip. The guy (didn't catch his name😕) I spoke to was friendly, very patient, & helpful even though he admitted he wasn't familiar with the item & didn't know what it looked liked. I've witnessed many employees in this situation who were dishonest by saying a product isn't in stock w/o even looking, but he chose to provide excellent customer service by taking 5-10 seconds to ask me what the item looked liked, the color the box, etc... This is a perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like & MANY people working w/ the public should take note. It takes such little effort, time, & energy to do the right thing, be honest, & make a difference (big or small). There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for those employees who act like they despise their job & have no problem making everyone they come in contact w/ well aware of it!
