Can corporate explain to me how you all fired the previous store manager Helena for hiring another managers daughter but the new store manager IS DOING THE SAME THING BY HIRING TWO FAMILY MEMBERS BUT THAT MANAGER STILL HAS THEIR JOB?! Also you may want to consider bringing the old crew back because this store is absolutely awful and messy. No longer the same store. It's terrible now. Seriously though DM Rob should answer to why he is letting this happening.

Grossly understaffed, the few that actually DO work are overworked (12+ hrs per day) with NO breaks. The few employees that do work are run ragged while the store manager takes 3-4 hr breaks. The labor laws that the store manager "L" breaks and her attitude are shameful.

Employees and manager are unprofessional the store is messy and they don't take responsibility instead want to blame customers for the shape of the store they are paid to keep tidy and clean! Also walk up to your family and say stuff about your kids

Really don’t appreciate a rude manager walking around the store huffing and puffing that things are out of place, talking about she’s gonna call people out if they don’t put things back where they belong. Getting in my personal space when I did nothing wrong is why I’m taking the time to write this. Her attitude is the reason I’ll drive an extra 15 minutes to another dollar tree from now on. So how’s that for being called out. 👎🏼

The Dollar Tree is now the $1.25 tree! This location "had" a great frozen section at one time, now it is a disaster, looking like hungry wolves picked most parts clean and let others remain. The checkout experience was less than it could be. The cashier was stoic and non conversational. To their credit, a greeter gave me a friendly greeting when I entered the store.

Dollar tree is always amazing. Employees always greet me as I walk in. This store always looks nice and orderly. Easy to find what my family needs. I like that the children's learning section has expanded. I have found many useful learning activity books for my 2 young children. The Coloring books are also very plentiful for EVERYONE. Clean restrooms.

The Gaston Dollar Tree seems the cleanest & best organized of any of the numerous ones I've been to in the Midlands area. Now there are numerous items for $3 & $5, but most items are $1.25. On the upside, bought four or five music CDs, and Dollar Tree often has good books & DVDs for $1.25.

Dollar Tree in Gadsden it's a nice Dollar Tree is much better and neither than the one on Augusta Road I have the time you can find pretty much any and everything that you're looking for and some that you're not the only thing that I can find a little wrong with the store I feel that they should put carpet in the store to help the sales associates who work there standing on concrete all day long can not be good for their legs it causes pain cause it's their backs and their legs in their feet to hurt a good employee is a happy and Floyd a happy employees definitely an employee who does not have aches and pains I know because I do similar work myself I do wish so that they would fix the front door sometimes is very cold and you go there people walk in and out of the door leaving the door standing wide open it cannot be good for the utility bill or for the employees who have to stand there with the door having cold air blow in on them I love shopping at Dollar Tree and Gaston it's much neater and very much cleaner then some of the other locations it's definitely cleaner than the one in Cayce I like it better than the one in Lexington or West Columbia if I had to choose I most definitely would choose Dollar Tree in Gaston over the Family Dollar rare the associates are rude and disrespectful to their customers and asking them to go other places because they choose not to serve them Dollar General is okay I would choose them over the Family Dollar but Dollar Tree comes number one not just for what you get for a dollar customer service is number one and they are number one Nelly from Gaston

Great And Friendly Cashiers! When we all visit DOLLAR TREE in Gaston, S.C somehow we end up feeling like we are A GREAT BIG FAMILY as we meet and re- meet some of the many people we may have never met, elsewhere! Thanking God for the Affordable FAMILY Store.... Dollar Tree!!!

I get most of the things I need to make any of my DIY craft projects from Dollar Tree. I would consider myself financially savvy when it comes to shopping. It's pleasing to know I've found the same products here, for $1, that other stores sell for $5.

There is never enough deco mesh to go around. If you don't get there time it's put out you don't get any. A few people buy up what is there instead of ordering online and picking it up at the store. Very disappointing for us that just want to make one wreath.

Only place I know that I can buy good potting soil for just $1.00 a bag. Awesome frozen food too...everything is just a dollar, oh and buy the way if you cant find toilet paper, dollar tree has 4 rolls for a dollar... good stuff cheap, scott brand...

They always have what I need, some food I've purchased has had mold on it that includes the freezer items. The store is clean. Customers always get greeted when entering the store. Items are organized and fully stocked.

Barely any dog food or cat food and no cat litter. I don’t know why they put the store here. We have two other dollar stores with a mile of each that actually knows what people want. Family dollar next door, I’m sorry I should’ve came to you first, that will not happen again.

Everybody's always been really friendly to me here, there is definitely not enough employees on a lot of days, and the lines are too long. But it's hard to complain about a place where everything is $1.

The manager at this location went above and beyond for the safety of the customers and the employees by sanitizing the check out area after a family without wearing face masks when its mandatory to wear them inside the store.
