pull onto scale when you arrive. Walk to scale office and get your scale ticket. after finding the office and getting checked in, it took five hours for them to load my truck. I was at a time on my clock and was able to park in the back near the preloaded trailers.

Seems good to me. Arrived at 1830 for a 2000 appt., with slurry. Checked in at dock 7. Was put in dock right away, broke the seal and did QC check. Was being unloaded by 1915, completed unloading at 2044. Clean facility, nice employees. On another note, the trucks that unloaded at docks 12 13 and 14, were unloaded quick too.

Delivering at 4am, pass the scale and took left ... shout-out to a black man who is moving trailers, unloading and doing paperwork.That man is a Legend, workin 3 jobs faster then 99% workers everywhere else.He let me sleep on the yard. Give this man a rise...

I give 2 stars, easy check in the guy was nice but it’s a long wait to be loaded it’s looks like they only have one guy loading the trucks they need to hire more people to do the works.

Wow the reviews here were not lying about this place. Checked in at 5:30 am 11/25/23 and got a door immediately and it is now 7:00 pm 11/25/23 and I still haven’t got loaded a single pallet. if you check in the morning theres an old miserable worker with a nasty attitude who will lie to you in your face. He told me he would have me loaded by 4 pm the latest but thats what time his shift ended and the next shift didnt even know I was backed in waiting to get loaded until I notified them and are now telling me they will start on me after 11 pm because they are busy on other trucks. What a disgrace of a company like this, lost my whole saturday and practically my whole weekend when I couldve been with my family. Avoid this place at all costs guys, its just not worth it.

Worst place for pickup. Don't come and waste your time here. They dont care about your driving shedule (hours) . App time 5pm but pulled back on 7 pm. 8 oclock Still no sign of loading...........Few hour later ....Still waiting.............. oh no its next morning .

Check in is different, scale in, read sign to see which area to go to. Once on-site, check in again get dock. Unloading is fairly quick. Arrive 14:55 for 15:00 appointment, done by 16:30

Seeing all the bad reviews I thought would have wonderful day picking up a load from here going to CanadaArrived at 11am load was scheduled for next day fortunately he had the product was done by 12:30pm

Old man in office for dry shipping rude as all get out would give it 5 stars cause it used to be you could show up for your appointment early. Well he had a complete attitude cause my appointment is a 9pm I arrived at 12 afternoon. Been doing it like that for weeks. Usually get here 12 hours early they throw me in a dock and get me out of here within a hr or 2, but was someone different taking the loads in.

Scale in and scale out And when you weigh yourself you have to enter the office on the left side of the weighing machine the signs will help you to orient yourself read them when you register the tickets and the machine registers the weight take the completed tickets and take it to the shipping office so you can check in the same process to check out and take a copy of the tickets if you want to get paid the detention if you have good luck to everyone.

Drivers beware!! This facility is loading 50lb bags of dog food on plastic pallets. It will most certainly slid around, and shift. The blame will be placed on the driver.

October 14,2023 , got here at 12:45pm for a pick up , came through gate got on scale and grabbed a scale ticket , take scale ticket to check In office . Immediately got a door ok cool , we’ll it is now 5:45 pm and still haven’t even got loaded .

What a disaster. No instructions for hopper trucks beyond ho to the QC station after scaling in. I sat at the QC station for over an hour just for someone to take my paperwork and say they'd be back in a few minutes. At least put up some signage telling us what to do. A number to call or something.

Easy to find, easy in and out. Hoppers scale in turn right off scale follow around back of building to sample area. Then to the pit for off load.

All reviews about wait time are true. Even if you come as per appointment, be ready to wait 3-4 hrs to get loaded. Very disappointing. Avoid this place if you can

Park on scale and enter building on left. Upon walking in, there is a video that plays on repeat to show you how to scale your ticket. Upon walking back to your truck, there is a sign in front of the scale, that tells you what dock you should report to regarding your visit to the facility. Once making it to according office, they will take a copy of your scale ticket and have you wait in drop yard until they give you a dock. Decent room for maneuvering; they can be quite slow but I arrived a day early and was out in about 6-7 hours. Parked overnight in drop yard. Scale out, and drop scale ticket in building upon leaving.

Check in procedures have been pretty well covered in previous reviews, so I won’t waste your time with that. I will say that once you cross the scale to go in, be careful to observe the sign in front of you on the wall that indicates which docks to go to. Select major retailers are loaded to the right, the rest are loaded to the left. Maneuvering is easy and there’s plenty of room beside the dock areas for you to finish up a break. Now, the downside. It appears that there is a minimum of a two hour wait to get loaded! So, plan ahead and set yourself up for a sleeper berth split so that you don’t lose any drive time while waiting around here. I arrived early and they were able to get me to the dock right away, but they weren’t able to start loading me ‘till just after my appointment time, and they cut me loose three hours later. Everyone was friendly and helpful though. Their crew simply needs a little sense of urgency about getting trucks in and out. This place can really screw up your week if you don’t plan ahead!

Great Location To Pick-Up At. They Get You In & Out. Except IF You Miss Your Appt. Time, Or Your So-Called Appt. Time - In Thst Case You Go To The Of The Day, Just Hope You Have The Hrs., You'll Sit & Maybe Get To A Dock On The Road Side Abt 6p. & Maybe Start To Get Loaded Abt 8:30p. Then It's Creap @ A Snails Pace To NOT Click Your Clock On, To Park To Get Your Hrs. Back. Other Than That, Everyone Is Friendly.
