Went to pick up prescription, pharmacy lady was very rude and judgmental. Said “wow, that’s the most I’ve seen anyone pay for a prescription” little did she know my job reimburses me for it. So it didn’t actually come out of my pocket. As well as dirty looks. Especially when i had a great attitude from the start. I hate when people judge, not knowing the situation. What happened to customer service anymore? I work in it too, i get it can be challenging, usually only when the customer is rude first.. but that wasn’t the case here. Wish I remembered her name, couldn’t focus on that when someone has such a nasty demeanor.

Incompetent3 times I tried to fill a prescription online and even got confirmation emails only to go to the pharmacy and be told they didnt have it ready or something else was wrong with the refill. I wised up and switched to walmart.

Spoke to David in the pharmacy that helped me get my daughters prescription filled which we had to give a confirmation number for and file extra paperwork, etc. due to the type of drug it was. David was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure my daughter would have her medicine with insurance filed properly and called me back quickly to let me know that it was ready. If you want exceptional service, ask for David!

To The person that says "lf the wait is an hour you should tell the customer"..umm call call in ahead then you wouldn't have to wait when you get there. There's a couple people that works in there that might be a little Smart ellict, but they're better than CVS. But I continue going to CVS.. Glutton for punishment

I enjoy shopping at different places to save money. But going to this Walgreens in Gaffney has been a nightmare. There are two employees older white women who work there that are just rude and unpleasant. So disgusting! They have talked about customers right in front of other customers. If you don’t like to work with customers then get another job. I rather go to cvs where they are sweet and assist.

Most of my shopping deliveries for door dash are at Walgreens!!! So I have a ton of experience with the store and the employees!!! I've probably shopped there for just door dash at least 30 times!!! Walgreens doesn't have the best prices but if you can find those sales and clearances you can get a good deal!!! I think out of the drug store Walgreens is the best!!! This store in particular has kind employees and they've also been very helpful when I'm trying to find something I can't!!! Many times it's right in front of my face !!! But theyre still great!

There's a reason this place had a 2.9 review. Not writing a book about my experience but let's just say they are not concerned if patients don't get their meds filled. Not my first time having issues either.. only use them cuz they are the only 24/7 place in town but never again.

I've had some...experiences with this place. Some good and some borderline horrible! Never had any issue with waiting really, but I choose times when it's not busy to come in..This is the only place that'll actually use good rx for my medicine, so that's the main reason I keep coming back.The store is usually REALLY clean & The check out people are always pretty nice, but the pharmacy itself is hit-and-miss. Sometimes I've had people that relate to my experiences and are understanding but I've had just as many give me judgmental looks/sounds and give me a hard time about getting my medication.I get it, not everyone understands chronic pain, or what its like dealing with addiction & recovery... but it's your job to go in the back and fill a script & ring it up, & not to give somebody a look, or pass judgement when someone tells you what they're there to pick up... just because you don't 'approve' of the medication they're taking you're the counter person not their therapist or their doctor. Just confirm with the pharmacist & the doctor & do the thing nobody needs the extra stress when trying to get treatment. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Walgreens in Gaffney is to date a very good place to get your prescriptions! My waiting in line time has been reasonable! Every person that I have interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable! They also ( unlike our CVS ) will check your GOOD RX card to try to get you the best price !

For several months my order confirmed by phone it’s ready. When I get there I’m told it’s out of stock. REALLY!! Same order for years and now it’s out of stock!! For several months I get this excuse!! I will be changing pharmacies!! NO EXCUSE FOR MULTIPLE TIMES AT THIS STORE! GAFFNEY SC WALGREENS IS AWEFUL!!

This pharmacy is consistently understaffed, chaotic, and sometimes even inaccurate in the filling of prescriptions. On numerous occasions I’ve had to insist that the technicians process my prescriptions over again, because they cannot seem to understand the drug manufacturer’s discount policy. I’m seriously considering writing or calling the Walgreens’ corporate headquarters because this is absurd. I’ve been in line - twice today - for over 25 minutes each time only to be told that the prescription isn’t ready. When I call, it usually takes about 20 minutes before someone answers the phone. Ridiculous.

Worst pharamacy by far in Gaffney. Always out of stock on pharamacuticals, they fail to inform you on issues and then tell you, you have to pay full price on your prescription, also have been shorted on script quantity.

Two strikes: Recently my youngest needed a prescription. The provider at immediate care explained Walgreens has the medicine but their system would show they don't, so ask the pharmacy to refresh their computer, and it'd go right from there. *HONEY*Then this new situation for my other child- a CVS pharmacy technician AND Greenville pediatrics' nurse both confirmed it's a nationwide shortage of certain meds. They both said just call a different pharmacy, make sure they've got the medicine, then call the doctor to have it switched over from CVS. I call Walgreens and it's, "oh you'll have to get a doctor to call, we can't share whether we have that medication over the phone, it's for our own safety"*HONEYYY*I asked to speak with a pharmacist and they had me on hold over 15 minutes. Same person finally picked back up and says, "oh I thought I had transferred you hold on".......*SPEECHLESS*When the pharmacist FINALLY gets to the phone, they verify they have the medicine in stock and the doctor can have the prescription sent to them.... but oh wait, "we don't accept that kind of medical insurance."*DROPS THE PHONE*

I prefer Walgreens over the other local big-name drug stores. Drive through service is a plus and normally moves along ok. They have no free wifi here which is a negative for me. The store is clean and well stocked, but drug store prices are typically higher than other places. Overall, I would recommend to friends and family! 👍

I was in the store to get pictures printed and to also have Christmas cards printed. Robin Dole, was working in the photo department and she was Fabulous. She went over and beyond to help me. I know that during the holidays it can be extra busy and she was more than willing to help me get my order placed and get it done quickly. Great Customer Service! Thanks Robin!!!

Worst experience I've ever had been waiting on meds to be filled for 3 days they where sent in Tuesday it's now Thursday and they just now tell me they don't have them in stock that they don't have control over what's ordered or what they receive they don't know when they will receive them. I asked to speak to the head of the pharmacy they connected me to the store manager who had no idea what I was asking or anything about how the pharmacy works she then transferred me back and I was on hold for 20 mins before the line disconnected.

You need to update your testing reservation system to accept phone numbers for people who are visiting the US and have longer than 10 digit numbers. A friend had to use my phone number and I did not care for that.Otherwise pretty good store

This is the worst managed pharmacy I have ever been to. I'm just trying to get my prescription filled that they've had for 3 days!!!!! Sat on hold for 20 minutes today just to be continuously placed on hold and then hung up on!! I will go out of my way to not use this Walgreens as it's ALWAYS a hassle.

It bothers me that the people of this town complain so much, all the time. Instead of complaining, why not think that this is the only Walgreens we have in town to get our prescriptions and our most basic needs, and that's the reason why it's always so busy. Because the whole town of Gaffney is constantly in and out of this place! Stop being such cry babies complaining about every single thing. Boohoo, I had to wait for them to fill my prescription, boohoo they didn't pick up the phone. Guess what? Try driving to the nearest Walgreens to get your prescriptions filled and see if you make it back home faster than the time you had to wait at the drive thru! Also, think about not using the drive-thru so much and get some exercise, park your car and walk in! I've never had an issue at this pharmacy, and Jazmine is so nice and helpful all the time. Also, the store seems to be under new management, and looks brand new inside. So Gaffney, stop complaining and start appreciating! Peace.

Every time I try to pickup photos here it's like pulling teeth. Staff will ignore you and/or put off coming to the photo counter even after being asked. I get they might be busy, but leaving you standing there for 20min when they know you're there isn't acceptable. I've learned my lesson. Enough is enough. This place is a joke.

This the most disorganized pharmacy i have ever seen .Had to transfer here due to the fact they bought out rite aide. Transfered to rite aide before because this place made major screw ups .i had 3 perscriptions the pills were in the wrong bottles . My allergie med was in the bottle for my blood pressure med. My blood pressure med was in was in the bottle marked for my vit.DMy vit D was in the allergie bottle. If scripts are checked 3 times how did this happen .when i asked the pharmacist blew it off well you know what your pills look like right.They dont file insurance right. Husband med should have been free after filing both insurance. He had to tell them that.They had to order 2 more months of one of my meds . They had 1 i picked that one up they are saying i picked up both .no i picked up one you had to order they other

The photo department at the Gaffney location is lacking. Canvases not ready because of lack of supplies, damaged corners, scratches. Be sure to check the items before leaving the store. I am a graphic designer and print canvas samples and digital canvas portraits and I had issues multiple times, but because of the convenience I tried again and again. I will not be using them anymore.

this is the absolute SLOWEST drive through i’ve ever been to. The service is awful and the workers NEVER know what’s going on. I do not recommend using walgreens for your pharmacy. i have been waiting over 30 minutes in a long line of cars and the line hasn’t moved. ridiculous.

The Gaffney SC pharmacy is a complete joke. Which I have already made a formal complaint . Had my Dr not called an antibiotic to this location I would and rather should have had it forwarded to my new non walgreen pharmacy. I have went by twice to pick this medicine up and every time been told it would be later than the time I came before to pick it up. Lesson learned, call tomorrow and get that pharmacy changed with my doc.
