Local store in Gaffney is well stocked and clean for the most part. Store looks somewhat cluttered to me but had no problems finding what I was looking for. Friendly folks are glad to help you find what it is you're needing. Kids love looking at the "little ducks"! Overall, a good store to have close by. I would recommend to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work! 👍

I normally don't have any problems coming to this store but today I was very disappointed. I ordered curbside pick up for the first time. I called soon as I got there supposedly they were out of stock of what I ordered which was no problem. I told him to just switch it out with something similar. I called back to make sure my online order went through he said yes. I sat there for almost an hr I called again and asked for a manager and told her my situation and finally someone came out.

Friendly staff. They're very helpful and even offered to load my purchases. Great place for farm supplies and feed. Also have nice workboots and clothes that can take it farm work

Can someone explain to me that I go to the Tractor Supply at Boiling Springs SC and Forest City NC and they always ask if my dog can have a treat. There was 2 young girls at the checkout today and they never acknowledged my dog nor offer him a treat. Why is that? Are they doing a poor job or does the Gaffney store not give treats? Not happy!!!

I've never had a bad experience with this tractor supply. But today was a little puzzling was trying to buy A piece of equipment that did not Crank. Wanted to the store manager to talk to me. So I felt like I was being ignored. I spend a lot of money at this Store, so that should mean something. The Gaffney store has been great to me, but today was a disappointment.

I'm disabled and the young man who was helping me find the items I was looking for watched me struggle with sacks and never once offered to help. An item that was marked 39.99 rang up at $75 plus they double charged me for two items. Always check your receipt when shopping here

I was in today for some items and saw some baby chicks. They had no water and one brooder had no bedding but a heat lamp on. I was there for maybe 20-30 minutes and saw no-one working with these birds to ensure they got the water and bedding they need. Not a single associate came up to me either. I am deeply disappointed in the treatment of these creatures and the lack of urgency to ensure they got the best care possible.

A female associate was very helpful in helping me to get the best food for my dog and cat. It is your brand and was pleasantly accepted by both animals. Will definitely continue to feed them store brand.

Staff was especially friendly and the manager just picked up my large bag of dog food and a small pet pool and carried them to my car without me asking. It was such a meaningful act of kindness. It reminded me of when we had full service gas stations. It was refreshing.

Love coming here. Sometimes the isles can be tricky to navigate due to pallets of animal feed in the way but this causes you to take a different route you probably wouldn't normally go and find other interesting things in the store. Prices could be a little cheaper. Shop maybe 6-7 times a month. The employees are very nice and helpful. Honestly, who doesn't love TSC.

I made 3 trips to purchase ducks and still i am duckless. I called several times this week and was told they were comming in today around noon. I got there at 11am and they told me they came in 1st thing and sold out. Again! The manager was only concerned with telling me it wasnt his fault. He suggested i buy them direct from corporate and have them delivered to my home, but when i asked him a couple of simple questions about how, he told me he doesnt know how it works.

I do like most all the tractor supply stores and I don't dislike this one but it's not the best one I've been to, non helpful employees and while they aren't rude if you don't hunt one down and specifically ask for help they act like they are too busy or somewhat self absorbed. Even still I like to come,here because usually everything I'm here for can be found it's just a matter of it being in stock. Of I had to guess this store must only get a truck to restock from once a month because when theyre out of something it stays out of stock for at least a month or more.

I've always liked the store, I like their specialty bins for sale items, on tools and gadgets, and even for that special pet! I found some great gifts in there at Christmas time, the sales staff are always very courteous and most of the time will greet you when you come in the front door. They can be high on some items, but what retailer isn't these days!

Rented a trailer from Matt, and he was extremely helpful, and really went the extra mile to help us with the rental. Our lawn mower was on its last legs (JD) so we searched just about all the local locations which sold lawn mowers. Was looking at a mower when Matt came out, and remembered us from the rental. I have to say Matt was very knowledgeable about his products, and again went well past the normal sales people who I talked to at Lowe's and other locations. He recommended a Cub Cadet for our application. I went home spent about 4 hours researching that model (great reviews by everyone, including Consumer Reports, and other sources of information). Went back with additional information on if they met Lowes/Home Depot prices (Yes they do), and do they offer Vet discounts, (yes they do). So ended up purchasing a great mower from Matt. He is great, and cannot say enough about his amazing customer service, and overall very friendly personality. I plan to spend much more money and time at his location. GREAT SERVICE, 5 STAR SERVICE, ONE OF THE VERY BEST PEOPLE AND STORES.

At least a weekly stop...often more. Meets our farm needs from horse feed to fence repair materials to clothing and just fun stuff. Employees are great and are there to help... couldn't get by without Tractor Supply!

Got a pair of boots , store was clean and bathroom was clean but there is one big problem the dam* parking lot is falling apart there's big swimming holes everywhere it's bad on your tires , the town of Gaffney in SC really needs to get with tractor supply and fix the parking lot i will take a few pics at a later time and post them so you don't damage your car . But the inside of the store is great.

Staff always helpful. I am disabled and have a hard time with the heavy bags. They are always willing to carry it and put it in my trunk. Also they have a great variety of items.

I love going to the Tractor Supply in Gaffney. Everyone there is always nice and super helpful. Robert is a great asset to the Tractor Supply name. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be returning for all my homesteading needs.

This store does not carry a lot of any one thing. We go here for t-posts and other outdoor hardware. They carry work clothes and decent gardening supplies. Nice counter help.

We visit this area every fall season traveling with 3 dogs. Tractor Supply is our stop for everything from propane & plumbing supplies to pet food plaid shirts. Staff is helpful - sometimes short handed - but always Happy to Serve their customers!

This store has what you need for farm or rural life. Also great ladies' Wrangler clothes, pet supplies and men's work and Western wear. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team, great variety, great value.

Go there every month to buy my dog food. I love the smells inside the place when I go there. Smells like vitamins or something idk but I like it.. Very friendly people work there also.
