I made an appointment over the phone for a basic wash and nail trim and the woman over the phone said I could bring my dog right at 10 if need to be because I work third. I get there to drop my dog off and she had not even made him an appointment but they took him in, this was at 10 o’clock. I goes back to get him at 1:40 after calling back to back at 1:35 just to be told they have not even touched him. Very unorganized business, with a child handling (antleast under 13) running the “cash register” and bringing in of the animals. Cheapest place around to get a wash for your pet but you definitely are getting what you paid for.

Bought a pet mouse from there, within FIVE days it died from a disease the other mouse in the same cage had. They did inform me that the other mouse was sick but they said the one I had would be fine it wasn’t sick but it definitely DEFIANTLY was and so when it passed I called the store and asked for either my money back or a new mouse considering they were aware of it being sick when they sold it to me and told it wasn’t sick that it had to of been the diet I’d been giving it but I bought the food they were also giving the mouse when it was still at their store so it was still getting the right food and I was also giving it fruits and everything as well as vegetables like they said and what the vet said to, but it still wasn’t helping it. They were extremely hateful when I called and informed them about it and actually even hung up on me the first time I called and so I called back and spoke to someone else and they got an attitude with me and told me it was my fault and that they weren’t going to did anything about it and hung up and told me to go get another one from somewhere else! Will NEVER EVER go back again!! First and last time EVER getting ANYTHING from this store!! DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND NOW!!

(coming from a reptile and exotics mama)Absolutely horrible. Smelled horrible and they don't care for the animals correctly AT ALL. NO REPTILE SHOULD EVER BE IN A FIVE GALLON TANK. Leopard geckos are not supposed to be housed together especially three in a dang five to eight gallon tank! One Leo is supposed to be in a 20 long to a fourty, there was a poor ferret in a tiny kennel with no water or food, or anything for enrichment or entertainment. I wish I could of took him or gave him some water and food.. birds in decorative cages with nothing but a resting stick. Young milk snakes in tiny tanks, some animals were even in vases. There. Was a poor bunny in a small cage that looked absolutely terrified. About twenty mice all pilled into a ten gallon tank This should absolutely be illegal these poor babys. There were dogs screaming, whining, crying and barking and guinea pigs in boxes. This was like a total nightmare . The only thing that may of been being cared for right was a axolotl and the random roaming cats. I wish there was a way to give zero or negative stars this place was horrible and should be shut down.. 😔

Grooming and boarding are very affordable. They take extra care with the over night guests ( one dog made a mess in his cage while I was there, they took him out immediately and bathed him rt up) and groomer is extremely gentle when handling the animals.

Sweet people. Clean. Can tell they really enjoy taking care of people's fur babies. They know alot about every animals. Just a kind friendly atmosphere. Even the animals are all friendly.

A few months back, we took our young pup, a shih-poo, in for a groom. She came home with wet, sticky, very inflamed ears she did not go in with. She ended up with an infection that likely came from how her ears were handled and the manner in which the hair was removed from her ears. The owner would not even offer to return our grooming money after we had to pay a vet bill bc she would not accept any part of the responsibility. We did not approve of how this was handled so we took Daisy Mae to another groomer. ♥️♥️♥️ And no more problems!!!

Very caring owner. We took our snake in and she soaked her to get the eye caps off. Then she force fed our snake because she hasn’t eaten in months. I would recommend this pet store to any snake owner. She knows her stuff and wants the best for your animals.

Pet connection is a fantastic choice for pets, pet supplies, and the works of a fast and highly efficient grooming facility. From small normal pets to off the wall exotic reptiles pet connection has just about it all. Dog and cat grooming, bathing and a boarding facility for pet parents that are going on vacation. All prices are beautiful for the countless services available here!!! Love this place!!!

We bought a turtle and asked for everything needed. First off, they don't tell you they don't accept debit. Then they sell you accessories that won't work together . Don't have what you need and refuse to give refund. Because they are poorly stocked, they have to order what you need and can't even ship it to you. Do not recommend!!!

I cannot comment on pet connection at this time but I will let you know the owner and the staff of very nice people and they do work with you to try to give you what you need and want for your pets every time you go somewhere at some learning experience and you can't get exactly what you want the first time every time so give everyone a chance work with them and communication is the key and I'm sure we will and Tom have a good relationship

Great place for grooming and pet needs I have a beardie I wont get crickets anywhere else Pet connections are bigger and cheaper and not as many die out of 200 I only lost 3 compared to other store I bought 10 lost 6 and The staff is awesome

Never been to any pet store in my life that smells as bad as this place 🤢🤮 Do NOT go here if you have a weak stomach because you WILL puke. Also very small.
