The woman I talked to was very kind and polite, but her skill in grooming my pup was questionable. When I went to pick him up, he was still shedding fur everywhere. It seemed like she shaved him and left the fur on him to just fall off on its own. It got everywhere… my car, my clothes, I had to blow dry him once I got home it was so bad. Very frustrating. The trim was very choppy and didn’t come together. The price was very high for such a low quality job. $40 for bath, nail clip, and trim. To be returned covered in trim clippings and uneven fur lengths. I walked in expecting a great groomer because of the many 5 star reviews on here, but overall I’m just not pleased with the result for the price I paid.

Chris is awesome. Puppers love her, and they always come home happy. She listens to you and does as you ask and even suggests remedies you hadn't thought of. One of my pups is mostly white and goes in with a red clay hue and comes out gleaming white!

Very satisfied every time we go. She is so good to Ms.Daisy and Luna. She always has them a cute little treat bag to take home. There cuts look amazing and she always send them home in bows and/or a bandanna.

I took both of my dogs to Chris when she was in Shelby, we moved to South Carolina and I drove back to Shelby to have Chris groom my dogs. They have both passed away, and now we take our new dog. She is amazing!! Our dogs absolutely love her and are excited to go there! I highly recommend Chris!!
