Waited in line for the cashier to tell me that I’d have to get in another line because it was time for her lunch. thats no way to treat your employees, let alone, your customers! I DO NOT BLAME THE EMPLOYEE, she looked upset having to ask for her line to move. :( management should’ve stepped in for her to go on her lunch and finished her line, or allowed her to finish her line.

The store is very clean and employees are very helpful. The prices see high unless there is a sale and the produce section is small.

When we first moved to the area in the summer of 2022 this Food Lion location had a large assortment of gluten-free items. Both shelf and freezer options. I was delighted. Over the past 16 months they have done away with the products one right after another. I now have to drive into Spartanburg or Rock Hill to find the things that I used to find right here. Very distressing.

Always a pleasure shopping at this location. Store is always clean, neat and well stocked. Only complaint I would have is the employees. Other than the handful of young teenagers, the older employees are rude, seem miserable and never smiling. Do better people of Gaffney, life is beautiful and everyday spent alive is worth smiling for!!!! Ps. If you didn't want to work at a grocery store after the age 18, you should have made better decisions and got a degree in something. :)

Pulling in town to see some put of town friends later in Charlotte at the Comedy Zone. Stopped here to grab some snacks as I'm spinnindanite! Clean store and what I wanted was on sale!

Might be helpful if the cashier actually spoke!! Not saying you got to have a conversation with me, but I would like to be told my total at least. Today I had to look around and find my total on the screen because the cashier never opened his mouth one time.
