First timers today. The groomer/owner seems really nice and with 6 years previously working in the pet field I have an eye for things. After glancing at the setup and space it seemed like all the pets were well taken care of and I felt good leaving them. I have walked out of some places. He has a calmness and gentleness about him my girl wasn't fighting him as she was on the table as I left.Anyway, the cut was fantastic as well, I think they have adorable styles. They had went far too long without a cut and looked shameful. My little girl likes to swim when we hike so she had mats galore. He was able to save her ears and tail and they don't have any razor burn or irritation despite me asking for a shorter summer cut and short sani area. Even my old man's old bumps didn't get nicked! He was also able to do their nails and not just anyone can. Very happy pet mom!

We love Jermaine and how he takes care of our girl, Penny. He and his staff are so friendly and warm with the dogs. And Penny always looks and smells wonderful when we pick her up. I highly recommend!

My beagles just had their first grooming with Jermaine, and he was wonderful with my loud, obnoxious hound dogs. He has a gentle touch, and is fast at what he does. He and his staff are wonderful. I can't recommend them enough!

Jermaine was great! We have a LARGE Shepard that doesn't do well at the groomers. That's changed...Jermaine handled our dog wonderfully. There wasn't any drooling, growling or unruly behavior. Jon Bon Jovi looks fantastic and we have a new groomer.Thanks Jermaine!!

Jermaine was a great groomer and so sweet to our shepherd who is normally scared of peopleHe doesn’t know but he took right to him immediately. Jermaine takes his time, is professional, and does an incredible job. His prices are very reasonable and goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended!

We were traveling from Virginia to Florida and had to stop for RV service for the day. Our 15 year old standard poodle was in dire need of grooming. We called Angel at 8:30AM that morning. He was great, said to bring her right over. He took the time to listen to all of her old dog issues and assured all would be well. He had her back to us before noon looking great! Would give more stars if possible. The shop was clean and inviting. Highly recommend, we will remember Angel next time we pass though Gaffney.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a quality groomer in this area for my one year old yochon. I must say I was nervous as my baby is very shy around new people.As soon as I walked in the door I was impressed out the gate. Angel was amazing super nice and patient with my baby. He did the best haircut my baby has received! He looks so handsome!!I will be back over and over.No one else is going to be allowed to give my little one a haircut. I am so please!!This place is the go to place for your puppies needs!!!

Took my Great Pyrenees for his first groom in a while and he looked great. Normally Zeus doesn't like other humans touching him but he didn't seem to mind the groomer. Good price for such a large dog.

The staff are very sweet. The only issue I had was price. On the website it states that a Bow Wow bath for a dog under 40 lbs was $25 and I was charged $35.

I would recommend this place to everyone! Even for people out of town, this place is totally worth it! The prices are so affordable and the costumer service is great! The owner treated my baby like his own dog, and was gentle and thorough! I’ll definitely be back here again!
