I had a flatbread veggie sandwich, she offered no cheese, slapped a handful of brown/yellow lettuce, I asked her to remove most of that and use spinach.They had no onions, threw on a few anaemic tomatoes, black olives. The avocado was painted on the bread maybe a teaspoon full.This was a tasteless disappointment!

Easily ranks in my top 5 cleanest and freshest Subway chains in 2019. The seating area was spotless and the staff was fast and friendly. The drive thru makes it easy to customize your sub with a touch screen to select your ingredients. Also there is a gas station and convenience store next door. Thank you!

December 2023 and again great service and good quality quick sandwiches.September 2023 and with the exception of prices going up still quality sandwich and salad.December 2022 and stopped in again with great service and fresh ingredients it's our always pit stop.Stopped in again and got the Tuna plus a six inch Ham, both were excellent.Tried the new Garlic Cheese toasted woth tuma...loved it.

This was my first time patronizing this subway,except for the lady in front of me acting like my 70s English teacher it was Great food was fresh customer service was great, and they kept the line moving they wasn't smiling but they were polite.Features: I really didn't pay much attention, because I always wear my mask into businesses.

The food was good don't get me wrong. But I can not express how wet the floors were. J walked into the bathroom and Almost fall and there was no warning to this. And after using the bathroom (with a broken toilet I may add) I walked over to order my food and the whole floor in front of the glass was wet and again no signs. The workers did not care at all. What up sets my the most is people stop here because it us tight off the Parkway and you can get gas and food and then get back on the road, and for me and my family to walk to in an Atomodhere like this after hours of driving and our shoes were now wet and leaving footprints everywhere, it is not nice.

I was heading back home to Texas and stopped by this subway on my way out with my kids. I tell you this was probably the worst stop, I just wanted a sub. First walked in went to the restroom it was so dirty and nasty. Tissue on the ground urine stains on the floors and toilet seat. So I just told my kids we would stop somewhere else but we were hungry. I told the ladies at the counter the restroom needed attention they rolled their eyes at me. I stood in line and realized I was being skipped by the ladies behind the counter. They kept taking everyone else order until another customer said hey she’s been trying to order. While I was ordering the lady who was making my sandwich stopped to chit chat with a customer that just walked I’m assuming a regular at this location. If I was a simple hey to them I would’ve been fine but she left behind the counter and talked for almost 5 mins like whyyyy? I had to walk out in the middle of my sub making. Subway all your employees at this location needs more training and respect at this location because this is not it. A public gas station was cleaner then their restrooms.

The two 12 inch sandwiches that were ordered were ok. The bread seemed not to be fresh. The employees were sitting around with some friends talking loudly and not paying attention to the customers when they arrived in the store. Waited 5 minutes for the employees to come behind the counter. Customer service is lacking. Payed more attention to friends gossip then doing there job. Do not recommend going to this place.

I went in yesterday 12/31/2018 @3:57pm and purchased 2 3packs of cookies. They were the freshest and best tasting cookies I've ever purchased from any Subway. The three employees (2 males, 1 female) were very friendly. The restaurant was very well kept and very clean. It smelled fresh. This was my first visit there. I just wanted to let you know that you have a great staff. Trans# 1/A-178784. Thank you for having fresh cookies. Too often at other locations, the owners don't want to throw old hard cookies away. Cookies cost too much for old stuff. So, please continue to have fresh food. I'll be back.

I used to work at a Subway and what I witnessed here today was complete disrespect to another customer and more. They skipped over him for another customer and when I brought it up, all they had were rude looks. I'm not even going to go into all the health regulations that are being violatedThese people clearly don't want to work here, so why are they here?

My family and I stopped here on our way to Florida hoping to grab a quick bite. It was about 8:45 and they didn’t close until 9. The sign clearly said open when we pulled up to the kiosk to place our order. Thinking our order was being made we pulled up to the window to receive our food. We waited for a few moments, no one ever came to the window. At which point we see a female employee walk out the back door carrying trash and rudely yelling “Bye Guys!”. By the time we realized we weren’t going to be served and pulled away it was 8:59.

Stopped in, hoping for a quick bite...but we were in line with only one person in front of us for 30 minutes!!! If we weren't traveling and unfamiliar with the area, we would have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed in the level/speed of service. The food was typical subway fare, but the bread could have been a little fresher. Not our greatest Subway experience.

One of the best subways I've visited. Fresh veggies, beautiful tomatoes, friendly and abundant staff. Great salad. They even have rotisserie Chicken which a lot of Subways have dropped. Excellent experience.

Pleasantly surprised considering this was a Exxon Station/Subway combo store. The restaurant was clean, spacious with a friendly staff. The exit off of 1-95 was convenient and if you have pets there is a huge green space. I will remember this exit for future travel.

I just ordered a steak wrap. I got home and there was no steak in the wrap.. no cheese either.. just a few veggies in it. How sad can this be to get a steak wrap wrong.. with not one piece of steak in it.. refund.....Gable SC..

-5 on customer service and problem resolution. On Thanksgiving, the Subway app was showing this store as open, confirmed my order, and dedcuted money from my account. I reached there only to find that the store is actually closed for the day. I have called them since then - they initially said that manager is not there and have stopped picking up my calls. I also gave feedback on Subway website but no resolution.

Horrible service! They refused to pull their masks above their mouth and nose when making my sandwich, yet reprimanded a customer that was there for a pick up order without a mask. They were very rude! Will never go there again, definately would never go through the drive thru there, I saw them making sandwiches for the drive thru with even worse practices than they were using with my sandwiches. When I asked for the manager number it was a disconnected number.
