I’m still shocked that the MULTIPLE packs of strawberries I looked at had some kind of mold on them. Basically the whole display. It was only my second time at this store. My first trip, I got home and my day old strawberries had a huge chunk of mold in the middle- hence me inspecting package after package the second time. The celery I’ve gotten had gone bad real fast too. I had to take my time finding one that was decent as well. Prices are a bit ridiculous. We were trying to find a new place to grocery shop, but this one does not seem very reliable. A hard pass.

Not many other options in the area, unless you want to drive up to Fairview (yuck). Produce quality is hit or miss. Prices are great and shelfs are usually full.Staff is also hit or miss. You have some very excellent, nice, outgoing staff or you have some people that shouldn't be public facing. I especially enjoy my trips that I get accused of having fake ID!

Never use the bathrooms ALWAYS BEYOND DISGUSTING. WORST BATHROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN. There is years of crust built up on all the seats. makes truck stops look clean. I can only imagine if that's how they clean their restrooms they are probably dont follow food safety guidelines well either. And the sad part about it is that it is first thing in the morning..... why don't they clean them at night? Look at the crust built up on the inside of the rim.... that is years of crust. They need new seats at this point from not cleaning for soo long.

Wish it was one of the larger newer stores but close and convenient and still seems to always have nearly everything needed. Self checkout...love it.

Located in Fountain Inn.This Food Lion is convenient & has some great prices.It has a beautiful Produce Dept. & great selection of meat to choose from in the Meat Dept.Go check it out! 👍

Carol is one of the sweetest managers. Both my boys work in this store but now just 1. When my husband passed away the store went out of the way bringing my family a box of breakfast food, fruit, pastries, coffee and a card for sympathy during our time of mourning and loss the day the funeral. They are truly our food lion family. I will always be grateful for their kindness.

This was a Former Bi-Lo... bought out by "Food Lion".It's 3 miles from my house... but I prefer to drive an extra 8 miles to the Woodruff Store. Little difference really... but a calm drive!The volume of Sales is high, exacerbated by unusually high volume of EBT Shoppers. Just not fun and often irritating.The Store is run well... but the shopping experience is saddening for people that work 12 hours a day... and just want to go home.Otherwise... I'd give 4 Stars. No matter really... I avoid this location by common volume.

It's okay! I don't mind this Food Lion but I've definitely been to better ones. There are 4 self checkouts and they're loud. I don't really need the entire store to hear my transaction.

What you need when you need it.The store is always bright and clean. The people are friendly and available to help but never intrusive. I enjoy shopping here. As much as you can enjoy something like shopping for groceries. Lol

Found everything I needed for salad. Took a minute you need to put everything for salad in one lane. But other than that really nice people that work in store and the lady in the express lane super nice.

Only has 1 motor cart that barely works. The entrance to the doors has a little more than slight hill making it a little hard for a handy cap person to access. Employees are not very friendly.

Food Lion in Fountain Inn is great. Always quality deli products. Love the assortment of breads and cheese. Love the produce department always a nice selection of fruits and vegetables which is most important to me. Everything else also nice variety of items, nice and clean. Stocked aisles. Awesome group of employees. Very friendly and always willing to help with any questions. I will bypass my Food Lion in Woodruff and drive a little futher to shop the Fountain Inn store. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased two boxes of croaker, only received one box, as well as salad, and the salad was bad. No one answered the phone calls. We'll pay more attention next time, apparently the clerk didn't.

Love this store. Easy to find everything I need. Shelves are always stocked. Never had to wait in line to check out. Good prices and access to even more savings on the website. Zero complaints from me!

Overall, this grocery store is extremely average. Their selection is fairly large, but seems a bit smaller than a competitor such as Publix. The prices here are slightly lower overall than some other grocery stores. One of the biggest things, though, is that their customer service is definitely lacking. If I were to recommend a grocery store, it would definitely be Publix or a different Food Lion, not this Food Lion.

I love Food Lion but this location needs better cashiers. The last 2 times I was there, the cashier never spoke to me, was too concerned with what was going on with her other co-workers and was extremely slow. The second time was almost the same with a totally different cashier.

Woodruff Store/It seemed very run down and unkept. No selections and what they had looked old and out of date. Even the employees looked sloppy and not very knowledgeable of their store. Somebody said it's just bi-lo with a different name?? I think not.! No comparison.
