Pharmacists are rude and not helpful. They just don't care about you. Don't expect respectful treatment from them. You will be disappointed!

Efficient and friendly. Everyone remembers my name and when they ask "how are you?" they actually stand and wait for your answer.Susan always goes the extra mile and smiles the whole time . The store manager is hands on and a very concerned guy. If I move I'll still come back to this CVS only

I had to buy diabetic supplies for my son for the first time and the store associates were kind helpful and non judgmental and made sure I had everything and understood what I was getting and even made sure I saved money on my purchase.

I had 2 prescriptions to pick up. An inhaler and an antibiotic. Well I went tompick them up and the girl handed me my bag. Only the inhaler was in the bag when I got home. I noticed on my account she had only charged me for the antibiotic. I called the pharmacy and at 1st the pharmacist said that both were in the bag. I said no ma'am only the inhaler was in the bag. She said that they watched the cameras and the girl scanned both. Ok well of that's the case why does it say that I still have an inhaler to pick up? I mean of the girl needed the antibiotics that bad maybe she should not have been at work. The pharmacist is really covering for her staff. I hope whatever she needed them for helps.

The pharmacy it self is good. But the photo serive and photo online service is trash. Not only that they told me they were going to have the photos done a Moday and Tuesday comes and no photos where printed. When i requested a refund they got on the phone because they didnt know what to do. Who ever they got on the phone with told them an assured me that the pictures would be done in 30 minutes i was nice and came back within 1hour. I had sent my daughter because i was already frusterated and they told her that i had to wait another day or i had to request a refund .before that i had made a phone call to the main office which an employee started mimiking me. She hung up on me. Then after that 2nd time i called yet it could be the same person i got on the line or it might of been another lady but she was rude and didnt let me talk. She woukd talk over me when i was trying to explain to her . She said she wasnt doing the refund and she hung up on me. So yet i called the 3rd time and when i expalined yet to another lady she said that the refund was done already. Of course they are very fats to charge you but yet it take 3 to 5 days to refund the money back.i have a new photo company and pharmacy in mind. Bye CVS never looking back. I would choose half a star if it let me.

One of the lady pharmacists has an attitude. Overheard her being impatient with an older person and she was rude to me. Everyone else was nice though and the store was clean and in a convenient location.

The pharmacy is terrible they are very rude and unprofessional. They called me to come up to get my medication three times to not have it ready. Than yelled at my wife and me about it. We have been going to cvs for 10 years but will never go back.

After remaining on hold for over seven minutes hearing repeatedly a recording that said you need an appointment for a flu shot I called to make that appointment and was told you don’t need an appointment nor would they give me an appointment. Need to get it together. I’ll go elsewhere
