I went to this pet store for the first time today after discovering it’s right down the road from me. And let me tell you it was the best experience! From walking in to checking out, Philip was amazing!!! The customer service was everything and that’s hard to find nowadays! I had questions about some dog treats, and he was so helpful. It truly meant the world to have such a great experience as a first time puppy owner. Thank you so much Philip I will definitely be back at pet supplies plus Fort Mill!!!

Amanda is an AMAZING groomer. She always welcomes us and our little Peanut, and has the best customer service I have seen in a while! It is like we are handing Peanut to family. He runs to her once he knows its her and he manages him so well for grooming, including the nail trims!Food options are good and our Mr Peanut loves his treats from there. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff and great selection. The grooming department is by far the best in the area. They truly care about the animal and treat them as if they were their own. Huge Thank You to Amanda, she saw me during one of the most difficult times of my life and she was there with kind words and a hug. She has a dedication to her job and her clients like no one I’ve ever seen. Bernie the French Bulldog was in awesome hands and he always comes home looking so silky smooth. I can’t thank you guys enough.

This store has so many options for everything. I brought my dog to the dog wash and it was very nice. $14 for the wash, there is soap, towels, brushes, dryers and ear cleaner available. They also had some kind of buy so many get one free available.

After being open now for a couple years it sort of has gone down hill. The dog bathing area is falling apart, the towels smell, & the soap pumps don’t hardly work.The groomers are all super nice but the experience will vary.Overall, I think your experience will vary depending on the reason of your visit.

I've been shopping here since the store first opened and never had any issues I stopped in today 4/12/24 to buy a betta fish, food, equipment, etc. and a couple items for my cat. My bill would have been nearly $60. One of the items I was going to purchase was a 1.3 gal self - cleaning tank for Bettas. I inquired about a different tank style that I purchAsed there a couple years ago. The young man (I think) said that bettas couldn't go in a tank smaller than 2 gallons. So if that is actually the case, why do you sell Betta tanks that are only 1.3 gallons? I left without purchasing anaything, and doubt I will return. Quite a disappointment.

Angel did an amazing job with my grandpup Eclipse. Her fur was so shiny and smooth. She has very dry skin and is not the easiest when it comes to her nails. She not only was able to get my grandpups nails done but she made her feel like a princess for her groom with all the love and cuddles. Thank you for giving Eclipse a great grooming experience

2 weeks ago I brought my dog there to bathe him. There was no one attending the stalls and 2 were being used. The one available had not been cleaned. I went ahead and bathed my dog anyway. This week I discovered he had a nest of lice nits and hatched lice on his head. His only activities had been daily solo walks and we live alone.LICE - I have never in my life experienced this and had to Google to find out what I was seeing. I am freaked out now that I can't trust taking my dog there again. Typically, I felt very comfortable using this service because someone cleaned the stalls after every use.

Always a fun place to visit with my favorite pup! We love the dog washing station which makes it very easy to walk my dirty dog in and have everything you need to wash, without ruining your own bathroom. The doggie-wash card is a great value too (5 washes for $25 vs $10 a wash). The staff at the Grooming Salon is fantastic and very friendly. I love how they greet my pup by name and recognize us when we come in too. They are always loving and gentle with nail trimming. The staff overall at Pets Supplies Plus has been great to interact with. I love that they are finally in Fort Mill SC

This locally owned franchise/store is the best! I actually switched from a Pet Smart brand of dog food so I could shop here. What made me realize that I made the right decision was one night I pulled up to curbside debating whether to call them on the phone because my dog had hurt his front paw at the park we just left, and I didn’t want to Drag him in there. A store employee, Ben, saw me parked there and after I explained my dilemma, he went inside looked up my account history and found the name of the dog food I needed and proceeded to get me checked out at the curb! What a lifesaver! What a quality experience I had. I also thought that this employee was likely to really succeed in life.

Loved this place. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. We use the self service dog wash station. The employee told us exactly how we were going to do it what it cost. Which Bay was open. And let us know that it had just been cleaned. He explained where all the soaps and shampoos were and what each shampoo was. Then he explained about the where to find towels. It was a lot easier than trying to bathe my dog at home.

Mo is an amazing groomer. My big boy isn't the easiest to groom and usually comes home shaking and vomiting. This was not the case with Mo. Finally found an amazing groomer that took time and care with my husky. She did an amazing job and for once he was relaxed and happy. Wonderful experience thank you so much Mofor all the care. We will be back

The customer service is great. However, there is not a specific curbside pickup location, which is confusing. Then, I called the store to change my order. I knew that there was a price difference. I thought that they would simply charge my card. They did not. They waited until I got to the store and then had me get out of the car to come inside to pay the difference. This would have been nice to know beforehand.
