My husband and I came in due to reviews and we’re so glad we did. This was a great lunch place and was well portioned and came out quickly. The bartender was super sweet! All in all, we had a great experience.

I got the Redneck which is a chicken cheesesteak, cheese whiz, bacon, caramelized onions, jalapeños, ranch, on an amoroso roll and got the potato salad for my side. Let me tell you that this was sooooo good. The picture does not do any justice to how fantastic it really was. The potato salad was so good I ordered an additional side of it. Can’t wait to go back!

Here’s the deal. The food was so yum but I felt like I aged 20 years waiting for my Sandwich and potato salad! The hot sauce was too tasty and I mixed it in and it tasted so good… the bar also had some fun art on the walls and if I wasn’t so hangry I could’ve taken more time to enjoy.

We had an excellent sandwich and burger on our way into town. The Spicoli was very tasty and a good mix of meat and veggies. Wife's burger was big and cooked perfectly. Hoping to stop in again before we head home.Update: We hit it one more time and loved the war pig and the French dip. Meats were super tender and flavorful and Big slurp pint was great on a warm day. Friendly bartender and cool dive bar beach atmosphere.

I dropped in there twice last week. It was almost impossible to place an order with the bartender working on the first visit. I noticed that other customers were also ignored. The food was excellent. Best fish tacos and killer beef quesadilla.The bartender on the second visit said hello and welcomed us from clear across the room as soon as we walked in the door!

Stopped in for a sandwich and beverage for lunch. Glad I did. After 4 days of "meh" food, I had something truly tasty. I had the Spicoli and Potato salad. The sandwich was very good, the potato salad was excellent. Wife had the Cali club and pasta salad. She liked hers as well. If yer in Folly area, go give em a try. Keep up the good work Drop-In. I'm coming back.

Been working on the Folly pier project for 2 yrs and a lot of us go to Drop In every Friday for lunch. I've never had a bad sandwich there. I've tried most of menu but stick to a rotation of 5 or 6. The Spicoli, War Pig, and blackened fish tacos are my top choices. Wish the sides were bigger portion but it's not a complaint just a wish. The cilantro slaw and potato salad are awesome! Bartenders are cool and take care of us even though we can't bomb some shots on our break! Good casual spot on Folly. Eat there!

We come to Folly Beach every year and this was the first time we ate here… we ordered it to our room and it got here really fast, they are really friendly, and the food is amazing. One of the best burgers I have ever had

My partner and I came here together and had a great time! Service was fast even though there was only 1 bartender (who was so sweet) and the vibe is really nice. We only ordered one entree to split and without us even asking they split the sandwich and sides on to two plates which felt super considerate. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for an easy going bar with good eats!

Food was amazing. Not a drinker but the food is a must. The classic club was amazing, double double was spot in and the blacked grouper was so good. Definitely a hit when going to folly. Just enough where you aren't lethargic walking the shops. Great service as well!!

Their description needs to be a little more transparent. We walked in with our toddler son, who was walking between us. Patrons were there with their dogs. That’s fine, we love dogs. However, one viciously lurched at my son immediately. The dog’s owner stopped and reprimanded the dog. Did not apologize to us. Employees made no recognition of us or the scenario that just transpired. Needless to say, I did not feel safe and we left. Too bad, because the menu looks great.

Nestled into the sleepy Folly Strip, easy to walk by, but hard to walk out of, the Drop-In is a charismatic little dive bar. The Drop-In has great food and drinks. Stop by after the beach for a bite to eat without the "break the bank, beach food" prices. This will definitely be our new "Folly Spot". Try the Little Havana, it is AMAZING.

Spent the day at Folly on my day off and found myself craving a Philly Cheese Steak. The bartender who greeted me and took my order made me feel very welcomed. Great place, great service, and great Philly Cheese Steaks.

Absolutely the best fish sandwich I have ever tasted. It was so tender and fell apart in my mouth!! We don't get good fish in the mountains so it's always pleasent to come to the beach and have nothing but the best!! The server was absolutely amazing and so sweet!

Ordered the pollo loco for take out.Ordering ahead was not an issue, called and the bartender was ready to take our order, even though it was evident there were people at the bar. Food was ready when they said it would be as well.Reasonably priced ($10 for a wrap and chips). The wrap was flavorful and well balanced. Had plenty of vegetables and plenty of chicken. The avocado was a nice touch and was fresh. Often times avocado from a restaurant will not quite be ripe, but this was prefect. Chips included were Miss Vickie's, which is a higher end brand, and much appreciated.

I like the variety on offer here. We ordered sushi, burgers, tacos and a gyro. Usually you have to go to a diner for that kind of range! All were pretty good, too. The place doesn't look like much: inside it's just an average everyday bar (no offense to average everyday bars), but the kitchen is aight. If you're thinking about takeout but nobody can agree what to order, give these guys a look. There's something for everyone!

Maybe it was what we ordered but this place was okay. The grouper tacos had a good sauce on them but the grouper itself was very salty. The beer was also very pricey for just a small plastic cup of it. Not really impressed especially due to how expensive it was for what you actually got.

We loved everything we ordered and even took sone food to go! “Seriously that good” the vibe is chill and mostly locals. Glad we asked where to eat at, we will be back for some more Grouper sandwiches!

The pulled pork quesadilla was outstanding! So amazing! My husband lived the cheese steak, son loved the grilled cheese. Server was friendly and atmosphere was quaint! Highly recommend!

Called in an order-wasn’t super impressed when I talked to the bar tender-but when I tasted the food it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY! The food was absolutely amazing to say the least. The bar tender was working alone and moving fast-so I appreciate that she got me in and out. Definitely would recommend.

We used Drop-In twice for pick-up orders and they were terrific. Quick to respond and take the order, quick to prepare it, and the food was uniformly delicious. Other places took way too long or have stopped taking pick-up orders because they're overwhelmed. Drop-In was great!

My family and I ordered from here last min on our first day at folly beach. We were not disappointed. The redneck sandwich is full of flavor and their potato salad is Delish. My husband really liked the house salad (they have good ranch) sometimes that’s hard to find. We will eat here again
