This is a really cute ice cream shop. Inside it was hot and it was only in the upper 60s outside. I have a medical condition that makes me hot and I couldn't handle it inside. My husband waited in the line for half an hour. They had only 2 people working and the line moved very slowly. I got "Dole Whip" that wasn't actually Dole Whip. It was a super sugary, artificial neon yellow with ice chunks in it. I couldn't finish it and it made me feel gross. It definitely wasn't worth the wait. I don't recommend it.

Inside was clean, and the frozen yogurt machines were down at the time of my visit (must have been for cleaning or servicing). I opted for a mint chocolate chip milkshake. My advice is to order an extra scoop of ice-cream in the milkshakes. They are pretty thin and runny without it. I had mint chocolate chip shake and could barely taste the mint due to the amount of milk added. Quality of the ice-cream seemed average, not bad, but not the best. Fair prices for the area.Do yourself a favor, especially on a hot day, and add an extra scoop of ice-cream to make it thicker. It will melt into flavored milk otherwise!

Poorly managed! People are cutting, even after a customer explained how the line starts. Staff did not care or they are poorly managed. You have one girl on the register passing orders out for milkshake, coffee and one girl just standing there waiting to scoop ice cream, but she can't do anything until the customer has paid. Weird operations! Do better. Not coming back here! Avoid at all costs! I would put zero if I can!

The ice cream was good. We got vanilla, rocky road, and cookies and cream. We liked all the flavors we got.The 3 stars is for the lack of precautions they’re taking for Covid. They still have self-serve for the frozen yogurt. They don’t have hand sanitizer at all. Also, the chocolate frozen yogurt came out as liquid.Good ice cream but the lack of Covid precautions will stop us from going back.

Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming. Yogurt is not good, pineapple flavor tasted chemical/fake. The cookie dough flavor was too soft almost runny. Toppings were stale. No sugar free or no-sugar added flavor or toppings available. No lids available for carry away yogurt bowls. Boba teas all have sugar, unable to do any of them without added sugars. There should be some options for health conscious or diabetic customers.

Watch out! This place is a total tourist trap! And will rob you blind!First the lines aren’t due to demand. Everywhere in Folly has lines. These however are long because they’re unmanaged, with customers confused about self-serve yogurt right beside ice cream that isn’t self-serve, and a staff that is uninterested and rolls their eyes at questions.Then ridiculous prices by the oz (nobody buys an oz of icecream) that most customers don’t see or assume will add up to something reasonable, then to find out at the register totals to $15-$30! After fumbling around confused for 40 minutes, what do you do? Not pay it and leave with nothing? I sat outside and every single customer that left was grumbling about price.

Came in later in the evening, so milkshakes weren't an option, but the ice cream (birthday cake) cone was delicious. The young lady at the counter was very nice and complimented my crazy t-shirt. There is a self-serve option by the pound that seemed to be working for other customers and candy options as well. It's a block from the beach, so beachfront prices, but i didn't mind supporting a local seasonal business. Parking will also be an issue, so unless you park on a nearby side street or get lucky with a curbside spot, you'll likely have to hoof it.

Some of the best frozen yogurt I've ever had! And I've had my fair share!The service people were very pleasant when the prices seem reasonable to me... Considering that we're at what is basically one of the top 10 beach destinations I expect the prices to be a little high but it wasn't outrageous. Enjoy!

My experience with the employee was stellar- very nice young lady with a bubbly personality. I had a Boba tea and my friend had some gluten free frozen yogurt- there was 2 or 3 options that were gluten free according to their labels. It’s a really cute place, but a little pricey for what you get just like Sweet Frog or Pink Berry for frozen yogurt. Everything looked clean and toppings were fresh.

When I came to do my review, I was sad to read all the bad ones. I've never had a bad experience here. Been going consistently over Thanksgiving for the past 5 years. I love their Boba Tea, I always get Mango with Rainbow Boba. I also love their Frozen Yogurt bar. I feel bad for this place with all the bad reviews, but those were likely once off experiences. Please check this place out. The workers are always nice, in my opinion.

Ordered two 1 scoop ice cream cones, the bill was $26. Asked for a receipt because it seemed to be an outrageously high price. A rude 20 something guy, who Was standing at the counter, in front of us made a comment “ why do you need a receipt, are you going to return the ice cream?” After we ate our ice cream we looked at the receipt again & realized we were charged $8 for a milkshake in addition to the 2 ice cream cones. We asked for a refund and had to wait for a manager to refund us. We believe the girl with with the red hair, nose ring and tattoos charged us for the rude guys milkshake purposely. I will say the manager was extremely nice and refunded our entire order, but we are certain the red head girl intentionally charged us for her friends milkshake.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. We went while on vacation, and they were so rude. We were getting ice cream for 4 people, and then they forgot 2 peoples ice creams. And said we ordered something else than what we got… Both girls, one girl works at the coffee place in the boba place. Then the other girl at the front desk. They were BOTH just so very rude. Also yesterday we came, and we ordered boba and it was so watered down and the bubbles were very soggy. NEVER COMING BACK!

After patiently waiting to order regular ice cream, the “working” associates intentionally chose to complete the fro yo order of individuals who came after us, possibly because there were multiple lines ending at the same location. When we first entered, it didn’t seem that busy, but the unfriendly service and wait wasn’t worth the overpriced ice cream, so we decided to go to Bert’s around the corner, who were extremely friendly despite limited flavors. Sometimes, service means everything when spending money!

Disappointing. The kids were excited for boba at the beach and it was basically sweet tea with some boba balls mixed in. Smoothie was OK. The server should find another job. You are at the beach serving people excited to get a frozen treat. The last thing we want is a rude server that is being put out to do her job.

Wayyyyyyyy overpriced!!!!! Service was terrible. Basically no seating available. My family had to walk around the corner and sit on a bench to eat our single scoops of ice cream (3 single scoops and 1 milkshake) that we paid over $50 for. Nope. We were very disappointed.

I was expecting ACTUAL milk tea with tapioca bobas. This is just sweet tea with flavored syrup with popping pearls for $7.25. It was really disappointing for what we paid for. The tea itself tasted really watered down, even McDonald's sweet tea has more flavor. I would not recommend the "boba" tea.

Don’t get a milkshake! They use frozen yogurt and fat free milk instead of ice cream. (Which they have, so they could use ice cream.) Their espresso milkshake is made with coffee from the connecting coffee shop. Great, right? Wrong. They poured it out of a coffee cup that had been sitting on the counter. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so it was warm in there. Two of us got frozen yogurt and it sat on the scale while the employee helping us made the milkshake. (There were two other employees, it would have made sense to have one working the register and another doing milkshakes, scooping ice cream, etc.) The frozen yogurt was average, same thing with the topping selection. They could have a better business, but they don’t need to because they’re right on a busy strip.

The door says they serve Boba Tea, which is delicious and great on a hot day. This is false advertising, they do NOT serve Boba Tea. Instead, they mixed sweet tea with flavored syrup, put in some flavor pearls (the thin-shelled kind you put on ice cream) hand you a big paper straw that isn't actually big enough for Boba pearls, and charge you 6 dollars for it. If I wanted extra sugary tea that doesn't actually taste like tea, and some flavor bubbles added then sure okay. But the tea itself even with added flavor syrup tasted like water, it really was just gross. I can't speak for their other products but judging by the other reviews, unfortunately I would steer clear of this place. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 simply because the woman who helped us was helpful and kind, and I don't blame her for the business's corner-cutting and false advertising.

If you want to use the cotton candy machine, ask if it's being cleaned first. There was no indication that it was being cleaned, and it took my wife's $4 and didn't make any cotton candy. Staff was aware that this happened and did not offer to refund the money.In general, service was slow and not particularly friendly. Also, there's no indoor seating, which isn't great on a hot afternoon when the outdoor seats aren't in the shade.To be fair, the frozen yogurt itself is tasty, and there are a lot of different flavors and toppings to choose from.Edit: we were in the store several minutes afterwards buying frozen yogurt. It's not like we just tried the cotton candy machine and ran off.

Not impressed. I went looking for Ice Cream and got frozen yogurt. They have everything you can imagine to put on ice treat and they are a very clean place but the taste of yogurt to me is not worth the money it costs.

Very disappointing! Our group got frozen yogurt and milkshakes! First off the milkshakes HAD to be made with frozen yogurt and they refused to use ice cream, they also refused to mix any toppings on it or make anything not on their “list”. The ice cream tasted frostbit and the yogurt was runny. Any chain frozen yogurt places have better and that was surprising! Overall we would NOT recommend this place! Also way too expensive! Almost $7 shake and multiple $5 cups of yogurt that were only a third full. Also toppings were old and stale

WATCH OUT TOURISTS!!!! Ask for a receipt. The girl worker with red hair and tattoos ripped me off and charged me 18 dollars when normally it’s 10 bucks for 2 ice creams. I knew the price was off after I paid. I then asked her for a receipt and she instantly handed me back a 20 dollar bill cash when I paid with credit card because she knew she ripped me off intentionally. She did not even say sorry. Do this to 10 people a day and she’ll walk home with 100 bucks stolen. I called to speak with the manager about this and they’re never in.
