If you're going to Folly Beach, this is the place to stay. Great little hidden gem and within easy walking distance to everything. We stayed in the treehouse room and loved it. The firepit was nice and multiple people came out to sit around it until 1130 or midnight. Met some really nice people. Make sure you say hello to Wrigley if you go.

We Stayed here for the first time last night. The rooms are lovely and the people are extremely friendly. I love Wrigley so much! We definitely will be back soon. We stayed in the queen Anne and I enjoyed looking through all of the books, brochures and other information in our room. The view of the oak trees and surrounding town was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and they even provide boogie boards, bikes, and a kit if other amenities. Much better than any hotel around.Rooms: They each had a theme. The one we chose was a lot of windows and it was located high up in the trees. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful.

My family, wedding party and I booked the entire Beachside property and Riverside property for my wedding in Charleston the weekend of 11/5/22. Laura made the process easy and enjoyable and dealt with my crazy family with kindness and grace.Joyce was also amazing with breakfast! We all enjoyed Laura, Joyce and Wrigley the dog hanging out with us and getting to know them.The rooms and the whole property are just amazing. Every single person that stayed with us last weekend said they want to do it all over again every year because of how wonderful our stay was and how unique the inn is. We are so grateful for everything!

We stayed here for a night over the weekend and wished we had planned for a longer stay. It was an adorable space and so cozy and lovely. The owner, Laura, was gracious and kind and her dog, Wrigley, is the best greeter around :) we will definitely be back next time we are in folly beach.

What a little piece of heaven this place is! We stayed for 5 nights for our wedding anniversary in the kings tower room. This place is run by the loveliest people. Laura the manager is amazing. Wrigley the dog was a highlight for us. He was super sweet and adorable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way at every turn to be helpful. Our room was amazing. Bed was really comfortable which is a must for us. The bathroom is another level. We soaked in that amazing tub every night. What a dream! This place is perfect and we will be back. I would say the only downsides were that the deck furniture on our little patio wasn’t super comfy and the parking wasn’t ideal when checking in. But I will say that we always found parking right down the road from one of the entrances so it is not as if you have to park blocks away. Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. 10 out of 10.

Wow! My husband and I booked the kings tower for a couple nights during our anniversary/ baby moon trip to Charleston. It was honestly so amazing! LOVED the tub and outdoor shower, the separate movie room with a reclining couch, and the gorgeous bedroom. One thing I will say is the bed is quite soft (we are firm bed people), but it wasn’t so bad to affect my sleep much, even being 6 months pregnant. We generally weren’t very impressed with Folly Beach, but would love to stay here again!

For a 2 star hotel, our stay was a 10/10! We felt right at home with cozy vibes (so many cute nooks), lots of options for breakfast, and friendly staff! My husband and I were here for our delayed honeymoon and we absolutely loved our King Tower room - literally felt like a tree house! Our bathroom was huge - 3 shower heads and a 2 person bath tub! The location also was perfect as we walked everywhere! We can’t wait to come back :)

My husband and I fell in love with Beachside Boutique Inn during our anniversary stay. They are very accommodating and welcoming. The 70s room was comfortable and quirky and the Kings Tower had a spectacular bathroom, views, and just overall experience. We will Absolutely be back to visit our new pal Wrigley as well. Awesome place.

This house was PERFECT!! We rented the 70's themed room and shared the house kitchen, outdoors, and living room area with 2 other couples during our stay. This was not at all what I was expecting, we never even saw the other couples staying in the house... which was ok with us. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, detailed with small trinkets, and the staff was absolutely amazing! We can't wait to rent the whole house for a week and bring our family and in laws to show them this groovy spot! Laura made sure we understood everything as far as sharing space, and even came to our rescue when our room got to hot without freezing the other guests out. She also recommended place to see, things to do, and foods we just had to try! Realized after our stay that my soul belongs in Folly Beach, but for now we'll just visit again!

The staff is awesome, so friendly and helpful, willing to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable in your stay. Great location! Walk to the beach in 5 minutes, use one of their bikes to ride to the lighthouse, out across the street is golf cart rentals, up the street are scooter rentals. Once we parked the car we never used it until we left! Would return, highly recommend.

We stayed in the King’s Treehouse Suite. It was amazing... we were on our honeymoon and they treated us so well. It was a beautiful place, just a short walk (about a block) to the beach. The bathroom/shower room was incredible. Everything is within driving distance to Charleston. Folly has a fun beach vibe with some awesome restaurants! Let the beachside boutique be THE places you stay. It’s amazing!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in the little Anne room and had such a great experience! The owner was so nice and accommodating to any need. Some reviews said parking would be difficult, but the owner insured we had one for our stay there. Breakfast was a full feast and the location was so close to the beach! Will definitely be staying again! Also our little dog Ryder loved it too!

Wow!! This Beachside Boutique Inn has such great energy and comfort!! We are parents of 3 boys and wanted to get a healthy getaway from Pennsylvania and our boys!! We walked in and felt the warmth and easygoing vibes this property was offering us. Thank you 🙏 we will be back soon!!😘 The toilet paper is so soft and the snacks and drinks in our fridge was a fantastic caring touch!! We appreciate all the care and hard work that the owners do ever day for their quest. This place is very clean and having a front porch really made us feel at home!!! Thank you thank you ❤️

The staff was great, we were treated like family. Location. Was a short walk to the beach, restaurants. Very cozy, with a beautiful common room with coffee, snacks, etc. Private deck for our room, we loved our stay. Free use of beach chairs, beach towels, bikes and even sunscreen. They offered great suggestions on where and what to see. We are going back as soon as we can!

This is our second time staying at the beachside boutique and we could not recommend it more! The first time we came with our pups and stayed in the Costa Rica bungalow and this time we came back to Folly with our pups and tried the little Annie room in the main house. Each stay has been wonderful and unique. The owners are friendly, the location is excellent, walking distance to so many yummy food spots. I can’t recommend it enough for a laid back beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Not what I expected, the room was very small and way too close to the other rooms, (treehouse room) but very cute and very affordable. The shower was very unique and very refreshing. The sheets were clean and the towels were by far the softest ever ! Very clean and a quiet area , yet with so much nearby to enjoy. Only being a block from the beach and having an access trail and not to mention, no fee parking was very much a highlight and bonus for us on our honeymoon! The staff is amazing!! They're so friendly and welcoming. We felt like family. We will definitely return !

Edit review5.0 star rating 4/20/2019One word...Fabulous! My wife and I came to for the the High Water Festival and stayed in the Sunburst Cottage. This was by far the best vacation spot ever! Walking distance to everything, the perfect spot. The cottage was clean and inviting, bathrooms were spotless, kitchenette was fully stocked, the bed was so comfortable and the London Fog sheets were the most amazing sheets I've ever slept on. Waking up and seeing the most beautiful stain glass Sun was breathtaking! It is a must see. The staff and owners were friendly, accommodating and made sure there were no details left unturned. I highly recommend Beachside Boutique. I would give them a million stars if I could! can't wait to return and wouldn't dream of staying any where else.

I love the Beachside Boutique Inn so much it is the only place I will stay on Folly. I love that you can interact with other guests who may be mixing drinks at the tiki bar patio, relax in the hammock reading a book, hop a bike cruiser or chill in a themed room, higher end suite or super cool bungalow. The shared spaces like the kitchen and dining area are gorgeous, the staff is just wonderful, their rates are amazing and the location is outstanding, 2 blocks from the ocean. My home away from home, I bring family, friends, kids, dogs and anyone I love here and they all feel the same.

We had an amazing stay at the Seacret Cottage. It's so cute and unique, and so are the grounds of the hotel. We especially loved the little private patio next to our cottage. Would definitely come again!

Our first trip to Folly and I am glad we chose the Beachside! Falling somewhere between a B&B and a hotel, it gives you the best of both. We stayed in the Week Anne room. Very comfortable bed, spacious and quiet. There is a large common kitchen for guests to use as they need with lots of fruit, juices and breakfast stuff to grab in the morning. They have bikes to ride, beach toys to use, an outdoor tiki bar common area and lots more. Would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed at Beachside Boutique Inn for our 6th anniversary- and we can not wait to visit again!! We talked about how fortunate we were to find this place.... It’s absolutely beautiful, friendly staff, and felt like home away from home.We stayed in the Prince and LOVED IT! We loved it had its own private entrance- right next to the kitchen where we enjoyed the fully stocked refrigerator of water, yogurt, and juice.They also provide a delicious continental breakfast- which was actually more than any other continental setup I’ve seen.We can not say enough great things about this wonderful hidden secret.Perfect location- right off Center St. and steps away from the beachProvides bikes, towels, and sun lotions 😍

We are having wonderful stay at the Beachside Boutique Inn. The King Tower room was even better than depicted in the photos! A quirky, bohemian Inn with loads of charm, a delightful proprietor and Inn dog (Wrigley), and great proximity to Charleston. It could not have been a better choice. Will definitely return on next trip to Charleston.

We stayed at the Costa Rican Bungalow and it was so cute and clean. Perfect for 2 people. A little tight for 2 people and 2 big dogs though. The back garden area was amazing with the fire pit and grill. Also took the bikes up the road to Loggerheads one night. Everything else was so close that even bikes weren't needed.Warren and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Every room (we got a tour) was uniquely decorated. We had a few people come by during our stay and everyone was impressed.We will definitely be going back.

Check in with ease, the staff was amazing and always so kind. Room was clean and neat and funky. Definitely a new favorite hang out for Folly Beach. LOVED it!Price was a definite decider as to where we were going to stay and we fell like this was worth the money we paid. If you are like us and really don't care for the 5 star boring norms, this is a great alternative to that.

Stayed in the treehouse sweet which was adorable and affordable! The walk in shower was an awesome feature. Sheri was wonderful and hospitable. I wasn’t quite sure what I was doing (I got off the plane and drove to the beach) but she showed me the place, made me feel comfortable and showed me what was great in folly! Great stay!
