Average tourist gift shop, but the prices are on the higher side compared to other shops. They offer a range of products, but some shirts are made in house for $25 each.This would not be my first stop for any gifts or last minute beach stuff.

Wow! The rating should be -0-The store clerk literally cursed my husband as he was about to purchase a $200 pair of sunglasses. We will have to check out a different shop. Very unfortunate to have a person as a store clerk with such a nasty attitude.

Should be a zero rating, I've never been cussed out by an employee of a store that we were trying to spend money in before! From the reviews I've been reading. This has happened to several other people.

I went to Aqua yesterday to exchange some items my daughter had bought me. At one point, I questioned the salesperson and upon receiving an answer, thanked him. He then responded "anything to get you out of here". I had not bothered him at all and I was the only customer in the store, so I found his extremely rude comment very inappropriate. I will NEVER visit that store again!This happened early in the morning (maybe 9am). There are several other comments about the same employee on Yelp.

BUYER BEWARE!! NO REFUNDS. I needed a bigger size but they didn’t have it. Still offering exchange only. There is a faded note under the glass on the counter that mentions no refunds. It should be clearly mentioned prior to purchase and posted very prominently that there are No refunds.

Place was clean and had nice merchandise but the cashier was so rude I should have ended the sale. I asked if there I was a trashcan I could use. He said he was not touching my cup. I did not ask him to do so, and told him that. He acted like I was some diseased person, I mean very rudely. He looked like he slept under the pier himself and I did not treat him like that. He rang up the sale and never said one word to me. Not nice or friendly. If I could have returned the merchandise I would have. Hey if you are going to be rude to customers please do so before you take my money.

My husband and I live locally and went to Rita’s for breakfast. Decided to take a walk after and look around. Walked in Aqua at 9:15 only to be told we were rude fkers!!! I seriously could not believe the guy just said that to my husband! It says they open at 9! He told us to get out after cussing at us! Folly doesn’t need this type of person working anywhere near it! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Horrible service. Got a tank top there they would not let me try on because of COVID. I asked the lady if I could bring it back the next day if I didn’t like it after trying it on and she said yes. Just tried getting a refund today and the boy at the counter said they won’t refund. When I asked to speak to the manager he refused, ignored me and started to work. Pathetic customer service. Don’t give them your business—there are plenty of other stores nearby with the same or better products.

Walked in, walked out. The smell of skunk in there last night was so strong it was lingering down the sidewalk. They are high on life here and the clothing will definitely have to be aired out if you’re purchasing.

I have been around Charleston to a lot of beaches and have gone into my share of beach stores. This store has great merchandise that isn't cheap quality like most places. Helpful staff and very clean and organized. Everyone should stop in and take a look if your on Folly Beach.

Sunday June 13, 0915 went into store to return/ exchange an item. The clerk was very rude and disrespectful! With customer service like this I will not be returning to this store again. Owner should a customer service experience number or email.

Lovely selection. They have a huge variety of unisex t-shirts, sweatshirts, and long sleeves. A decent sized kid section and a huge selection of beach supplies.

This is a cute little shop! Most things are unisex, so that's really nice. Love the selection of women’s beach coverups/fashion & a nice selection for kiddos... babies & up! Love it!!!

Terrible customer service literally bought something walked out as the tag was different from real size and then tried to return and they did not have correct size for trade but would not refund money. We will never be back!

Similar to other shops in the area. Didn’t have many options for sizes and only one dressing room so everyone was waiting very long to try anything on.
