I am a total believer in this place!!! They have great product and incredibly knowledgeable staff.I have a 16 year old basset queen who seemed to be giving up about one month ago. Online, I found that my CBD store had items for pets, so I hopped in the car and headed down Second Loop. When I arrived, I told the young gentleman what I was looking for. He immediately showed me a product and proceeded to tell me how to use it. I was totally impressed with this guy and I bought the product. I got home and followed instructions.Needless to say, my basset is now the ambassador of the neighborhood and sits on her throne when inside. If one of the other canine children does something and she does not approve, they will be put in their prospective place. Excuse me, I need to take her her mace.Fast forward to today. My retired guy has a lot of back pain, so back we went. The gentleman that helped me before was there along with another gentleman. They recommended a rub for his back. Well, this worked very well, too. He is standing up straight and smiling. He said this has made a huge difference.We are lucky to have My CBD Store in Florence and I am so grateful for all they have done for this household. Huge difference!!!!

Visited for the first time today and would highly recommend to anyone, I’ve tried many many different cbd products and I could notice a difference with their product quality almost instantly. Highly recommend the cartridges too. Fantastic customer service, Cam definitely knew what he was talking about and made some great recommendations for which products to choose (even though I feel like you can’t really go wrong with any of their products). Highly recommend for product quality, customer service, and price for value. Will 100% go back again.

Me and my husband go into this place all the time to get his water soluble. The water soluble helps with multiple things but it helps my husband the most with his anxiety at night. These guys are the most professional place in town, they are honest, and very knowledgeable about the products. Every single time we go in they greet us with a smile and willingness to help out. They are also very patient because I always have a lot of questions.😅 I don’t have one single thing to say bad about this place or the employees! Way to go Eugene! 😊 (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong!)

I love this store and the products I buy there works great. Cameron was super helpful and knowledgeable about which products work best for arthritis and insomnia. In fact, all the store employees are super helpful. The delta-8 gummies have been more effective to help with sleep and have less side effects then other sleep aides. And the fact that this store honors my veteran status with a discount helps my retired fixed budget. I highly recommend you get all your high quality CBD products here.
