Very clean and modern Walmart, not what is typically standard of most Walmart super centers. Has a wide variety of items available for purchase such a large assortment of home goods and electronics as well as a full grocery store. Definitely worth stopping by for your shopping needs

Most of the self checkout registers were closed. And the ones that broken none of the staff bother to let people know they were open because no green light was showing. They just sat there and let people wait in line without referring them to an open register. This is on Beltline I don't know about the one on Irby

Get a phone from anywhere but unless you don't have a life and whenever the person that sold you the phone is working and you know his schedule and you can come in to return the phone if need be otherwise don't bother getting one. It's impossible to have anybody up there do their job much less than do any type of due diligence to make anything happen everyone passes the book and that stupid like they don't know how to do that. At first I didn't have my receipt but I had the way I paid for it on my debit card which they could pull, then they said I needed my physical receipt, I have one printed then they said the guy that sold you the phone needs to be the one to return it says the t-rock representative. Call me crazy but it sounds like they don't want to take back the damn phone and make you jump through hoops hoping you give up. I don't wasted more time and gas then this phone is even worth. But as you know it's the principle.Troc needs to implement some changes

This place is a joke,just about every employee has an attitude and the place is a mess,garbage on the floor everywhere.The prices for the meat they sell is also a big joke,they charge more than other grocery stores for all their meats and they are far from quality..This is supposed to be a save money and live better slogan for the company,but how is that?I will only by certain groceries there and meat and seafood are not part of my shopping there.I could go on and on,but i wont,take my word for it being a joke and employees not happy there and should seek out other employment that they wont interact with customers.

They profile people as they walk in the door. Some weirdo followed me and my girl around for the entire time we were there. We called him out and he turned out to be an employee working as loss prevention. I don’t steal. Nor does she. This place can shove its loss prevention where the sun don’t shine. 🖕🏻

Like the vibe in here versus my regular Walmart. Easier to shop and more relaxed pace. Had an item that I can't find at in my area stores. Would not mind going here again when I'm in the area

I used to enjoy coming to this Walmart but here lately it’s just terrible! You go to customer service for help only to be told you will have to wait or you get looked at like you are a bother! Twice I’ve went there needed help getting a return out of my truck a trampoline twice ended up having to do it myself cause me as a customer had to wait! The options here in Florence are very limited..

It is always super busy and never enough cashiers or open checkouts. Self check out is frustrating when you have more than a few items.Last few visits the stock was lacking and help was hard to get.

I have been to this Walmart on numerous occasions. The store is usually kept in pretty decent shape as far as cleanliness. The area where this store falls short is; stock. I don’t expect the Walmart to carry every item on the market. However, it seems they could carry more everyday items.

They made many changes inside to make it look better. But for goodness sakes the online pick up has to be the absolute worst! You check in on your app and it checks you back out. They won’t answer the phones. And they don’t like to answer you when you catch them as they are servicing someone that pulled up 20 and 30 minutes after you.

RV Parking Allowed! Okay so, we “boondock” on the regular and rather enjoy it. Boondocking simply means that you stay somewhere overnight without charge in your RV. In our case we travel across the country, stopping here and there along the way. Boondocking allows us to stop without advance planning - our kind of traveling. We don’t particularly enjoy “camping” and are not stopping at these destinations for a number of days, so campgrounds and similar are not an option. Walmart lots are safe, roomy, offer shopping within walking distance, are usually around food and other service businesses, and provide a very large area for exercise for both us and our dogs. We usually arrive just before sunset and leave well before sunrise. Thanks Walmart!BTW this Walmart is connected to SamsClub with Hobby Lobby, Aldi, and Lowes close by!~~Please give this review the THUMBS UP if it helped you find out more about this location. Great Walmart! Bathrooms were clean. They had a Claire's inside with ear piercing. This Walmart was one of the largest ones I have been in with a huge clothing selection! I'd definitely go back. The only bummer was that there were not a lot of cashiers, and there was someone checking recipes at the door... if I have to scan my own products, bag them up without a discount since I am not an employee I do not feel like I should be hassled at the door for a recipe and for them to be looking at majority of my items. They should hire more people to check people out.

PLEASE read this before getting an oil change at Walmart.I went in to get a simple oil change and not only did it take several hours to complete, they didn’t even put in new oil! The there was no oil in the car and the wrong oil filter had been used. Please consider this before getting an oil change here. I’m glad I checked before driving off and ruining my car’s engine.

Walmart service associates are so very helpful and patient...very personable...and all the associates I saw worked well together... I saw wonderful morale and teamwork... In addition... I was able to find everything that I wanted for less than I thought.. what a bargain!!!

The fact that yall didnt even have a legal pad note book in stock is crazy. No business card holder is crazy as well. But the main reason for the rating is you have associates just lounging around but when i went to self checkout, you have a lady literally run back around the aisle to STAND THERE AND WATCH ME???How about put people on damn registers if its that serious. This is the worse walmart i ever been to.

It wasn't too crowded and I was able to get in and get my shopping done. I always love clearance deals too.I usually do Walmart pick up and the last few times, I have had to wait about an hour for my order. It's very frustrating!!Today, I waited over an hour and no one ever came but it said my order was completed. I contacted the customer service and ended up leaving after 2 hours with a refund. I can't reorder until I get the money returned in 10 days. I'm livid!!Today was better, but the person who brought my groceries was on his cellphone. Not professional!!

Pick up section never picked up phone and was not answering for at least 1 hours trying to reach them and pickup time was 3 and it came out at 4:20 plus the lady had attitude at the pickup
