I was extremely disappointed in the store. The cleanliness, the "all-inclusive" sizes, and customer service. I would expect the state of the store to be in the opposite direction of standards. I felt like I was walking around a dollar tree. There is NO plus size. It is two racks of clothes, small display of jeans. . . Maturity is blended in and the, ladies size is the entire side of the store.I had to organize the pants to even find any. And while I did I listened to employees in the clearance section telling a customer about who doesn't do what and how working at Target was awful.

Poor and rude customer service, I won't be going back to this location anytime soon. It seemed so convenient at the time but I'm just going to stick with Walmart from now on. Lower prices also there.

This Target is a mess. The clothes are thrown on the floor, the inventory is very lacking and I am surprised Target allows this type of environment in their culture. I walked in looked around and walked out.

Reagan from Starbucks is an absolute doll! She’s so cheerful and sweet! I was having a rough morning and she brightened up my day! I got a strawberry açaí drink and she was very attentive and was so kind and friendly she made my day so much better.Reagan, you’re awesome and it’s always great to see you ☺️

Online pick up order was never filled and Florence SC service desk was very rude. I had to go on chat to get a refund. They made me repeat myself 5 times to get a refund. Every rep said it was above their limit. My order was $50. Total waste of time. GO TO WALMART!!!

We went to return an item. We had a receipt. It was a gift. The receipt was paid for with a credit card. Since we had a receipt we expected to have options for our return. We didn’t. Since we were not the original purchaser all we could get was a gift card. So now since we don’t live nearby or want to shop there they keep the money and we are forced to buy there now. That’s just wrong. We proved the purchase was from there

Had a little hiccup at the checkout , I didn’t appreciate the way the cashier addressed me or their choice of wording . The front desk manager wasn’t much help .Eventually I was connected with the store manager , they remedied the situation , professional , courteous , everything a manager should be.

I drive 20 miles to shop for my groceries and everyday items from this target. I’m an anxious person so crowds and people bumping into each other really stresses me out. There’s just a calm when you shop throughout the store. There are employees walking through the departments and aisles but they don’t hover over you. So, if you have a question-they are readily there to help but you don’t feel pressured or crowded. I love the selection in healthy snacks, beauty products, good quality clothes for a great price. I love that they have self check out (since I hate standing in line) but they always have a register open for people who are uncomfortable with self checkout. During the craziness of covid— it was/is clean, neat, and I felt safe. The order online and pickup process is AMAZING!!!! I can select on the app that I’m on the way for my order and then get the option to either let the app track me or you can just select that you’ve arrive when you get there. I’ve done it both ways and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Absolutely love this Target!!!!

Target had a deal on an air fryer, store would not price match. 1800 target called them 3 times while I was on the phone with them, and each time the manager hung up on them. This is my second target experience since it's an hour away, first time I signed up for the baby registry and went to get my free gift from customer service (2 years ago) the manager was rude as well back then and said it was for mother's only and not for a new father. I'll stick to ordering from target.com and have my items shipped to me, never have any issues online

This place looks like a thrift store. Clothing all over the floor. Shelves a mess. Management must be poor at this store in Florence and don't care. I have been in many and this is by far the worst. It's Pretty bad when the Dollar store looks better then this store.

Target is one of my favorite places on earth. They have many items I'm looking for. However, there was a lack of accountability when wearing a mask... It says required on the front door, but many people were not wearing one. Also, no one asked if I needed help or anything.

Generally, I love Target. However, I would be wary of the furniture you buy from them. I recently bought a desk that collapsed after a week of minimal use. The wooden dowels snapped and the screws pulled straight through the wood. Highly disappointed with the quality will take any home/furniture needs elsewhere from now on.

I had gotten to the point of loving this store and the app to order online and pick up in store until this most recent incident! I placed an order online of 3 items. I got an email one item was not available so I canceled the entire order! But they proceeded to charge my online visa give card two different times once for the item that wasn't even in-stock and the for the two I ended up canceling! They refunded the two items in stock but kept the 10.73 for the item that wasn't in stock! Then they tried to tell me it was not ordered online and was paid for instore when it was included in my original online order! And also the fact the gift card was a digital gift card so there's no way to use it except online! I have pictures of the original order and the canceling of all items and the screen shot of the two amounts taken off my card this is plain out stealing and fraud! I'd expect this from Walmart but for target this is ridiculous!

I had a wonderful experience with the drive up service for online ordering. I placed my order at 7am and it was ready at 720am however, the store was closed and I picked them up at 9am (store opens at 8am). They lady that brought the items out loaded them in the car for me! She was very friendly as well. Great Job Target!

This is for the staff over in the Starbucks...Their attitudes are HORRIBLE!! There is a young girl there whose attitude has always been just terrible and management will do absolutely nothing about it!! She is either on her phone, doesn't greet the customer, you have to have a staring contest with her just to get her to serve you and she makes the drinks the way she wants too! She is the nastiness CSR person ever! Its not worth the headache!

This target pretty consistent in what you can expect from your shopping experience here. The store is always clean, well staffed and fully stocked.I enjoy, sometimes roaming the aisles and seeing their new products. I love the fact their is a Starbucks located inside the store.

Drive up is always closed when it rains. They will come outside to put signs in the rain but will not honor the service offered in the rain. It would have been nice to know in the app before spending my money here. For future reference order from Walmart when the sky is cloudy.

I like the wide variety of products that the store offers and it is always clean and neat! Everyone there is friendly as well! Always a delight! Recently just ran in for 2 items - found them quickly and was able to check out easily as well-- even though it was in the middle of a Saturday during the Christmas rush!!!!

I love our baby Target. I have lived here for 11 years, and come from a much bigger city. This Target is has everything you need:a Starbucks, food, beer and wine, a pharmacy, and seasonal merch. The employees (especially the check at check out) are always nice and helpful. Over all the store is clean and well stocked. Thank you Target :)

THE TIME INDICATED FOR WHEN MANY REVIEWS WERE DONE IS WRONG, WHICH I NOTICED WHEN LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS. GOOGLE APPARENTLY DOESN'T MAKE BEING CORRECT A PRIORITY ABOUT THAT.......Liked the store until today when this senior citizen used the app for a contactless pickup they advertise. The young black woman with long braids who brought the order to my car was angry I would not hold her umbrella. My safety risk from catching covid-19, getting less than 6 feet away was far more important than this employee's hairdo.Twice she asked me to hold it and then angrily announced that no one else was in the store to bring out my order so she would not have to. This employee still works here, so senior citizens, handicapped and anyone with special needs avoid this store. Of course I complained to corporate and Netta the associate at the store and followed up. However no action was taken regarding the rude employee whose actions and hateful words would have subjected this senior citizen to covid in July 2020.

Went to purchase a microwave and was not able to place in the cart a young man (employee) pass by and I ask could he put it in my cart. With a smile he place it in the cart for me. Went to check out ask the cashier could some one help me put it in my vehicle for me, even though she had line she still call and got help for me. The young man was up at the front less then 5min and was very pleasant and help me put it in my vehicle.

My experience was great! I went school shopping. The only reason i didn't give it five stars was because some of the prices were ridiculously high. For example a patterned binder was ten dollars. That's my only complaint.

My family and I were eagerly searching for any paper products in the Florence area. The Target website said that there was some toilet paper in store. My family and I went to the store that next morning when the doors opened-mind you we live 30 miles away. To our dismay-there was none in the store. There was however 2 packs of paper towels(a total of 4 rolls). We finished our shopping and proceeded to check out in the self checkout. One of the employees managing the checkout area-told us that we could only buy one pack of paper towels. I was going to either have one of my kids buy one or go out of the store and come back in to buy the other pack. She said no- you can’t do that. Since when...if someone leaves a store and comes back...can they not buy a product. There was literally no other paper products to buy in the entire store. No toilet paper, napkins, etc....Since we are surrounded by the “walking worried” -and people are buying up everything in sight-how is someone who normally shops only 1x a month due to the distance away that we live supposed to function...with businesses like this?! Needless to say...I’m not sure I will be shopping here in the future unless absolutely necessary.

Was shopping in this Target today, picked up some toilet tissue and some paper towels as they have my bounty full sheets. I called my friend and asked if she needed some because the signage on the paper aisles says limit 1 for TP, flushable wipes and facial tissue. NOTHING about PT’s. I get to the register and am told it doesn’t matter what the sign says I can only get 1 PT and “conveniently” no manager was available. I had even taken a picture of the signage and they didn’t care. Said that’s why they have notice posted at their register, well posting at the register doesn’t inform the customer when the customer is reading the signage that is actually placed in the store on the aisles. They REFUSED to stand behind what the signage states on the aisle. HORRIBLE customer service.
