Years ago the membership was worth the money. Now everything is more expensive at Sam's then anywhere. Even the gas prices are higher than surrounding stores in the area. They have no benefits for being a member anymore. It's a waste of time and money to shop at Sam's now. I will not be renewing my membership. If you are looking for savings go somewhere else. The manager even left , and that's a big red flag.

Sams is a great store but the delivery is not on point. I order dish detergent from this place and the person that brought my order didn’t care how it arrived I had dish detergent everywhere but two days ago I made another order they said it was return cause I wasn’t home and that’s not true. I been home all day and no one came. I have cameras around my house and again no one came. I call them the next day just so the spokesman can tell me they will delivery it but again it’s a no show. I’ll go and pick up my stuff but seriously considering canceling my membership.

DisappointedThis Sam's is trying to outdo the McDonald's ice cream machine. We have to travel over an hour just to visit this facility.The last 3 times we've visited and tried to get any assistance from the meat department the machines are either #1 "not working" #2 "all the cutters go home by 2pm" or #3 "no one came in who can run the machines today.".The sad thing is the people who shop here pay Sam's to receive this kind of service . Your managers need to do better or just be honest with us and we will drive longer to visit someplace that actually wants the business.

Traveling and placed an order for one item for pick up once I arrived in town. The absolute worst experience ever! To wait in a car with an infant for over an hour just for one item from pick up. Called customer service numerous time with wishful hopes. I had 5 cars that came after me and everyone got their items except me. I had to get out the car just to flag someone down.

Most of the employees are nice. A few are rude. Several of the different flavors at the drink fountain do not work at the deli.

This Sams club is one of the nicer stores that I have shopped at. Usually there is store employees that are available to assist you with items you may be having trouble finding. The products are neatly organized and displayed. I have yet to see stations for samples of current products or items. There is the machine you can scan your Sams club card and receive a free sample of soap, or candy, etc.

This store has lots of great things with great prices most of the time. The Cafe at the front does need some help though. They are always out of everything they serve. Drink machines are always out too. I will say that the potato salad we bought was amazing and so affordable at $7 for 5lbs.

There was only one employee working the grocery pickup today around 1:30 pm Thursday, March 7, when I stopped by to pick up some items missing from my order early this week. She was very conscientious, recognizing me in the parking lot from earlier in the week, unable to get anyone to answer inside. Afraid I did not get her name, but she made sure I got the items in my order. She said she was the only one working; Sam's needs to have more employees on staff when they offer grocery pickup because as diligently as she worked, it was really too much for just one person. Her actions to assist me were much appreciated.

The soda machine at the cafe has been broken for almost a year now. The icee machine is almost never in use anymore. This is a failure on the part of management and corporate to provide the staff with functional equipment.

Sams Club itself is a great store, but I will Never have an order delivered again. This woman pulls up in a black car to deliver our groceries and every single item smells very strongly of weed. The smell was all over the woman and now it’s all in the lobby from where she walked inside. She was tipped an extra $20 might I add because we requested for her to come back at a later time to drop it off.

Went in to check things out. They let us browse around before deciding to purchase a membership! We ended up getting the plus membership and shopping while there! Can't beat the prices on alot of the items!

This Sam’s is unique. Was glad to find it while driving to Florida. Some minor issues, like limited food option in courtyard. No pretzels, No ice cream, No Pepsi Ice. Hope this situation is temporary.

Today was the worst customer service I've ever had in this store the lady working in the clothing department today was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my 2 granddaughters. We were shopping in that section looking to buy my grandkids some clothes my oldest Granddaughter was on one side of the table gently looking at the the shirts and keep in mind she was not messing up the clothes I was on the other side withy other Granddaughter we were in that section for a very long time shopping like everyone else was but yet this employee proceeds to point at my oldest Granddaughter and call me out saying kids are not allowed in the clothes because they have to keep them folded. Well I'm grown so I didn't cause a scene I made both my grandchildren stand beside me and tried to keep shopping and the entire time she was on her phone mumbling under breath about how you have to handle unruly kids and how disrespectful I was but I never said a word to her we tried to keep shopping just to hear her trash talk us to 2 other customers. We left and I still said nothing to her so there would not be a big scene in front my family but I did call back to the store and spoke to a Manager for her to apologize and tell me she knew exactly who this employee was.

Great customer care and great prices. Sam's is a smart option for anything. I always check with them first before buying furniture, tires, groceries and jewelry or many other items. Love their pizza combo for lunch and 25 cent bottle water.Can't beat 'em.

Store manager does not have the greatest of attitudes and does not speak to members, but the associates always speak. Guess it’s beyond her to say good morning. I have seen her on the sales floor several times having whole meetings with associates but does not seem to have time to say ‘hello’. Im certain those associates would appreciate not being addressed where customers can hear. Some of these young people in power seem so unprofessional these days. Dear manager, speak to your members. Thanks
