We had an issue in our bathroom and Clyde came and addressed the problem quickly. He was so easy to work with and made sure we were comfortable with what he needed to do and understood the work he did. He also had another young man, Hunter, come help out. We always get prompt and professional service from Quality. Hunter and David were the two most recent techs to tend to our HVAC needs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked to get our system functioning until the part, which had to be ordered, came in. They were also the same two who returned and installed the new coil. On Sunday 04/02/2023 my ceiling collapsed in my girls bathroom with no warning at all, no water leaking, no stains in ceiling that would indicate a water leak, but after Quality Services Company came out and repaired and condensation pump that had went bad, and routed the condensation drain line to a straight exit line. After filing a claim for damages with my insurance company UASS they advised me that Quality Services Company had inform them that in their professional opinion that the leak had started more than 14 days before they were called. Can someone explain to me how a leak can go on for more than 14 days but not show any signs until the ceiling falls in. The bathroom is used every day and never saw anything in the ceiling that would be a sign of a leak until it fell in. Please explain by looking at the photos how less than $100 worth of plumbing supplies can turn into a $530 bill from Quality Services Company.As a 37 Year Military Veteran and a 26 year Law Enforcement Veteran I personally would never recommend Quality Services Company to do work for anyone. Their professional opinion will now cost me and my family over $2,000 total to have all this mess repaired because USAA has refused to pay for any damages.Service: HVAC system repair

Quality Service Co is AWESOME! We had a leaking kitchen faucet. Called QSC on a Wednesday afternoon. Clyde and Mike were here the very next morning to replace faucet set. Both Clyde and Mike, very professional. Did not have to explain what needed to be done. Old faucet set out, new one in, within a matter of minutes. Quality services prices are very, very reasonable. Had Hunter and Clyde come out yesterday.They had the problem diagnosed under 15 minutes , fix and tested under an hour easily. The funny things is after we got to talking, these guys were the same exact team that fixed the coolant level quickly back in early August at my in law’s house. Again, they came in quickly assessed and fixed the problem. The company will have continued patronage as long as service remains this good. Strong work guys!!!!!

My name is Josh McDowell and I'm the counter sales rep for Border States in Florence, SC. We have used y'all for several years now, for all of our HVAC needs. Y'all have always been super nice and helpful and do regular maintenance and checkups on our system. I am very hot natured, so I use the AC at the counter a LOT. I have never had a complaint and anytime something has gone wrong, y'all were quick to respond and repair. Today we had one of our regular maintenance checkups and the 2 techs that showed up were Clyde and Nelson. Clyde and Nelson both seemed very knowledgeable and were very polite and efficient. They came in, patiently waited while I helped a customer and then introduced themselves. Once they introduced themselves, we told them to make themselves at home and let us know if they needed anything. I barely even noticed they were here, and they were very quick and clean. I spoke with them both after they finished to sign the forms and everything and we had a little conversation throughout. I won't go into what the convo was about, but it let me know that these gentlemen are considerate, caring, and just all-around stand-up guys. I really appreciated their help and the nice convo after was just a bonus. Thank you for your consistency in always doing a great job and going the extra mile when it's needed.

I'm reading the Google reviews for Quality Service Company/QSC and it's comforting to see how many people are experiencing the same high level of satisfaction I've received from this company. Clyde and Mike are honest and trustworthy. It's no surprise that QSC is my go-to specialty contractor for annual maintenance, repair, and/or installation of my HVAC and Plumbing. I'm always hesitant to contact one of the larger specialty contractors because they're so expensive. I've been able to track down individual contractors with lower overhead to repair my plumbing or heating and air, but since they often work alone, they are always on another job. When my A/C breaks down in warm weather or the heat doesn't work in the winter, I need help, “Now". When my plumbing is clogged or the toilet is "stopped up", I need help, "Now". With Quality Service Company I receive the service/speed of a large contractor, but at a price I might expect from a smaller contractor (The best of both worlds). I also like the fact that I don't have to call different contractors for my HVAC or plumbing needs. With Quality Service Company (QSC) it's one and done. They also handle repairs/installation related to air ducts, furnaces, air quality, and zone controls. I’ve spent a good bit of time writing this review. In fact, The only time I write a review is when my expectations have been exceeded. Whether it's a restaurant which serves amazing food, or in the case of Quality Service, excellent service on my HVAC or plumbing, I feel the need to share my experience. I hope my post gives you the confidence to contact Quality Service Company whenever you need help with your heating/cooling, plumbing, (air ducts, zone controls, air quality).

Lost hot water on Friday evening call Quality Service their answering service and they put me in touch with the service manager Matt. A plumber came out Sunday morning to fix problem and he said it would be about $500 to fix and would be cheaper for me to fix myself. After church I had a friend look and inform me it was a busted pipe. I called service manager Matt and he came out to fix so I could restore water to house. Thanks so much Matt!!!
