Wendy's at the Pilot... Got a huge racist feel, just had the cashier totally snub us while getting our order. Was all buddy buddy and joking with the customer in front of us. Then we didn't get two words (the price and "lids", with a point.) amazing how he turned it on and off. Worst customer service.

This is without a doubt my favorite rest stop on the road. Every time I pull in the restrooms are clean. They have everything you need for a quick snack, a refuel, or just a break from the road. I can't say enough good things about it. Always five stars!

It’s moderately clean and the cashiers are nice. But the wait for a shower is unreal. It’s been an hour and I’m still waiting along with 5 other. Also overheard the cashier had my shower cancelled so I went up to the cashier to tell her that was my shower number and she put it back up. If I hadn’t been standing there and overhead that I would’ve had to wait even longer because i would be last on queue.

Fueling up at the island and secondary pump #29 the pump handle came lose from the hose while pumping. Someone didnt do their job correctly...fuel everywhere! BE AWARE WHEN PUMPING FUEL DRIVERS!

Inside a store was fine the clerk was professional was frustrating I had to go in to get a receipt to do my logs I wish they would stay on top of the paper and the Machines

Pretty reliable for cleanliness. They USED to be known for affordable accessories like USB plugs with different price points like Best Buy online but not so much anymore.

This is not currently a pilot. It's a construction zone in need of 10 janitorial staff and a few dumpsters to haul trash away. Wendy side is alright but otherwise just a truck stop shaped pile of trash.

Great place to stop and stretch after a long ride.The restrooms are always clean and well stocked.They have about any cold drink you could want. The coffee is always fresh and delicious.The fountain drink are a great value.They offer hot dogs and other fix yourself food. Even when it's crowded the lines move super fast.There is also a Wendys inside.It's usually busy but you get hot fresh food.Gas prices are cheap.

Stop for fuel on May 6, 2024… Asked for a propane fill and they said their propane pump had been down for several weeks…Pumps are extremely slow.

Called because I'm worried that I left my debit card there Monday and I'm now in New York, whoever answered the phone could not even be bothered to check because they're about to do shift change and said she'll have someone else look later and call me back. I am panicking about losing potentially $700 and they couldn't even be bothered to check real quick for me.

We usually stop at this Pilot location in Florence SC when we are traveling. This time our visit was on Wednesday, June 30th 2021. We were quiet disappointed that the fountain drinks were not serving the drinks it was all carbon, then at the checkout counter only one register was open. Ive never seen a line so long in a convenient store. We will continue to stop here anf hope the store improves service.

6:30 a.m Monday, walk in waiting on shower, young girl with dreads sees me waiting. I had to ask her to check on what's going on. She just goes and checks takes 5 min then casually walks past me making eye contact not saying anything. I said so what's going on and she just says he's on break and keeps walking. I had to say so what do I do now and she just casually says that's what I'm finding out now and keeps slowly walking way. They need to hire better people than this. How rude.

Omg. Most frustrating pilot ever was standing and waiting for more then 45 min for a shower. And and up front how long will it take no answer just wait for my turn with the only one waiting on one. Need better management this is unbelievable have people waiting just about a hour to shower

This is THE BEST truck stop ever. The people that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help people. Their shower facilities are immaculate and they have strong water pressure that stays hot 4 ever. Their store is kept so clean and comfortable and they have so much good food...good coffee. This place is definitely a great place to stop. Almost feels like a small town country store atmosphere in only the good ways but have the latest and greatest stuff!!

We stopped at this Pilot because it has separate fuel pumps for RVs. It definitely makes it easier to navigate than regular pumps. Plus we saved an additional 10 cents per gallon by using the Pilot/Flying J app.

If I could give this station a minus star I would! Bathrooms were filthy. Pumps not working. No one attending the help button at the pump. Cashiers not informed. RV gas pumps not working. This stop took us an hour! my husband had to go in 4 times to see the cashier!

This place is just slightly better than a roadside rest stop.Barely any merchandise on the shelves, half of it is under construction with the Wendy's being completely shut down. The roller-grill is empty and hasn't been touched in days and the staff clearly has no concern about doing their jobs.Drivers would do a lot better going elsewhere.
