The employees were so helpful and friendly! They have redone their aquariums and have added more beautiful fish!! There are cats and kittens that are needing good homes here. The store was clean and well organized! I will definitely be back here for all my animal needs!

My 15 year old "puppy" just got groomed by Shamirra. I know he was not well behaved......because as he got older he hated getting groomed more and more. but she managed to get him done and he looks wonderful. He may not be perfect, but the fact that she took the time to work with his mop I will be forever grateful. He just stopped letting me do it myself and he was an awful mess. Thanks for making my old man handsome again!

Took our Sheranian in for a much needed trim. Not the best of jobs done, but our little boy is very active and was very hyper this visit. Ladies are nice and did the best they could.

All the PetSmart staff are very friendly. I did the Puppy Orientation and the trainer helped answer alot of my questions. My puppy, Deevo, has also been groomed twice there and it turned out awesome! Staff was very friendly and loving to my scared pup and knew the right things to do to help him relax! I left him treats and chew sticks for when he was in the cage waiting to be dried and they gave them to him. I highly recommend the grooming salon, workshops, and grooming classes.

We take our catahoula mix, Patty, to Petsmart Groomers every month and we can just tell she feels good when we pick her up. She really isn’t a typical dog, in that she prefers to be inside and does not like being dirty or getting into water. She would much rather sit in the AC while being pampered, or as we like to call it “feeling pretty”.We really enjoy the grooming staff and have never had any issues. And so, I wasn’t surprised by how easy they made it for us using the curbside pick up service. Thank you to Petsmart groomers for always keeping our spoiled pup “feeling pretty”!!!

Went in today with my Goldendoodle for grooming & was told by Laura that she could not cut him because they did not have a blade for him & to go to a private groomer. Not only did I feel racially profiled but also felt as if this worker was too lazy to do her job! Will never do business here again

The fuy at the Pet Smart that I took my 2 young sons to was absolutely an awesome gentleman!! He told us everything we needed to know and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the store. He was very smart, and he knew his stuff and didn't just want us to get our stuff and get out he really helped us alot!!

The cashier upfront seemed very nice! The woman in the back was rude. I went to go look at the adoptable cats and she came up to me and was super rude. How do they expect to adopt animals out if we cant even talk to them or play with them? I cant just walk up and be like that cats cute let me adopt that one! They do have a 5 year old there named tarter sauce or tater. She was so loveable and friendly! Shes super friendly unfortunately I was unable to adopt her. I've posted a photo of her.

Nice store, plenty of dog food options and potential pets. I bought a beautiful beta fish and the employees were nice and hustling. Animal habitats were clean and the animals looked well kept.

Did a majority of my pups public access training and distraction training here. The staff are exceptionally sweet and always compliment me on his training and well-behavior. I order online and pick up frequently, if something not in stock the manager and staff will work with you and give you a refund / opportunity to replace the item. I also get a lot of my fish supplies from here. Great staff, very friendly, and super clean!

Everyone was very nice but the grooming job was pretty terrible. It looks like a two year old cut my dogs hair with scissors. No consistency, uneven cuts, she was still wet when we picked her up, still had dirty eyes and a dirty behind. Bizarre, honestly. They used to do a great job but we will not be returning.
