Petco Grooming was an incredible experience for my beloved furry companion, Max. The groomer, Sarah, was absolutely phenomenal. Max's tangled fur was expertly detangled and his nails were neatly trimmed. Sarah's gentle approach made Max feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you, Sarah, for your outstanding service. Kristen is our favorite! My cat (Sushi) and I enjoy her and we love when she is able to fit Sushi in for his spa day. She is a phenomenal groomer, keep her around for sure!

I first want to say that my dog had a grooming appointment today and I acknowledge it was scheduled for 2:45pm. However, I got caught by the train and once I realized it wasn’t going to be finished any time soon. I turned around and proceeded to call Petco and let them know that I would be late because I was coming from South Florence and had to turn all the way around and go around town just to ho around the train and get to Petco. The female I spoke with on the phone said, okay you need to be here by 3pm. I let her know I was on my way and it would be a few minutes after 3, because I had to take an alternate route. She said okay. Once I arrived with my dog, I was told by another associate at the grooming station that since I wasn’t here by 3 that they weren’t grooming my dog. Now my problem here is that almost every single time I bring my dog to get groomed, it doesn’t matter if her appointment is early or later, she’s always there until almost closing for the grooming. They always call me later in the evening to say she is ready and I’m a loyal customer almost past 2 years. I have never complained about it even though I never understood why it was taking so long. So, the one time that I have an issue that is out of my control and still made an attempt to have my dog there for grooming. You tell me one thing and then do another. I know one thing they lost a good customer and my dog won’t be back and I will be letting others know not to return if they are going to treat customers like we are a nuisance when we are the ones keeping them employed.

Rachel has always done a remarkable job on my standard poodle. He does not have anxiety before or after being groomed. Rachel is personable with Oliver and shows a genuine love for him. Also her skills and follow up mean so much to me. Great employee!!

I was very happy with the cut. The groomer, Kristen, did a fabulous job. My puppy, Patches, seemed to be in good spirits when I picked her up. I just could not reach them by phone when I tried to call and see if my dog was finished. Need additional people working.

This location needs to get their grooming department in-line. How many times are they going to cancel my appoints because they can’t schedule correctly. This is the 5th time they have canceled my appointment. Poor management planning.

The staff is so courteous and knowledgeable, and they genuinely love animals. My Sasha went in nervous and came out confident and BEAUTIFUL, and she smelled AMAZING!!

My dog looked like a different dog when she came out the back. She smelt so good, her coat was so shiny. I will be taking my dog back to petco when it's time for her to get groomed again.

I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! MANAGER OF GROOMING IS VERY HATEFUL, DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Apparently everyone in the grooming area need training! Made an appointment over a week ago for complete grooming for 2 poodle puppies ... was told on the phone to allow 4 hours for this service. Arrived today ... they aren't on the books for full groom, only face and feet! So, when we start questioning what happened, and why we were told it would be 4 hours if they were only down for face and feet, which is only 20 minutes ... we were treated as if it was our fault that is didn't get booked correctly. EVEN THE STORE MANAGER DID NOTHING! SHE ALLOWED THIS GROMMET TO BE RUDE AND HATEFUL, AND JUST STOOD THERE AND LISTENED ... DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN, EVER!
