Super slow! Got here day prior to appointment following day at 5am. No did NOT get in early. Next morning went to guard shack to verify I was still in system and what time to expect door assignment. Was told “ lady gets here at 5am she will call you”. Waited in truck till 545am went back to guard shack said I’m still waiting. Fondly told to go back to truck n drive up! Got door assigned finally leaving this place 945am!! They do allow overnight parking. Personal were nice. Just takes forever here!!!

Horrible place to deliver to.They allow overnight parking, which is nice.They allow early check-in, which is also nice.BUT when 5am rolls in, they tend to ignore you who checked in early and not call you for a door while others who just show up roll into an assigned door.Having a second delivery is made impossible to be on time because of this careless group at the guardhouse who clearly doesn't have it organized to check in process.One shows up late for work, and then she walks back and forth to her car to get her entire groceries from home into the guardhouse. Horrific work ethics.

It does have overnight parking if You need it the check in guard was easy going besides that I don't know what took them so long to unload Me yesterday all I had was a light load of like foam cups that were not even on pallets the appointment was for 06:00 I got the call to dock around 06:06 and was out at 09:27.

Great place to come. I had a 630am appointment got here the day before at 5pm parked and walked up to the security guard to check in. They will call you at 5am for a door. They have over night parking but it’s limited so get here early. They also have a bathroom they clean once a day, wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan it gets stinky mid day and they don’t leave the door open during the day to air out. Also I was unloaded in less than 30 minutes (only had 7 pallets) they use capstone for lumper service. Once you pay and get a green dock light wait for them to call you for your paperwork.

There’s a pilot a mile away or a Petro 4 miles away. Also overnight parking here.When you arrive here park in the overnight parking area, and walk to guard shack to check in. They will give you a call when a door is available.I arrived at 2am for my 6am appointment, at 5:35am I got a call for a door. Building 400 is where you’ll see the receiving office. They finished unloading me at 7:45am

Only a 1 star cuz there is overnight parking with restrooms available but I didn't stay I drove in for my appointment time. Had to wait in there parking lot until a little after 7am which my apartment was 6am got to the doc waited another hour for them to call me to switch docs so I move over and waited some more it is now 11am got the text with a ridiculous lumper fee of 372 dollars for paletized cardboard which I'm assuming this company uses to box up there orders. They trashed the inside of my trailer and I'm still waiting for my bills not a good way to start a Monday losing half of my 14 hour clock here

Absolute trash of a place to deliver, other than overnight parking. 5 am appointment, in the door at 5:30. I broke the load down and was done by 8 am. It is now 12:40 pm and I’m still waiting for them to “hear from their buyer”. You’re telling me it takes almost 5 hours for a phone call? Everyone in the receiving office will look you right in the eye and walk by without a word or asking if you need some help. This place and these people are the worst. Capstone is usually the weak link in these places, but they are more helpful and worried about the drivers than the actual employees are. Everyone in that receiving office should be fired on the spot for just being terrible people. This is what’s wrong with the trucking industry. They act like as long as they make their $10.00 an hour, the rest of the world can sit and wait. Like we don’t have other places to be.

The other reviews are not lying, they are slow. Because of the other reviews, I arrived at this location 3 hours early. They have pre-staging/ over night parking. How ever, my appt time was when they allow you inside (0500). Got a door at 0555. Got the Capstone to pay Lumpers at 0925. Which made me late for my next appt. I know, 3 hours and 30 mins for unloading isn't that bad... BUT I ONLY HAD 3 PALLETS FOR THEM TO UNLOAD. THAT'S MORE THAN AN HOUR PER PALLET!!!! I might see my trailer on TikTok later.

Great staff in the guard shack and yard dog on the yard . Tried their best to help me get back into my truck after my dog locked me out while heading to my dock door . No late fee and was unloaded within an hr and a half once I finally got back in the truck and docked .

They have some high tech cameras don't get caught doing anything stupid such as pissing behind cab. Slow unload time but just like any other big shipper. They do have overnight parking.

They have overnight parking outside the gate. Checked in at 1900hr for my 0930hr appointment the following morning. Got a call at 0530hr. I was out of the facility at 0700hr. Dry van department.

It’s a good place to work at cause the people I met there but the management is bad. They will short you on your paycheck. They still owe me some money on my paycheck I told the supervisors everyday. This company is going downhill fast. They will let go of all the good workers but keep the bad ones. If you work on day shift don’t trust two supervisors. The supervisors will play in your face. The supervisor will write you up for the smallest things. They hand out top pay to people who don’t deserve it. If you a good worker don’t work here go to Cheney Brothers or somewhere else. If you new working here ask the co worker all bout it.

I had a pleasant experience delivering here. Got here the night night before at around 11pm for a 6 am appt time. There is over night parking outside the gate. Got called for a door at 5:38am received my paperwork at 7:10am.

I've been here once before. Been a while. I wanted to give a shout out to the people that work here. Nicest bunch of people I've had to deal with in a long time. Security, shipping/receiving and unloading personnel all included. I understand there are plenty of reviews complaining about how long it takes to get unloaded. If your not used to that by now you haven't been driving long. Thanks for the positive attitude pfg.

Had a delivery appointment time at 6:40am and did not get unloaded until 8 hours later. Every other truck around me came and went, and when I was the only truck left, that's when they decided to start on my truck. An entire day wasted, and I missed out on my next load. But, hey at least capstone still got THEIR money. Steer clear.

I had a 5:30 a.m. appointment, I arrived, checked in at 1:30 a.m., didn’t get a door until 7:50 a.m., and it is now 11:25 and I still haven’t been given my paperwork. I had to cancel my next load.If you see are offered a load to come this place……. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!

Overnight parking...park and walk up to check in at night when you get here. They start calling at 5 a.m. my appointment was 8 am. I got a door at 530 and was out by 630. I had no lumper fee. Dont know if that makes a difference. This my second time here and same experience each time. I wish every place was this fast.

The worst place to be I have an appointment I check in they take five hrs to give me a door. The only good thing I can say they have overnight parking.
