This store is clean, well organized and the prices are reasonable and on point. The manager is always helpful and friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always have bags which is a big plus.

This goodwill is crazy you have the store price on it then you look at goodwills price it’s 9 more dollars then you can go to the store and buy the same thing and when you bring it up to them there isn’t nothing they can do about it come on goodwill do better cashier was not even nice at all she wouldn’t even give me a bag for the things I did buy not even a thank you or have a nice day

You recieve donations then sell the FREE donations like your selling brand new retail. Goodwill is overpriced and people that are on a strict budget can no longer depend on goodwill to get what they need. Its a shame and a scam.

Stumbled across this little gem while on a road trip. This place offers plenty of parking, drive through donation drop off area, and plenty of items. Everything here was average priced, found a few items of great value, and not much furniture on premises. At the time, no colored discounts but military and senior discounts were available on selective dates. The customer service was fantastic. The guys were very friendly and looked as if they worked as a team. The place was well organized and pretty well kept. If I ever happen to be in the area I wouldn’t mind making a quick pit stop. Keep up the great work guys !

You can find some nice things there however I was a little put off today as I found a t-shirt in the 2.49 isle. Upon checkout the cashier said this one was 4.89 because it was a special t-shirt. I asked that the difference was in the special and regular (there is no rack for special t-shirts) and she didn’t have an answer

Lucked up when finding this Goodwill, lots of brand names, even found a nice Coach jacket for $10. Was well worth the stop!

This is the best one to shop at in Florence. It doesn't have that "goodwill smell". The employees are helpful and friendly. Just make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store, because they can overcharge you! They have overcharged me quite a few times....that's the only negative feedback I have. But overall a great place to shop!

This goodwill has very little variety of the “good stuff” and over priced on anything that may be of good brand name or quality. Example, $19.99 for a pair of Keds. Usually a quick trip in and out unless I feel like really looking through clothes which is not often. I go for the other random stuff. If you’re looking for the chance to find better stuff go to the other local goodwill. I’ve had better luck with them.

Very nice goodwill. Lots to choose from. Very clean. Friendly employees. I wish Goodwill would stop jacking their prices. They're making it hard for people that are on a fixed income.

Last time I checked, if a store closes at say 7pm then that is when it closes. My wife and I were inside of the store on the 15th and at 6:44pm they started turning off the lights/dimming them in certain areas of the store. Sure would be a bummer and a solid lawsuit of a man/woman tripped due to poor lighting because of a lack of work ethic.

Worst goodwill store ever. Employees are rude. Everything is piled up. Couldn't get an answer to a simple question. Start of the checkout line was confusing, it was in the middle of clothes racks. Extremely slow service.

I was surprised how disorganized the store was. The books were in disarray, garments were on the floor, there wasn't any disinfectant to wipe down the shopping cart, the bathroom was dirty.

Wide variety of clothes, however some of them aren't in the right section so just remember to go through everything when you go. There are truly some jems in there.

Yes the Goodwill in in Florence was a very clean place they have handicap parking and they have access for handicap with wheelchairs and the people are fantastic and they love to help out any way they can

Terrible service. Only one in line and I had to wait on a (employee) gentlemen while he sent messages or whatever he was doing with his phone, while at the register. I had to then ask if he was available to check out. Terrible. No sales ever....
