Delivery man took my order. After having a lengthy, descriptive convo about my order, where he asked if I wanted cheese to which I responded “No, but I’d like everything but olives on it,” the order was placed. I got home to enjoy my sandwich, so I thought, to open it up & see there’s ONLY cheese, mayo, lettuce & tomatoes on it. I called this jimmy johns & asked to speak with the man who took my order directly to tell him about the miscommunication. Instead of him apologizing for the inconvenience, he argued with me for a good 5 minutes & concluded the convo with “You can just bring the sandwich back & this can be done.” Too bad this is the only Jimmy John’s in Florence.

How does this place even stay in business? A mini combo is over $9 and it only had a sliver of turkey, plus I had to pay almost an extra dollar for cheese and only got ½ slice provolone. Ridiculous! Never in my life going back. Go to Jersey Mikes people!

Honestly this was my first visit there but my husband's company orders there all the time for lunch and learns. The man taking my order was kinda short and rude, and then when I asked for pickles they said you have to pay for that. I was like ok no problem but I feel like you could have been a lot nicer. Probably not going back such a bad experience for my first visit.

It’s currently 6:05 PM and the store isn’t supposed to close until 9 PM. I drove up to the drive thru and no one said anything. I called the store and no one answered. I drive up to the storefront and saw 2 employees sitting inside. Although they both saw me drive up, neither initially acknowledged me. I had to knock on the door and through the locked door, they said they were closed. It’s unprofessional to not have updates business hours. I recommend changing them to avoid angry customers. As a chain business, I am disappointed.

Showed up at 7:50 p.m. and the dining room was closed had a sign to go through the drive thru went to the drive thru and the gentleman that came on the intercom told us that they were closed. Drove 45 minutes to eat here. Thumbs down big disappointment.

When someone expresses twice, and hears twice from them no onions then I am expecting no onions. Apparently she realized after she put them on, tried to take them off, and didn’t get them all! I am writing this because it’s the only time I have a problem is when I request this one thing! It is a problem when I am meeting people and have onion breath!

Good food. But definitely not freaky fast. More like extremely slow. Also ordered a party box and they refused to make it. Would not recommend this Jimmy John's location.

This establishment closes at 7 pm-I place orders through the app-there were no notifications regarding closing time. When I received my order, there was a note on the receipt, telling me that I should be more courteous, because I ordered too close to closing time!!?? If I had any idea that it was too late to order, I would have made a different choice for dinner. But to be chastised for ordering, was completely uncalled for. In 5 yrs I have never ordered after 1:00. This was my easy go-to. If the app would have notified me that it was too late for delivery, I would not have put them “out”. Honestly-goodbye Jimmy Johns.

Store online says closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:15pm to them not acknowledging us in the drive thru. Went up to drive through window, they saw us and hollered something and threw trash cans up in front of drive through window. Just rude and closing early with no explanation as to why!!!

It's been a while since we have been here, and it was great. Had the #9 with the pickle. Service was fast and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone. The price was for 2 people. Not expensive to eat here for lunch.

Had an online order placed, stated they closed at 8pm I believe. Got there at 630, the one worker looked at me through the drive thru window and walked away. I went to the board to talk to them through the speaker, no answer, went back to the window where they had a trash can on the counter (which was so disgusting and dirty) and finally the SAME KID came over and told me they were closed. I see this is a pattern. Shame

Love jimmy johns in TX moved to sc happy to know it's here too. A bit disappointed that they don't have the famous cream soda like T.XJJ.I got a #12 unwich..they put Shredded let inside the wrap..a bit weird.. to much ..but 👍 good. Thanks

I called to have a delivery scheduled for lunch, when I gave the address to the clerk on the phone I was told we do not come out that far. I said really less than 3 miles from your store and you do not come out. He stated that corporate tells them where they can deliver.This is bad service after I have been going to Jimmy Johns for a long time. This restaurant here in Florence is probably the worst I have been too. When I lived in Ohio the service was far superior than what you receive here.

We were passing through town on the way back to VA. We had a craving for Jimmy John’s and were not disappointed. The guy at the drive-thru was friendly. The food was delicious! I would give it a 5 if the guy at the drive-thru had a mask on.

Ordered in drive thru..no one was in front of me..took a while to get sub.. drove home to eat and had the wrong sub! I called and was told that she realized after I left that she had given me the wrong sub. I was told to bring that one back and they'll fix the one I ordered. I drove back and they took the sub and made my order.No refund, no courtesy drink, or coupon for next time, nothing!! Besides that, why did i have to return the first sub? They couldn't serve it to anyone else!

Not impressed. Though the establishment was clean . . the person taking the order was stringent about what options the were in the way of bread, cheese, etc. Despite there being 10 or 12 employees within 10 ft or so, they were all involved in their own conversations in lieu of assisting a new customer unfamiliar with their menu. I was only one of two customers (the other sitting down), so it wasn't due to the store being busy. The gal that made my sandwich, wrapped it in paper and put it on the counter while still engaged in a personal conversation with a co-worker. I HAD TO GET A BAG FOR MY SANDWICH, AND NAPKINS for my "to go" order.The Manager was no doubt among these employees, so I am not impressed with this location.

It was great, but now the people working there don’t care. About 7 of them ignored me when I came to the drive-thru to pick up a previously-placed order. Then they laughed when I came in, and offered me a soda. There wasn’t a single person dining, but a lot of people standing around.

Definitely should rethink there slogan, ordered online got their it wasn't ready and there wasnt a single customer in the place, waited and it still wasnt right, wasn't heated or any cheese or anything I asked for. I was initially excited to order from here because I heard how good it was and this was my first time, but never again.

Went through the drive thru girl that took my order was more worried about her cell phone than getting my order right. She was talking on it when I was at the window. Didn't receive the tea I asked for but I wasn't charged so I just left. Sub was tasty though.

As a rare treat, our family had the afternoon off today. We decided to go to Jimmy John’s and bring our 7 month old son.While we were eating, a verbal fight broke out amongst two employees. They continued to yell at each other, repeatedly using profanity before throwing a headset nearly across the end of the sandwich line. I couldn’t eat anymore during or after this.I walked up to an employee restocking the drink lids and asked who I could speak with regarding this. She said the manager was here and would be right with me. Ten minutes passed and I was ready to leave.As I was walking out, I again asked to speak with the manager and was told that she was too busy on the line. I refuse to ever visit this location again.How can a manager let a confrontation occur like this among employees? Why was this not addressed? Why would you not take time to assure your guests? This place was a circus today and it is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible experience!

Worst location I've been to! My husband and I love jimmy John's but this location is horrible. Close 45 minutes early the first night we're in town claiming no bread! 2nd day call for delivery 2.8 miles away and nope it's too far out of their area. Make the 10 minute ride to find out on a $50 plus they don't take large bills! !! So disappointed in this franchise location!
