A awesome and unique hideout. This is great place for teens and adults. They have a great setup for people to socialize or just kickback and relax. The food is amazing. The hamburger dumplings and the chicken ramen are delicious. I love that they have a bar. The Boba teas and soft drinks are also just some of the other options they offer. This place offers something for everyone.

Great place to hangout with friends and meet and game with local card gamers. Also features a full restaurant in the back of the shop, that features a variety of ramen and Asian dishes. Worth checking out if in the area or if you are into card games and ramen.

Me and my fiancé was passing through and we stop they was so friendly and the noodle shop wasn’t open that day when we was heading back to Virginia we stopped and got us some amazing food and the same guy was there that was so friendly recommend this place

Absolute BEST customer service! The guys here are AMAZING! I had had so much trouble getting one item, three attempts from amazon and one other store with absolute horrible customer service, but with these guys— I had my item in a WEEK. I only wish I lived closer to visit their store in person! Thank you so much Heroes Hideout!

Went in there they were all playing Pokemon which was cool but I was standing at the counter for 10min looking at the singles and boxes I wanted to ask them about a certain cards but i couldn’t tell where a staff member was because I wasn’t greeted when I went in there after standing there so long I felt so awkward from others staring at me that I just left without buying anything not that I would have been able to buy anything because no staff member came to talk to me

Nice little store, guys behind the counter were super cool very friendly*2023 edit- they moved into a huge new space. I still really enjoy this shop. It's my favorite place in town to swing by and grab a boba milk tea. I have still been meaning to try the food. It always smells good though.People here just as friendly :) a neat little stop in florence

Fun game shop for card tournaments. I trust the shop and environment enough to leave my 13 old there for several hours. Awesome ramen shop in the back. This place is wonderful for kids, and they make accomodations to make everyone feel included.The ramen is just straight up delicious.

My spouse and I both got the pork shoyu ramen. The pork was excellent, very flavorful and tender. The broth was pretty good, more flavorful at the bottom of the bowl. What perplexed me was the use of spaghetti noodles. Why?! It would definitely be 4 star ramen with the correct noodles.The main issue and reason for the 3 star review is the insanely long wait. This is not a place you go on your lunch break, which is strange, given that ramen is supposed to be quick. It took almost an hour to get 2 bowls of ramen. I'm glad it's made to order, but there has got to be a better system in place.I still really can't get over the spaghetti noodles...

This is only a review about the food btw - the space and people are nice!If you're from out of town and looking for good food, just don't come here. I should have been tipped off by the "hamburger dumplings" on the menu. I got an udon dish that was meant to be slightly creamy - instead they doused it in thick melted cheese and parmesan. The "spice" was just a load of black pepper. I genuinely couldn't eat it. The photo speaks for itself. I guess if you want mac n cheese with udon noodles, go for it.They also told me the bubble tea was sugar free, but it was sweeter than any bubble tea I've ever had. Couldn't finish that either! I'm kind of shocked that what I tasted was without the brown sugar they usually mix in.Chill space for playing games. But I'd skip on the food unless you're really hungry and can't find anything else nearby.

This is my favorite place to go in Florence. I'm a strait up movie but I still love going there to play MTG on occasion and their ramen is legit. Oh and they let me have 2 beginner decks to help get started that they happened to have laying around. Everyone that works there is super nice.

The hideout was fun. I went there to pick up a pack of trading cards with my friend, then sat down with a few strangers to spend nearly four unplanned hours playing Magic The Gathering.The play area was spacious, with long tables and chairs so comfy that I didn't realize Iwas sitting on my keys for nearly two hours.the food seemed decent and reasonably priced considering it was clearly food meant to appeal to gamers. I found no mess, no cockroaches (always a problem in smaller places, but none here!), and the staff were all super nice!overall a great place to meet people with an interest in video, card or tabletop games.

I was looking up boba drinks and this place came up I saw they had food too. My sons had previously been there said the food was good. I had to try it out. The staff was all very pleasant and wonderful in the store the food was awesome , I got my boba drinks also very good. Seeing the gamers playing while there was exciting to watch. Definitely will go back 👍🏻

Heros Hideout is wonderful! I have been going for a couple months with my daughter for junior pokemon league and we have had a blast every time! The employees and owner are great people and have lots of patience for the kids. And the food is fantastic! We look forward to going every week

Best ramen I've had in the Pee Dee! I got level 3 spicy shoyu pork ramen with seaweed and it was delicious. I didn't try the boba but that's on my list the next time I go. This place definitely has a chill vibe where you can hang out and play cards with your friends. The owner and everyone who worked there were very friendly and we enjoyed our meal. Definitely coming back again. :)

Great place for all. Everyone from the owner to the staff are absolutely amazing. The curry bowl is great but my favorite is the Ramen bowl with pineapple ghost pepper wing. Ask for the Leon Special if you love spicy foods. Big up to Tony and Chris. You guys make my stay in Florence more enjoyable than my last.

All cards on the table, I primarily come here to play card games. Lots of singles for all the big card games with new things to see all the time and regular tournaments. They also have war gaming products and people to play with. The store also doubles as a restaurant that serves boba tea, Asian inspired food and nerdy themed mixed drinks.

Great place to play card games and board games. Too many days in the week for Magic the Gathering. Yesterday was supposed to be board game night and nobody was playing board games they were only playing magic. The staff are nice and the food is good though. They are one of the only ramen shops around.

LOVE this place! This is the place you should be if you're a nerd or just love good food! Just an all-around cool place to hang out. The food is GREAT! The wait for the food could be better, but so worth it.

This place was so cool! I could tell there were loads of regulars there to play DnD, Magic, etc. But I didn't feel out of place coming in for the first time at all! The ramen is DELICIOUS, if I'm ever in Florence SC again I will be going back!

I love this place. It's a friendly safe environment to play card and board games. The store is already an advanced rank Magic the Gathering store. They routinely host game tournaments daily. The staff is friendly and most of the players are friendly and willing to teach others. There is a ever growing group of players for your favorite D&D, CCG, And Tabletop gaming community.
