I've only ordered at the counter here, but the last two times there wasn't anyone at the register or they were too busy with their back to the counter. Both times I had to wait upwards of 15 minutes to get any service. I haven't been here when the dining room had anyone in it. Also, the bathroom didn't smell clean and not from a previous user either, just nasty.

Hardee’s Breakfast Experience ReviewMy recent visit to Hardee’s for breakfast was disappointing, to say the least. The restaurant’s interior is notably small, contributing to a cramped atmosphere. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that only one register was operational, leading to an extended waiting period. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn’t end there. When our food finally arrived, it was served cold, diminishing our dining experience further. To make matters worse, the coffee was akin to water both in appearance and taste, suggesting the possibility of reused coffee grounds. This experience highlighted significant areas of improvement for Hardee’s, particularly in terms of service efficiency, food quality, and beverage preparation.

Ms. Wendy was very polite. By the time I walked to my truck, my food was cold. I had to go back in because the young lady gave me a single, but I'd paid for a double. I didn't have time to wait for the sandwich to be made over. 😩 Get it right the first time, and people want HOT, fresh food. Seemed like the sandwich and fries had been sitting. You ought to make to order like some fast foods do, especially when you're not busy. Most wouldn't mind waiting a few minutes to get quality food.Parking: You can fit a tractor trailer here.

The hamburger was really good but the onion rings were overcooked and hard. The lady that took our order was very nice. I had to go back up to the counter for ketchup and basically got ignored. They have an area for condiments but no ketchup. They are also very slow. They take your order and you just have to sit and wait for them to call your name. I would eat there again if I had to but if given a choice I'd pick somewhere else.

The older woman working the drive thru that night was so friendly and everything was made correctly. The quality of the burgers just isn't up to standard, very greasy and the fries were aoggy greasy too. The bun on my toddlers burger was rock hard.Thankfully I ordered some chicken tenders as a back up plan, those were a huge hit and admittedly yummy.

My experience at Hardee's was ok. I just felt unimportant as a customer. I went in and was the only customer, yet I stood at the front of the line for well over 10 minutes, only to be told by the first employee that came to the front that I had to "hold on" I don't understand why they were so busy as I was the only one in the store and I didn't see any cars in the drive-thru. I did hear however, a fair amount of laughter coming from their break room so I can only assume whatever they had going on was more important than taking my order. All-in-all I spent well over 30 minutes for a cold burger and stale fries. Clean bathrooms tho.

Counter staff was attentive. General Manager was on duty and was very professional and attentive. Restaurant was clean. I had a double cheeseburger and fries and my wife had the hot ham and cheese. Both buns were aged and were much harder than usual. Also my beef was extremely over cooked and dry.Parking: Very large parking lot with access for trucks, trailers, and RVs.

I ordered a number one with an extra patty, plain. We waited about 10 minutes and got the food. The burger was a single and had everything on it. My husband walked up and told her and she went to go get a replacement. The second time it was a single with bacon on it. This time I walked back in, and the lady said that I didn't order that. I asked if she wanted me to get my card to pay extra because that is what I wanted, and explained that I didn't order bacon. She seemed surprised and said no it's fine she would get it. When she handed me a burger, it was the KIDS burger which is significantly less than what I actually paid for. So now I get out of the car and go in. I explain what's going on to a cashier and she talks to the first lady (turns out SHE'S the manager) and they claim they're making me a new burger. The only helpful person, a young black girl working the counter, went back to check on the burger a few times for me and then came up and asked if I wanted a refund because they still hadn't started making it. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for the same manager to come back and do the refund, because even though her employee told her multiple times she didn't know how to do it and that she needed her managers card to swipe the register, she ignored her; she was acting really frazzled, turned right and left a few times almost like she was in a panic, and then disappeared into the back. I guess it is a stressful job, but it is still your job. That happened about three times before she finally came over to do the refund herself, and it took her about five minutes to ring up the refund because she didn't know how to do it either!!! Oh, there was also a crowd of people around me, half of which were waiting to be helped and they still hadn't been helped by the time I walked out 20 minutes later, and the other half were standing behind me waiting to tell them how their food was also wrong. And after such a horrible experience, I received no offer of compensation and she made sure the refund was for the sandwich only even though she had at that point wasted an additional 25 minutes of my time in her store. And the only one who apologized was the young girl at the counter; I apologize to her on her managers behalf, because she shouldn't be talk to you that way in front of a customer.We are passing through on our way home from a vacation. This makes me never want to see or eat at a Hardee's again, which is a shame because this place actually held nostalgia for me until today. Now I'm just angry and hungry.The manager's name was Sandra Johnson.

I'm not a fan of fast food, but for fast food this Hardee's is really good.I ordered and ate inside. The crew was professional and friendly. The service was quick for making everything fresh. Everything I saw looked clean.Parking: It's in a shopping center. No shortage of parking.I noticed that there is some handicapped parking near the door

I told the lady at the register that I did not want ketchup on my burger. She asked her manager if ketchup came on the burger I was ordering, I ordered the Super Star combo, the manager said no an came over to let me know special sauce came on that burger though. I said that was fine and what do I get? A butt load of ketchup! The manager seemed standoffish so I didn't bother to ask them to correct it bc of her being slightly rude. Do not recommend coming here if you like Hardee's

I just watched three customers walk out of the restaurant because the staff would not acknowledge them or take their order. One young lady walked right past us looking for some guy in the parking lot, then came back in and went to the back of the kitchen. Not once speaking, didn't say give me a moment, nothing! After waiting and not beinf treated like valued customers, Everyone walked out of the restaurant to get breakfast elsewhere. Their employees are awful. It's too bad owner's of businesses have no idea what happens when they trust their employees to represent them on a positive way.

I had high hope for this New Hardee's but so far its been a big disappointment !!!Every time I've been there the staff seems to be so confused and unorganized !!!!It's like they are all Joe Biden clones that don't even know where they at !!!!!

Keep driving.I've had my share of fast food and this night have been one of my worst experiences. The food was bad. The restaurant (still a relatively new building) was dirty (both the dining area and the bathrooms). The service was unkind and unwelcoming.

Oct. 20th @ 1:20 we tried to go through the drive thur, which they were busy, the female on the speaker said go away when you're ready so when we were ready my husband said ok we're ready and she snapped back "HOLD UP" and no she wasn't talking to any other co workers she was addressing us so we drove off. I just spent almost 40 bucks getting my family breakfast. I ordered, they gave me my drinks, and asked me to pull up and they would bring my order out. They brought me half my food. I don't understand how anyone feels comfortable bringing someone half an order after that customer spent all that money with them. So of course I had to park and walk in with my pajamas on. And then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes waiting on my food. The manager was in the kitchen just watching her crew mess up. I work in the fast food business and I have never and would never act so unprofessional. Hardee's really needs to rethink who they hire.
