To start, our service was great! However, we ordered 3 subs at 8:30 last night and got extra meat on two of them which is pretty pricey for extra meat when other places are way less with more meat. We take it home and roughly 30 min later we go to eat and the meat doesn’t look like extra, the sandwich’s are dry and there’s hardly nothing on it in terms of the Cajun chicken sandwich. We normally go to the one on Mountain Laurel dr which is WAY BETTER after having a bad experience at this one. We decided to give it a try since we were on that side a now regret spending $55 on three dry subs without the extra money we spent for meat. It was too late to call them since they were closed so we will try tomorrow to see.

It was my first Firehouse Subs experience and I enjoyed it. The subs are huge, lots of meat, well worth the price. Being in the NYC area I'm a bit of a sub snob and I'd go back. It's not a NY sub but hits the spot. Tons of hot sauces too. Sandwiches are made to order. The service was super friendly. A good experience.

Fine. Service excellent for fast food. I think I may just not be a fan of this chain. Bread is bland. Salad selection is minimal. All meat centric, one veg sub is off the menu. Doesn't offer anything different or better than all the other sandwich chains

Wanted the new sandwich that was the pulled pork and slaw. We had an hour ride home so asked for the cold stuff in the side. They put my cold slaw on the side but put the cold pickle on top. My cheese goes on top of the sandwich like on commercial I watched all weekend that made me want the sandwich. My husband comes home with sandwich an hour ride home and when he gets here the whole sandwich smells like pickle. Messed up my bread and messed up the whole sandwich. We called to let them know and they didn't believe us. I thought the customer was right. The cheese might be on the bottom of the sandwich but that's not how the sandwich goes. It's pulled pork cheese cold slaw. First time going to this location and will never return. They didn't offer us a refund only a comment that they put cheese on it. I don't want my money back or anything else at that matter from there. My first time will be the last time. Cheryl I think was the name of the employee my husband talked to and she was not nice about the situation only that she was right and I was wrong. Don't go to this location.

The staff was quick, friendly, and efficient! I would definitely recommend this location, and I will definitely return. Benjamin, who took my order was great, and the other staff members greeted me and other customers. The staff even apologized for the “wait”, which wasn’t an issue, I didn’t have to wait long, gave me enough time to fill my drinks up and get my chips and dessert. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

The younger staff members seem kind of slower with their productivity. But the blonde haired lady stepped in and was running the show. I asked the young guy behind the counter and he said she was a manager. Nice to see a manager be a go getter . Food was good and store was clean.

My daughter in did an online order for me ,same order that I always get from other location,the one with all the meats ,asked for bread to be toasted lettuce tomato & peppers & extra pickles combo $13 plus,kids ran upstairs to drop my sandwich off, I opened lid noticed sub looked flat opened up some lettuce & tomato no peppers an enough meat for half a sandwich, didn’t want them come all the way back to pick up sandwich ,so made a half sandwich,she called them to tell them about the service,which the 2 kids weren’t too concerned about, I won’t be buying from either anymore ,she said they too busy arguing about what size drink goes with a combo

I went into this location with my entire family and spent about $60 today. The crew members that worked today 3pm made the customer service experience very frustrating today and here is why. The two crew member that was on the line fixing our order messed up our order 4 times and had to remake it each time as the order on the receipt was correct but the crew members just couldn’t right and when asking for the manager Christian he came off argumentative and very nonchalant to the fact his crew members was messing our orders repeatedly and was just all around rude and unprofessional, he even laughed and acted nonchalantly towards the mistakes his crew members kept making. He shrugged his shoulders and basically told us to get over it and we than asked where his manager was that was over here which in fact was in the back as she ignored and neglected the fact that her staff and manager was having confrontation with a customer. She remained in the back of the store slicing the rest of the produce while she “ minded her business” which was her attitude. To whomever responsible for this location please consider teaching your staff members about customer service in the work place as it’s very important while handling patrons hard earned money. Thanks!

Chick-fil-a like customer service! Khalay (I’m sure I spelled that wrong) was awesome and fixed my mistake with hesitation. Everyone in the restaurant had great manners and I had an excellent interaction with everyone! Good employees are hard to find, make sure you keep and reward these!!

It's not easy to find. It's actually connected to the AT&T location. Can't miss it. I believe there were three employees working that day. The one who stood out was the cashier. She was very pleasant. A breath of fresh air. She seemed happy to be there and I appreciated her. The guy making the sandwiches was personable and helpful. Oh, and the food was phenomenal. I had a small Italian and the chicken and dumplings soup. Usually, I am not a fan of Firehouse Subs, but something about this location made this order the best I ever had. It was probably the great staff.

I placed an online order so I wouldn't have to wait in store. Upon arrival, 3 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, I got in line. There were 4 people ahead of me. None of the four employees working seemed to acknowledge our existence. After approximately 15 minutes, the first customer in line was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait if she ordered. Needless to say, considering this is a sandwich shop, no one wanted to wait so every person ahead of me left. Once I got to the register, I told the employee that I had already placed an online order, I was also told it would be an additional 20-25 minute wait. Since I had already paid for it, and at this point, had over 20 minutes invested waiting, not to mention the 20 minutes prior from the time I ordered, I waited. Imagine my surprise when I get home with the food and both sandwiches were made incorrectly! There was no way I was going back there at this point and considering I heard the phone ringing the entire time I was there and no one answered, probably messed up orders as well, I saw no sense in even attempting to reach them via phone. I love Firehouse Subs but going to the one in Florence is completely pointless unless you plan on dissecting every sandwich you order prior to leaving. 😑

Does not have a drive through. The parking lot is hard to figure out how to get into. You have to drive around the buildings. Ordered online so, I could grab and go on my lunch break. My order wasn’t on the shelves. Had to wait until everyone else got out of line after my order wasn’t on the shelves 10minutes after my pickup time. My order was on the shelf behind the girl behind the counter. Then they handed it to me. I could’ve been left if they put it where it is supposed to be for online grab and go orders. I wasted my time unnecessarily. I could’ve went and ordered my food in line and got my food faster than standing around waiting on my order that wasn’t in the correct place.

As expected, very tasty sandwiches, and very helpful and polite staff. My favorite is still the Firehouse Steak & Cheese -- so tasty. Make sure to ask for the red Firehouse sauce. They refer to it as hot sauce, but it only has very mild heat, a little sweet, and very flavorful -- delicious!

Had a large order and placed it 24+ hours in advance (close to $1000 order). When I got there, everything wasn't ready and the only thing they helped me carry to my car was the gallons of drinks. Everything else I had to load myself. I figured for $1000 they could at least help me get everything loaded.There was about 6 people behind the counter at the time.

Good food and a good variety on the menu, the quality is nice but the portions vs price is a bit unfair in my opinion. Overall it's a good place to get fresh, good quality subs and I still recommend it

I asked for no mayo it looked like it had mayo on it.... didn't put a pickle in the sub box.... handed me my sub with a cup of balsamic vinaigrette but.... no salad!? They gave me every thing I was missing which made me happy but they could have been more apologetic and they seemed very depressed or upset.... they were not acting inviting and the environment was kind stale... it needs some smile, welcomes, and better customer service.... I love fire house and would love to come back but the customer service definitely needs to improve....😔
