Went to pick up a prescription last week 3 different times. After some research, CVS says they are out of my prescription although no one told me. Each time 15+ people was in line. Drive thru always closed. Phones are constantly ringing. The whole store is a mess and really dirty. Trash all over the parking lot.If I could give it a zero, I would.

The front checkout lines were great for me and I've had no issues there. However, the pharmacy experience was a complete disaster (and has been for a long time). The phone rings nonstop and not a single employee answers it. The checkout line at the pharmacy was also very unorganized. The employees that work in this area were fairly unpleasant to me and others with their customer service. I did not feel comfortable at all during my visit to the store and will be taking any medical trips that require the assistance of the pharmacy elsewhere.

Everything behind the counter is always in disarray - bags of rx all over the floor and tops of counters. It seems as though the pharmacy staff really does not care about the quality of their service nor the appearance of their pharmacy. Honestly - it gives me some concern about the accuracy of the orders being filled. Hours for the drive thru are a moving target. I'm not sure what is going on here, but I think we will migrate to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy will not answer the phone for me, my doctors, or my insurance company. The “auto refill” request was made and even after 10 days, my refill was stopped. Not because I didn’t pick it up, but because it was still unfilled. They have been “autofilling” my prescriptions for 3 months even after I stopped using this pharmacy. Because they keep autofilling, I can’t get my prescriptions paid for by insurance at any other pharmacy. I can’t get in contact with the pharmacy or the store over the phone to get them to stop and I no longer live in Florence.

Awful experience, made an appointment today at 4 pm both for my husband and myself. Walked in to get my vaccines, and the guy on the pharmacy told me that they weren't going to do it because they were lacking staff. They had my appointment information confirmed , and they had my cellphone number and I didn't receive any calls or emails to save time and gas money. To make me even more angry, a friend of mine was there by coincidence, and she told me that after I left, they received two more people for the same service, and they DID GET THEIR VACCINES! So, what is the issue? Worst pharmacy at florence.

The pharmacy is extremely slow and takes forever to fill prescriptions. The pharmacist, he is quite rude and does not have a professional demeanor. I've move my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Avoid this place if your life depends on it. You'll likely not see the next day if you decide to get your medicines here.

Went to cvs 2 days in a row and they told me they never received a prescription for me. Got my prescription filled at a different pharmacy and then was notified my prescription was filler three days later at cvs.

Probably the worst pharmacy experience I've ever witnessed. They're beyond slow and lied to me saying they didn't have my prescription because my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Wouldn't common sense ask you if I wanted to just pay for it out of pocket instead of me wasting another hour waiting.

Over the last 3-4 years we've tried so many Walgreens and cvs pharmacy's in town. They're all horrible. Here, auto fills never ready on time, impossible to get on the phone, drive through regularly closed... Very simple prescriptions that I've been getting for years are regularly out of stock. I really haven't been able to find a good alternative, at least this ones conveniently located. Some say to go to Walmart but I don't have time or the patience to go in and wait in those lines.Hire more/better workers.

The worse pharmacy around. Not only is everyone who works in that pharmacy EXTREMELY rude but they provide the worse customer service I have ever seen. Deserves a zero. I heard an elderly lady the other day ask someone in the pharmacy what time they open and the worker actually got an attitude and told her to go look at the sign. I was appalled. Another lady spoke and said hello and a different worker looked at her like why are you speaking to me and turned away. They have all been very rude to me when all I was doing was trying to fill my prescription. I will NEVER step foot back in there. I will drive across town. Everyone I talk to says the same exact thing. Even my child’s drs office complain about it and that they get a lot of complaints about that location. They all acted so rude and racist I don’t understand why they are still working there. There were a good 10 of them back there, all with a bad attitude and were extremely rude.

They do not fill prescription unless you're right there in person and willing to wait. They are in no rush when a doctor sends a prescription over, to fill. Always slow. Your prescription can be sent a week in advance and it's still not fill. Horrible place.

If you have to drive 40 minutes to get to another pharmacy please do you will without a doubt get your prescription faster than here even with the drive. Absolute worst customer service 0 information is ever given other than its not ready yet. Even when I call hours in advance somehow my prescription is still not ready????? Needs a heavy overhaul or maybe some people need to be hired cause as is it doesn't seem like the management has any common sense or customer service

Que the pharmacy manager was amazing! She served me so well even though I didn’t have my insurance information with me, She called my insurers to make sure I was covered. I walked out with my medication which was covered by insurance. Thank you Jasmine as well for an incredible service.

Booked online for COVID booster and flu shot. Store didn't have any boosters and would not take my insurance for the flu shot. A little heads up on either booking would have been nice.If I could give zero stars I would

DON’T FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! Should be a zero stars option. Believe the reviews because this place is horrible. Not sure how they’re even still in business. Save your time and sanity and transfer your scripts to The Pharmacy on Beltline Drive.

The drive through pharmacy is always closed for no other reason than they do not want to deal with the hassle. The employees are always rude and the pharmacy has the worst service that I have ever received in Florence.

They never answer the phone! When I went up there with my daughter I kept hearing pharmacy calls and of course no one was answering them. Some of them are ride, they act like they weren't raised with manners and to treat others as you would want then to treat you. That's ok once I get this srlcript done , I'm done with this CVS! If I could give a 0 star review I would!

I wish I could give this pharmacy a 0 because they truly are the worst. Prescriptions are never ready even with 24 hours plus of notice. Most of the staff is rude and not helpful. Lines are always insanely long and employees always dragging their feet. Had to wait 48+ hours for my dog’s antibiotics who had a major life threatening surgery and wounds. Then when it got filled it was crazy expensive only to get home and realize that was because they had filled the refills as well. Same week another example, i had a prescription called in before 8:45am Thursday, i called to see when my prescription would be ready so i could know when to come get it and the employee on the phone said “we just opened at 8, you’re going to have to give us time”. OK. I gave them plenty of time to get it filled, my husband went to pick it up Friday around 3:00 pm only for them to tell him it was unavailable and out of stock. I called (waited on hold for 20 minutes) to see if i could get it from another Cvs, the woman told me most likely everyone was out and either way i would have to have my dr. Send a new prescription there. I informed her my doctors office was closed and asked if they knew it was out of stock why wasn’t i contacted and informed? She said “i don’t know.” My doctors office closed at 12:00 and due to the holiday i now can’t get my prescription moved to another pharmacy until after the 5th! My husband tried to call back after this, waited on hold for about 20 minutes and they hung up on him as soon as he got through. Would not recommend.

Have been waiting on a medication for 5 days. A lady answer today and finally told me it had to be delivered to the pharmacy and was just ordered yesterday. Least I got that much, I asked what time they usually get deliveries and she hung up on me. I have a sleep disorder and have had maybe 3 hours of sleep in 3 days. It'd be great if someone would've have actually given me 5 sincere minutes. I could've solved those issue myself Friday. Yet here we are Wednesday afternoon the following week.

No wonder the Google reviews are so low. The pharmacist here is not very bright. Says you have to have a matching ID to pick up controllers. That's a lie! We all know that is a lie. Any1 can pick up your medications for you 🤣🤣🤣 no wonder they are always dead up there but the other cvs is packed. That should of been my red flag not to switch when I did. Not only that but when I gave them my insurance card a month ago to pick up my vitamin D they couldn't even figure out how to run the insurance! Go to a different pharmacy!

Wish I could give no STARS…. Dr Dan k is definitely should not be in and not into helping people. If he had personal issues you leave that at home.. not sure what his problem was and not sure if thats his real name is rude and disrespectful should not even be a dr if your going to hang up and dispute customers with wrong information. Hopefully he wont be there to long. Always long wait in drive through and never good when your waiting to see them on their cell phones instead of handing you your prescription. Seen so many employees and doctors come and go at this location. Dan needs to step down and rethink the reason why he’s a doctors and not help anyone if its not coming from a sincere place which is the heart. He denied me service while im sick so I left and called corporate waiting on them to reach out to me completely in the wrong he was. The store front manager was amazing thought but he wasnt able to check me out with my prescription. District manager please get to me asap with this manner. I had to go to walgreens smh

I left here years ago. Best move I ever did. This place is always behind, half the time open and consistently rude. Wife came yesterday to get her beta blocker, Dr called in to wrong pharmacy, and window wasn't open so she went in. Was supposed to be ready at 12:30. She was picking it after 5. It would be another hour so feeling sick, she went home. I'm up here today to pick it up. Window is closed so I go in. They're closed for lunch? Ever heard of staggered lunches?🤔🙄😠Finally opened cage and pharmacists wearing a mask, what educated person still wears a mask, mumbles something completely unintelligible. I give her the information and she says for me to hold on. I had to repeat the information 2 more times. Avoid this incompetent dump for your own safety.

I can't speak for the store part of CVS, but as far as the pharmacy it is awful. I have tried putting up with this please for a while but it's always the same results nothing has ever ready. You're always waiting. They always say it's going to be ready at such time and then it never is.

I hate when there is a line of people with blue scrubs are so busy they can't look up. I don't think the pharmacists should be running the check-out. Why can't these techs help? There is always a wait, or an issue, and they NEVER answer the phone in the pharmacy. I enjoy shopping there. It's clean and everything is in stock, but the pharmacy issues have me thinking about moving to Wal-Greens. Probably another hassle.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. They are incompetent RUDE and worthless. I have heard CVS is hiring the wrong staff and now I totally see! Also someone filling the prescriptions in the pharmacy has sticky fingers! I E they are stealing pills

tried calling to change them from being my local pharmacy, (moved states) to get prescriptions sent else where .. No one ever answered , called 3 times . to wait 40 minutes each time with no answer .. i just need my medication … this is insane
