Came home from vacation to find that out dryer was not getting hot. I pulled it apart and checked everything out and found that the element was broken. I called Ace and spoke to Brent. I gave him the part. Umber and he confirmed that he had it. Only problem was, I am 40 minutes away and it’s 3 minutes until they close. I paid for the part over the phone and Brent made sure the part would be there for me to pick up even though they were closed. Great customer service.

They fixed my washer and dryer on the same day. They picked up a new drain hose for my washer, helped reattach a vent for me, and waited for me to get home after running an errand. My family has done business with them exclusively for 11 years straight. They are the best. Their rates are extremely seasonable with no upcharges ever.

Brit is awesome!!! I went in to buy a NEW washer and dryer set and spoke with Brit. He took the time to find out what I mainly washed ... Since I do dog rescue I wash a lot of dog bedding and rugs. I pointed me to a USED set that would be better suited for my usage. Saved me a $1000 and received a 1 year warranty!Thank you Brit for listening and helping a customer!!! Best customer service ever!!! I should know I was a retail manager for 25 years!!! So when I say the Best I mean it!!😃

I'm only giving 3 stars because they actually refunded me and they weren't rude at any point. However, among the washer being broken since delivery, there's an issue with hygiene with their delivery man. He's super nice but his employers really need to discuss the importance of taking baths..and that's putting it as politely as I can.

I had great service with this company. I scheduled my appointment and was told that someone would call me before arriving and they did. The service man was Rick. He was very nice, even though I had a tone of questions he remainded professional. He was honest about what my washer was doing and now its working perfect. I've had great experiences Ace Appliance Service. My refrigerator sprang a coolant leak and stopped working. Due to the design of all the parts being embedded it was going to be unreasonably expensive and difficult to fix. Ace provided me a replacement at a very reasonable price and offered free delivery and pickup of the old unit. They were highly accommodating of my schedule for the service visits as well as the delivery. A big plus was that the technicians called at least 30 minutes ahead of their arrival to make sure I was prepared.

We needed a washer and dryer and stopped in Ace's to see what they had. We were a bit put off after shopping big box and were really surprised at how warmly we were received. We do dog rescue and work our machines hard. We were shown a little older Kenmore set that was a very robust washer and dryer. We looked at some new units but went with the ones recommended and we could not be happier. After using them a few days they work better than anything we had before! Thanks to Ace's for their help. We are lifetime customers.

If you are looking for a professional repairman at affordable rate then you have picked the right company to go with. Rick from Ace Appliance came dressed nice and neat. Gave a fair quote on job and parts. Repaired refrigerator in less than a hour and kept area clean . I would recommend them to anyone.

Frank came out to fix our dishwasher door and it only took him about 10 minutes! He is very courteous and polite. He says his company works on many appliances even electrical except TVs. I would highly recommend this company for all appliance repairs.

My husband and I went to see their used washer and dryer sets and the employees and owners were very nice and helpful. We ended up getting a front loading set for a little over $600. The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend them to family and friends and we’ll be shopping for another set soon. My parents took over my last set I bought from them. Lol

Wonderful customer service! Answered all of my questions over the phone regarding my current washing machine and I wasn't even a customer of Ace Appliance yet... I just needed my washing machine to work!!! Brent discussed my options with me and after speaking with my husband, we felt it was best for our situation to replace our washing machine. They made same day delivery and hauled off my old washer!! I highly recommend Ace Appliance to any person seeking sales or service!!

I can give them they did fix my washer but it was other fees added to the bill that I wasn't told about when I went there to get a repair price check. The repair man charge $30 a hour, the bill totalled as about as much as I spent buying the dryer. I won't repair it again there it's way to expensive there.

The 2 stars are for their good service and selection. My wife and I bought a used washer and dryer from them, and they do have good service and a good optional warranty. The missing stars are because, if you buy from them, you MUST keep up on the warranty and rebuy the warranty every six months or you will be paying a lot more in repairs!! We bought our set from them April 2015 and have used the warranty (until it expired and we forgot to renew it) multiple times- at least 4 times in 16 months. our dryer just quit again (second time), and since we let our warranty lapse, they are going to repair it for 109 plus parts. If you buy from them, GET and KEEP the warranty.... They won't even let us pay for this repair and then renew the warranty... though if you factor in the warranty... it might be cheaper to buy new in the long run.

Brand new dishwasher from Lowe's failed to start. Gentleman from Ace came to fix it. He was amazing. Not only did he fix it quickly but took the time to explain what he did. And, how to correctly use the dishwasher for the best results. 5 stars for sure!

They tell you one time and don’t show up till way after the time. If I could give them a 0 I would ! Very upsetting when my Landlrod has already paid for a washer and they no longer have it ? Really ??? They have a job so do I when I half to take off work and loose money for my family. Only to get a rude person to say well I didn’t say that so forth an so forth no I don’t think so!!!!

Stop to ask questions about stove sparked and tripped the breaker. While talking with him he asked me if I had ROACHES. I was shocked and caught off guard. Being that this is a place of business I expected more professionalism. If he would've said a bug, or insect may have caused the problem he wasn't sure. I don't have ROACHES.

My dryer went out . It was repaired but there was a "hicupp" in the repair. This company went above and beyond to make it right by repairing it for free even though im sure it would have cost much more than the original repair .Its a rarity to find a company like this ...

I purchased a used stove from these guys cash same day.They tried to sell me a broken unit which I noticed .They got upset I wanted a different one.I asked for a refund to only be told he can only write me a check.Does that make sense ????Extremely rude with no regard for the customer literally had to call authorities before he agreed to give me my full refund the same way it was given.
