Hot Spot was great but the lady at Subway was very ignorant & rude. She should be ashamed of herself. I understand people have bad days but you don't take it out on your friendly customers. I will not go there again. I'll drive to Holly Hill or Santee before I'll ever give her a chance to treat me & my family the way she did. God will handle her!

Rude. I can give alot of examples rude attitude, rude manager, terrible customer service but what really gets me is when a little girl makes a missing dog poster and asks to put it up and she gets told “No” like dude really? She spent time making those posters and looking for her dog and you couldn’t just put it up even if it was temporary and then you just carry on like you don’t care? I mean thanks for shattering a child’s heart even more smh.

Everytime a panhandler corners me at the gas pump pressuring me to give him money. Big no panhandling sign in place. I'm starting to not go there because of his constant harresment.

I am pulling out of the gas station as I type this and this will be the last time I frequent this gas station firstly the road sign clearly says 2.21/gallon regular but the tank says 2.31. Also apparently the regular unleaded doesn't work so I spent even more money on Plus. And at no time was there a sign posted or said to me when I paid in the station. This is bad Customer Service and you just lost a customer for any future service.

clean friendly gas station and more! Open 24 hrs a day and always has those last minute things you need but dont feel like going to the grocery store for. Has a great Subway deli inside wih ladies ready to make you an amazing sub!

I visit this station often and I have yet to have an issue with Hotspot. My complaint is with the Subway in Hotspot. While I was waiting for the lady to order her sandwich I noticed a fly doing what all flies do... Fly around. The fly then landed on the meat of my choice. The fly sat on the food for awhile. I told the lady that the flies were touching the food. She seemed uninterested with my distress. I left that Subway without ordering.

They need to get rid of people who don't want to do their jobs, every morning we get coffee until the black girl in there in the morning doesn't know how to make it. First they have bad gas and now useless employees

I am very pleased with the level of service at this location. The girl helped me above and beyond when my card wouldnt work and the girl from the subway helped as well which obviously she didn't have to do.

🍻Good food🍂 Great music🎵awesome crowd. What more could you ask for. You can get there by canoe,ATV,boat,golf cart or you could just drive down the two mile dirt road. What more could you ask for get there by boat golf cart automobile the choice is yours.

I guess we'll have to get coffee somewhere else, first bad gas and now coffee grounds all in the coffee and when we asked the lady working in there all she said was it wasn't her job

Not open 24 hours as stated...just went there at 2:40am, and they're closed! Next closest gas station is Santee, SC.....SMH
