This mother and son team do a wonderful job! They transformed my very matted yorkie with long, shaggy, and tangled hair into a sweet looking little girl with a short body cut. The prices are very reasonable and they are very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this business. 👌

Called last minute to get my puppo a grooming after he decided to jump into a muddy pond. Not only were they sweet, but they took him and made him smell sweeter than any other grooming salon I've ever taken him too. I love the little bandana they provide and the prices are super fantastic.

My girl was so happy after spending a weekend here! They even gave her a bath and trimmed her nails when I picked her up! They treat your pets like their own. Have used them multiple times and will continue to. They are absolutely wonderful 😊

First visit here and I give them 5 stars! We recently adopted Zeus and Dumpling…boy, were they dirty, smelly, and Zeus desperately needed a big haircut! When I called to try to get an appointment, they graciously worked my pups into their busy schedule! Thank you so very much! Very easy to get to and friendly service. My dog got a good shampoo and nails trimmed Work was done quickly and results were an excellent looking dog.Much nicer to deal with than the "chain" store...they have a vested interest in pleasing customers and caring for your pet.

They did a great job with my three babies two of them hate getting baths and the little one had never been to a groomer. They all three loved it. Thanks for taking care of my babies Doty, Lucky and Molly. We will be returning. The staff was so friendly and they took great care of my babies.

They are very loving towards my puppy. They took very good care of him, gave me information I never thought of for my sweet boy, and even made an appointment for the next grooming. Prices are reasonable per service, and the owners are very kind to customers.

When I called, I thought I was calling for a boarding with a daily run. When my wife went to drop off our dog, there were just crates. We don’t think he got the daily run. I scheduled for four days, but they neglected to tell me they would be closed the day I was set to pick him up. So, though we wanted to pickup our dog, we had to wait five days. My wife left a pillow with our dog who is crate trained and has not peed in his crate since he was a puppy. When she picked him up, his pillow had pee stains. We will not be leaving our dog with them again and we strongly recommend to not board your dog there. It doesn’t have the space, I can’t speak for how often they walk their dogs, and our dog seemed stressed when we picked him up.

My two dogs came out beautiful. Keno is petrified to have her nails trimmed but it was done with little difficulty. I am very happy with how my girls look and the price was great. Will definitely be back.

Small shop with great staff. Had grooming and nails done for a Chihuahua that hates nail trimming but they got it done. This will be my go to groomer from now on. Very happy to tip for great service.

First time taking my cat to the Pet Stop, and his hair cut looks great! We asked for a Lion Cut, and he came back clean (bathed), nicely trimmed, etc... Highly recommend this place here in Elgin/Columbia. Not too many places with this quality.
