Tried to close at 9:40 instead of 10pm like it says on the front door because employees want to leave early, "we close in 2 minutes" at 9:38pm was the only words spoken when I walked in the door, do better... before corporate becomes involved and employees start losing income over dumb stuff like this...

They need to reorganize that whole store because prices are not accurate. Things are in the wrong place all the time. How yall took a national sale down because it wasn't showing up into your system but didn't take all the signs down!!!!?!?! Mmmhh do better!

I stopped by this store looking for one item. The hours on the door said they closed at 10 but the doors were locked at 9:50. I also tried to call but no one answered. This is poor service and false advertisement of your operating hours.

Apparently they close before 10 because im outside at 930 and the doors are locked. That is crazy!

I don’t know really what to say it’s a dollar general they are all dirty. However the ladies that work here are always so friendly.

Nothing is ever stocked , hard to walk in the store from boxes. Pretty decent price for items thou. I enjoy the DG coupons and sales. So helpful! One if the cashiers had a great since if humor, other times they're not too friendly.

The store is clean an organized. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes you may come into contact with customers who are not wearing masks. I refuse to patron any establishment where too many people are without masks.

Went in there about 30 min ago the cashier was amazing I didn’t get her name unfortunately and she had short hair and they were busy and she saw my hands were full came over helped me open the other register and all. I just want to acknowledge her and say your an a wonderful employee there and they need more like her.

Store was clean and had a pretty good variety, but many items were sold out. Cashier was very friendly and enjoyed working there. That is a plus! I will use this store more often for my small shopping needs.

The people are generally nice. However this store is hardly stocked appropriately and is usually a mess. There is usually only one cashier and the other employees seem to either not notice the huge line of people trying to check out or they don't care. Also some of the employees have attitude problems which is unpleasant.

Customer service here is great. I have health issues and the cashier got what I needed from me calling and had it for me like she offered too at the register. She actually came to me in the parking lot to make sure she grabbed the correct thing for me. Such amazing customer service.

Every time I go in there the place is compketely rearranged. When I could not find what I needed I went to the front to ask. No one was there. So I loudly asked if anyone worked there. No reply. So I announced that I was leaving and going to Family Dollar. And no response. So I left and went to Family Dollar. Hire more and better employees.

This is a great dollar store with awesome employee's. The management is great, as well... Not as much of a selection as other locations year round. Usually the only time you can count on having a selection of stuff is season swap or holidays. Regardless, when faced with having to go all the way to Walmart from Elgin, I would gladly take this option anyday if they have what I need, or at least a get me by....

Very large variety, great sales and prices. Was going with a friend so I haven't been in one of these kinds of stores in a long time but it was clean and looked well maintained and stocked.

It's a bit congested with the amount of items that they offer but with a bit of patience, you'll be able to find what you're looking for. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful as well, and refreshingly mannersable.

This is one of the better Dollar General stores. The store was clean and fairly easy to navigate. The associates here are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Dollar feneral is a great place to buy quality cheak products, but it is always understaff and mostly unorganized. I wonder why they don't get enough staff members but have alot of products.

Not very well arranged in this particular store and very slow customer service at the register. Prices are good, store could use a good cleaning and a few more employees aside from that alright.

A lot of DGs I've been are usually pretty cluttered and disorganized. This one wasn't so much. It was a nice clean store and service was fast and friendly.

They have a much larger home and decor inventory then most dollar stores. Nice staff too.
