Drove through Edisto Beach to check out the campground which was really very nice. Beaches look pristine. There was a grocery store that was very busy and number of small restaurants lots of cottages. These are photographs of some of the new houses that have recently been built this place is definitely a sleeper

From the time I was a baby, I've looked forward to every trip to Edisto Beach! Just obey the speed limit!

Say what you want about the police officers or police departments. Edisto police chief and officers are first class. They do a great job protecting the owners, tourists, and children. I highly recommend that you visit in the near future. Thanks for all you do in keeping our streets clean.

Town is clean, streets are mostly paved and people are friendly. This is a nice beach town that is not overwhelmed with development.
