I wouldn't even be writing this review had it not been for the rudest customer service I have ever received here. This McDonald's has always been my go-to, and I often praise them for the wonderful customer service we generally received. But, not today. I placed a mobile order, went to the window, paid and received my receipt at 12:14. Roll up, get my drinks, my happy meal and get asked to pull up for the rest. Okay, sure! I work in food service, so I get it. Especially on a day like today, where the weather is nasty, and most people have no power. As I sit and wait patiently, I see at least 4 cars roll on by, each receiving their food. I get out of my car to go in and check to make sure they haven't forgotten me, and am greeted by the manager. She's nice, I told her I'd been waiting for a while. And the next thing I hear is an employee saying " she hasn't been waiting that long, maybe 5 minutes" Now, I know I have a Georgia education, but 12:14 to now which is 12:26 when I'm walking in, is more than 5 minutes. She just keeps on, and the manager tells her to "Let it go". I wasn't rude, I just told her I'd been waiting a while, at least 10 minutes. I didn't even mind walking in to get my food, but the nasty comments and low key calling me a liar, I'm not down with that.

Sour employee attitude, cook can't seem to stack a sausage Mcmuffin without everything sliding out the sides, whoever wraps these things is clueless as the paper wrapper is usually already open when I reach into the bag. I always order the exact same thing and the drive thru often tries to overcharge me. One female employee at pay window in great, most everyone else at both windows can't manage a smile or a thank you to save their lives. Definitely not recommended but it's the only place I can get breakfast around here at 6 in the morning other than waffle house which I ain't got time for and half the time they won't let me call in my order. I guess the franchisee is making stacks of cash owning multiple stores so doesn't care much to train the employees or treat them right.

This has to be the sorriest McDonald's around, with having my order messed up/food missing on several occasions on top of waiting extended amount of time on getting my food in drive-thru. On one occasion I waited over 30 mins for my food after placing my order in drive-thru, I finally went inside to get a refund when there was apparently others complaining also on how long it was taking for orders. I was trying to be nice about getting a refund but the manager on duty was unprofessional and unapologetic raising her voice at the costumers. Don't waste your money or time order from this fast-food restaurant.

Great employees I just hate the food in fast food places. Not healthy at all.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible is questionable. There is a sitting place for a wheelchair but there is a stool bolted to the floor and can't move it. If you keep eating at these fast food joints you gonna need wheelchair accessibility.

Was asked to pulled up to wait on food. Waited a long time for food. I finally walked in to get it after 15 minutes, and it was just sitting under the heat lamp. One would expect it to be hot out the grease, but nope. Nuggets had obviously been it the drawer for few, and the fries were just what you'd expect after sitting under the lamp. Limp and soggy. 4 minutes. It only takes 4 minutes to cook fries and nuggets fresh. I waited 15, and there was 1 person in front of me waited even longer than me and only ordered 1 medium fry. I usually have good experiences, but this was not one 😕

5:45 no service, place a mobile order and waited in my park spot til 630, mgr. said short staffed yet I keep seeing employees walking around outside. Also said unable to do a refund. And she’s the manager on duty. Need to do better upper management/owner.

Used the kiosk and ordered a large coffee to go. It was not busy at the moment, but I waited 15 minutes,Apparently, the kiosk wasn't communicating with the kitchen. I ordered the same cup of coffee 3 times before someone finally brought it to me. All in all, it took 25 minutes to get one coffee.

If you want something to eat please go anywhere else besides this location. I sat at the window for over 10 minutes because my order was wrong and no one came to assist me. There was a crew member at the window that saw me and heard me honk my horn and he just yelled something then walked away. I sat for a few minutes and waited for someone to come back to window but they didn’t so I honked my horn a few more times until finally someone came to see what I needed. This crew members at this location are lazy and the customer service sucks.

It’s a McDonald’s what more can you say. Generally fairly clean. Food is borderline inedible. Workers don’t care about anything. Long waits for food both indoors and through drive through. If you go through the drive through verify your food before you leave the window. The last 3 times I have not received all my food. Going inside is slightly better.

McDonald's is not my usual place to go but my son and I were on a little vacation and taking some country roads and we were hungry and there wasn't a lot around. So we went through the very busy McDonald's and I have to say it was a very good experience. The service was quick and our food was very good. I had the McRib sandwich which is nostalgic for me. And it was very good. There was a sweet lady at the window who noticed that I had a dog in the back. She was so sweet to him and wanted to give him a treat but she didn't have them with her. I really enjoyed speaking with her for a minute or two while our meal was being exchanged out the window. I'm glad we decided to stop at the McDonald's.

I am on a Ketovore diet, so if I stop in McDonald's I order just a patty. I never get any complaints or issues about that here and they also plate it up and ask if I want a fork. The staff here is always friendly. If McDonalds was smart they would create a Keto/Carnivore menu. More and more people are realizing that's the proper human diet.

They forgot my fries when I told them they brought me hot fresh out the grease fries. No fuss just friendly helpful service. Even though the lines were long and I had to wait for fries I was in and out of the drive Thur in 6 minutes from order to payment to food handed to me. It would have been 3 or 4 but I had to wait for fries. 9 out of 10 I recommend.

So rude! The workers give you a stank face I guess for them having to take your order. I was really scared to drink my coffee bcuz I figured they spit in it bcuz I came right after they open well maybe an hour after. Guess it was to early to be nice.

Have been loving the app and having order ready to either hit drive-through w/ order code or pulling up at a spot and just completing and confirming the payment and sitting tight. Never have a problem with food and the staff is at worst okay and often if not usually pleasantly chill to pretty pleasant. Nothing bad to say. Breakfast is clutch and the deals come in handy.

Food was great. Too bad I had to wait a lot to have it in my hands but I guess it was worth itVegetarian options: Always order burgers with lettuce and tomato and ask them not to put salt on your burger since ketchup already has salt.
